It is close to the river, just a short distance from the old town center, and near restaurants, shops, and tailors. The room was spacious, featuring a large bed and clean linens and towels. I recommend skipping the breakfast option, as there are so many places to eat nearby; the ladies at the reception can recommend where to dine, where to exchange money, and provide all the details you need. It isn't a 5-star hotel, but it is clean, safe, and a comfortable place to return to at night.

Emplacement idéal pour découvrir la capitale, proches de nombreux restaurants, boutiques, et centres d'intérêts. L'hôtel propose un service de blanchisserie très abordable et rapide. La chambre était spacieuse propre.

Le manque d'insonorosation intérieur lorsque des personnes passaient, discutaient dans le couloir.

The place is very near to Hoi An Ancient town. There’s also a lift to bring up your luggage bags.

Địa điểm gần khu vực phố cổ, rất tiện đi chơi và ăn uống. Mình đặt phòng gia đình có 2 giường đôi rộng rãi, thoải mái. Phòng sạch sẽ, không gian dễ chịu, phòng tắm sạch. Bạn Lễ tân hỗ trợ nhiệt tình để gia đình mình nhận phòng sớm ngay khi có phòng, hôm mình check out trả phòng mình có gửi nhờ hành lý để gia đình đi ăn trưa và dạo phố cổ thêm.

Do gần phố cổ khu vực đông đúc nhất nên buổi tối hơi ồn tiếng các bar bên sông chơi nhạc, bữa sáng chưa đa dạng và chưa thực sự ngon, nhưng có lẽ là phù hợp trong tầm giá phòng

Ngoc is an exceptional manager, she warmly welcomed us and ensured we were cared for with any request we had. The chef at Ivy hotel cooks delicious breakfast food, especially the Vietnamese soup. Our room was cleaned daily. All staff were friendly.

Amazing location, beautiful and clean rooms, super cosy bed, and the staff are the best I’ve come across in the whole of Vietnam! Lisa is an actual angel, and was such a pleasure to meet. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again when I’m back in Vietnam someday, but in the meantime I recommend it to everybody!!!

I like that it was close to the Old Town.

It didn’t feel clean and also our ac didn’t work for one night.

Had a wonderful stay at The Ivy Hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my whole stay. Lisa at the reception went above and beyond - she gave me great local tips, helped book trips for me, and made me feel truly well taken care of the entire time. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, perfect for a good night’s sleep. The location is excellent too: close enough to walk into the Old Town easily, but far enough away to avoid the crowds and noise. Overall a really pleasant stay and I’d happily come back. Highly recommended!

一開始房間冷氣故障，我們反應後就有更改房間，但新房的馬桶也稍微有點故障

nhân viên ko thân thiện, từ lễ tân tới nhân viên dọn phòng khá kiệm lời, có khi là chỉ gật lắc, giải thích qua loa cho xong chứ ko giống như là đang hướng dẫn hay hỗ trợ, thái độ. checkout xong r nhà m nhớ còn quên cái sạc thì nvien bảo dọn phòng ko thấy, kêu khách tự ktra lại hành lý, đôi co 1 hồi mới trả lại sạc (ko hiểu có cái sạc thôi cũng đâu có giá trị gì mà phải làm vậy)

Chị chủ rất nhiệt tình hỗ trợ checkin sớm. Khách sạn gần phố cổ tiện đi lại, phòng sạch đẹp rất đáng giá tiền. Có ban công nhìn ra sông Hoài rất chill

Phòng tắm chưa được rộng rãi lắm. Tivi hỏng, trong đêm thường xuyên tự bật trong đêm >> rất bất tiện.

Điểm cộng của KS là gần trung tâm. Có xe đạp cho khách mượn.

Phòng hơi cũ, nhà vệ sinh sạch nhưng có mùi.

One of the best hotels we have stayed during our trip in Vietnam! The location is super awesome just walking distance to everything around less than 1 min from the river .. 4 mins to the night market and surrounded by lots of restaurants and many other facilities! Rooms are so clean and well equipped! They also have bicycle for free so you can use it to go even further places.. and the most highlight is the hotel recreation and stuff specially Lisa! super friendly and helpful big thanks for everything

Konumu gitmek istediğiniz her nokta için çok merkezi. İster yürüyerek, ister otelin bisikletlerini kullanarak, isterseniz de otelin önüne grab çağırarak gideceğiniz en uygun noktada. Yakınında market, cafe mevcut. Diğer Old Town ya da başka noktalara da yürüme mesafesinde. Temizlik,konfor,klima,odaların büyüklüğü,çalışanlar gayet iyiydi.

Väldigt nära till Gamla stan och gångavstånd till nästan allt. Vi kom en dag sent men det var inga problem och vi fick checka in när vi kom på morgonen:) Väldigt trevlig personal med massa tips om vad man kunde göra i närområdet.

The location is very strategic, just a few minutes' walk to the Hoi An Old Town. It is very convenient for sightseeing.

The hotel manager should consider upgrading the facilities and investing in staff service training. The noise from surrounding bars can be quite disturbing. Cleanliness is a concern – some areas feel old and not properly cleaned.

Loved this place. Excellent location. I only wished we could have stayed another night here.

Lovely little hotel, very central location and easy walking distance to the historic centre, shops and restaurants and bars. Very easy to communicate, Lisa was very friendly and helped us arrange tours and airport pick up. Breakfast hit the mark for all of us with decent selection and eggs on offer.

It can get a bit noisy from the bars and restaurants over the bridge.

Super nice staff that were very friendly even helped me check in for my flight. They picked us up from the airport. It was clean and tidy and it was close to everything.

The Location was Perfect and the Breakfast was Good.

The staff and location were fantastic!

Chambre spacieuse, lit et douche excellents, personnel accueillant et compétent. Bon emplacement en marge de la zone « touristique », beaucoup de choses accessibles à pied. J’ai emprunté un vélo pour faire un saut à la plage, il n’était pas parfait mais suffisant pour cette petite balade.
