The hosts are fabulous and nothing is too much trouble. They really make you feel at home. Great location near the night markets and the river and the lantern boats.

I was not aware that parts of old town island were not accessible to taxi or Grab so had to walk 2 blocks from the river. Luckily I was with a backpack.

Gestione familiare gentilissima (Binh e il marito), posizione centrale ma tranquilla vicino al mercato notturno, camere nuove e bellissime, balconcini fioriti perfetti per colazione o tramonto, ottimi consigli su dove mangiare.

Top location - 50m from night market, but still quiet enough. Extremly friendly and pleasant host(es). Room was new, clean, beds firm, bathroom tidy.

Only detail we didn't like is too much tiling on the floor. Small suggestion - carpet in the middle would be nice.

Muy bien ubicado y la habitación amplia y limpia aunque había hormiguitas (solo en la zona de la tele y no llegaban al resto de la habitación). Los dueños súper simpáticos. Muy recomendable!

The Owner, Binh, was so welcoming upon my arrival and continued as an awesome host my entire stay! I cannot recommend this Homestay enough to travelers who want to experience a wonderful trip to Hoi An!

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Dachterrasse ist sehr gemütlich und bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Dächer von Hội An. In wenigen Schritten erreicht man den Thu Bồn River und die Altstadt.

Me and my partner had the loveliest stay here. Binh and her husband were so friendly, always giving us good recommendations and interested in what we had got up to or were getting up to in the day. If we ever came back we would love to stay here. Our room was a great size with a large bathroom, bottles of water, a hair dryer and fridge to keep our water cold. Thank you guys so much for an amazing stay ❤️.

Binh, her sister, and her partner were amazing hosts ! Going above and beyond to help and make me feel so welcome and comfortable. The best home stay in Hoi An and if I come back this is definitely where I will be staying !

Sehr freundliches Personal, ich habe mich gut unterhalten und viele Tipps erhalten. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Es war außergewöhnlich sauber. Kostenloses Wasser zum abfüllen und ein Wasserkocher im Zimmer.

Das Fenster ist nicht besonders dicht, sodass Lärm von der Straße hörbar ist (aber es ist keine besonders laute Gegend) und oft war ein recht lautes Geräusch hörbar, vermutlich eine Wasserpumpe, wenn ein Gast duscht oder das Waschbecken benutzt, das war nachts irritierend. Ich fand die Matratze in Ordnung, aber wer gerne weich schläft, findet sie vermutlich zu hart.

Top Lage, sauber, grosses Zimmer, nette Leute, Wollten verlängern war aber leider ausgebucht.

The conversations, the care, and the little thoughtful touches created memories I’ll carry with me for a lifetime. It honestly felt like home rather than a place to stay. The value for money is exceptional, the cleanliness is immaculate, and nothing is ever too much trouble — they go above and beyond to help with anything you need. I’ll absolutely be back and couldn’t recommend this homestay more highly to anyone looking for warmth, comfort, and a truly special experience.

姉妹お二人で営まれている宿、施設はとてもきれいに手入れされています。 お二人で明るく運営されて、何を聞いてもハキハキと明るく答えてくれます。 各階1～3階には大きなミネラルウォーターのタンクが共用廊下にあるので、水の買出しは不要、私達はこれでとても助かりました。 宿のご家族、施設との共用とはなりますが、洗濯機も無料で使わせてもらえます。 ランドリードライヤーはありませんが、4階のルーフトップが物干し場になっていて、晴れていれば1日で乾きます。ゆっくり滞在の方は(私達)朝ご飯を景色の良い、ルーフトップで摂り、その間に洗濯機を回し、それが終わり、そこに干す事から一日が始まりました。 近所には昔のコンビニがあり、お菓子やパンもほどほどに置いてます。 食事は朝昼は島内は少ないですが、ローカルなお店はままあります。私達は歩いて5分ほどの空調の無いローカルな食堂(それぞれ経営者の異なるフードコート？)で50,000 vnd/1品以下で摂っていましたが、飽きずに過ごせました。 アン・ホイ島のホームスティには過去５度ほど比較的長く利用していますが、価格とのバランスならこちらは良いかと思います。 最後に、こちらの客室は２、３階になります。エレベーターは無いので、長期の方の荷物の揚げ下げは大変ですが、できれば、移動中の大きなトランクでも(私達も１人23kgありました。)中を小分けにできるスタッフバッグに別け、到着、出発時は一階で別けて客室との行き来をすると楽に移動できます。 ホイアン、冬は暖かく過ごせる街、この宿の雰囲気が変わらずでこの価格のバランスなら再びこの季節に長期で利用したいと思います。

宿のルールがあまり細かく決まっておらず、その度に問い合せる必要がありました。 宿のオーナーとはWhatsAppでやり取りできますので、ただ、こちらこらあまり細かく言うのも気がひけるので、可能な限りルールを示してもらうえると良いかなと･･･ 長期滞在の掃除の頻度やベッド シーツ交換、タオルやゴミの取替えなど、ちょっと ルーズな点が見受けられました。 客室での飲食は禁止ではありませんが、部屋で取るとどんな小さな物をこぼしても“蟻”が来ます。なので、４階のルーフトップか、一階で摂るようにしていました。 今回初めて３階の北側のソファーのある部屋を利用しました。部屋自体は広く石貼りの床は明るく快適でしたが、 トイレの臭気(下水の匂い)が日によっては酷くてオーナーさんは窓を開けるようにと言いましたが、開けると騒音も酷くて日によってはとても不快でした。 まぁ、いつもでは無いので、その点をリスクとして利用者はどう取るかですね。

Die Lage ist sehr gut, mann ist direkt neben dem night Market und super schnell in der alt Stadt. Die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt eine Dach Terrasse mit blick über die Stadt und auf jeder Etage Balkone mit einem Tisch und Stühlen. Es gibt die Möglichkeit zu waschen. Die Gastgeberin hat uns einen Roller organisiert weil wir sonst keinen mehr bekommen hätten.

Wonderful warm welcome. Nice, clean spacious room. Very comfortable bed and a nice quiet area, but very close to everything.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

The family is so nice, helped me with everything I needed. I really enjoyed my room and the size of it felt like my own apartment. Recommend :)

It has stairs so not for anyone if needed accessibility.

Comfortable homestay in the heart of Hoi An Old Town. Incredible location and walking distance to nearby sights and attractions. Surrounded by many eateries and bars and the nightly markets. Binh and her sister are so kind and accommodating, always willing to make your stay even more comfortable, and also allowed us to do our washing. Rooms are basic but adequate. Water and bathroom amenities are also provided daily.

Drainage issues with the bathroom meant the room smelt like sewerage for the duration of our stay.

The rooms are high-standard and very clean. The hotel also boasts a great rooftop view and is located close to.. everything. The owner is absolutely amazing - a very helpful, friendly and warm woman. If I ever come back to Hoi An, I will definitely stay here. Highly recommend!

An Na Binh Homestay is in a great location in easy walking distance to many of Hoi An’s attractions. The host, Binh, was very friendly and helped organise lots of things for me. I really enjoyed my stay there and would recommend it to anyone going to this beautiful city.

- great communication, very talkative host - location couldn't be better! It's as close to the Old Town and Night Market as it gets but still far enough to have quiet comfort - every floor has nice balcony with a table for morning coffee and at the top floor it's much bigger space to chill with some better view - even though we couldn't check in early, we could use a bathroom and take quick shower after night trip

- there was a smell from pipes in a bathroom (lack of siphon maybe?) - the bed was bit too hard but that's pretty common in Vietnam

Located on a quiet street in the old town, a short pleasant walk across the bridge to the main attractions. Very clean place, nice comfortable room and bed and a decent bathroom. Wifi and fridge provided. Binh is a lovely and attentive host, and I also briefly met her Cheshire husband Steven who was equally welcoming and personable. A very pleasant stay in a clean, comfortable and relaxing homestay run by the nicest lady. Don't hesitate to book here.

The room was old but comfie for me to stay only at night after a day adventure.

Everything is near includes the 2 night markets. I even rent a bicycle at the reasonable rate arrange by the homestay owner.

It was a Perfect place to stay in hoi an, calm but very central a view steps away from the night market :) The hosts have been heartwarmingly and sincerely friendly and welcoming, helped out with everything needed (loundry, bikerental, medication) I felt very welcome and taken care of, thank you for that :) The Room is nice, clean, cosy, a great base to explore hoi an and the surroundings :)

First or, the price was good to me! I did not expect nothing fancy like a 5 stars for this price but as long as I had hot water shower and a bed, I was happy. Although, I found out that this place could be more than that. Binh was a bit like a vietnamese mom to me 😇. She saved my ass when I forgot my debit card inside the atm machine by calling the company for me! I was a bit stressed because I can't speak vietnamese and she did everything to help me so I could get back my card in less than 24h, thank you so much again! Other than that, Steve (Binh husband) has been fun to talk with, always up for a chat when you want to. I can't remember her name but the lady who take care of the homestay and cleaned my clothes, she's super sweet too! Thank you for making my clothes smell SO GOOD 🙏 If I go back to Hoi An, I would gladely return to this homestay

NOVEMBER 2024. We stayed at An Na Bình Homestay Hoi An Vietnam. Binh and her husband Steve were absolutely fabulous, very friendly and very very helpful. Also Binh's sister Sang was very nice and very helpful. We thoroughly recommend staying here for anyone visiting Hoi An.. Their place is very close to all, yes, all local entertainment, shops & markets, AND one block back away from all the noise, as is expected in such a popular tourist town. Everything was well above normal stay in hotel, the location was central in old town and 10 meters from buzzling streets. Host were nice and english speaking, would definitely return in the future if opportunity arises. 😊😄😊

Location was superb, easy walking distance to all of the old city. Plenty of shops and restaurants within a few blocks. The owners were very friendly and helpful, and offered to help me with anything related to my stay (moped rental, taxis, etc). I did ask for them to arrange a taxi for me back to the airport at the end of my stay and it worked perfectly.

The homestay has a great location, a bit outside of all the crowded tourist streets of the Old Town. The hosts are wonderful and really take care of you - super friendly, helpful and you are provided with lots of water (and maybe a banana ;)). We also got fresh towels without asking. The room was very spacious and had a fridge.

There was a strange smell coming from the sink sometimes, but I am sure it is fixed already.

We loved our time in Bihn's home, she is such an incredible person. From the second we arrived we were made to feel special, and everything we wanted was provided without even having to ask. Bihn has great local knowledge and helped us figure out things in Hoi An

Very good location next to the night market, but on a lateral street, which makes it quiet. A great value for money, with a spacious room and clean room. The bathroom is nice also. Last but not least, the hospitality of the hosts was the cherry on top! They were super friendly and welcoming with us. We also had some health issue, and they were super generous and supportive with us; helping us with the hospital and also not having us to worrying about anything else. Definitely, the best host we found in Vietnam!!

A lovely host! She was already waiting for me to arrive with the room and keys ready. The room was clean and despite being in a very central location it was quiet, so no problem to sleep! The host even helped me last minute with laundry and to catch my bus. 10/10 for hospitality, would stay again!

The owners of this property are a Vietnamese women & her English husband. They are a marvellous couple who will do anything to help you & make your stay there more pleasant. One of the straps on my rucksack came apart and the lady kindly sew it back together for me at no cost? Also the young daughter of the lady took me on her motorbike at 4.30am to a pick up place 15 minutes ride away to do my visa run? Amazing and I cannot thank this family enough. Also on my last day at their hotel they invited me to have a delicious meal with them? 10/10 exceptional
