Very clean and comfortable place. The lady who runs it is fabulous, you will need to use google translate to communicate but thats okay. She cleaned our room, changed our towels and left drinking water everyday. She also gave us a choice of 3 different rooms which was very kind. We ended up extending our stay! Thank you very much for a lovely time in Da Lat.

This accommodation was really nice. I have never seen a place this clean and the owner really friendly and warm and made you feel at home! Also the location was super nice. I would recommend this to anyone!

The property was in a good location and the room was spacious. It was exceptionally clean and fresh linen and towels were provided daily. Our host was generous and helpful providing water, fresh fruit and coffee for us. She also arranged for our laundry to be washed and dried overnight for a small fee.

The only down side was that our room got hot during the day and there wasn’t an air conditioner (which was ok because it didn’t say there was). Our host offered a fan for comfort and even offered for us to lie down in a cooler room one afternoon

The lady who runs the hotel is amazing, I didn't realize there was a bus station around the corner. Although she didn't speak English, using Google was good enough. Gave me a choice of rooms. Comfortable room serviced daily and water, coffee included in the bargain price.

Within close walking distance to the markets. Very easy to communicate with staff via translation. Staff were helpful. Room was very clean and we were upgraded to a room with a small balcony which was lovely. Location was approximately a 35 minute drive to the airport. Only a 5 minute car ride to the hotel from where the bus pulls in. Book a Grab car for approximately 30,000. Taxi drivers waiting will try to charge approximately 60,000 and up. Happy travels

We were unable to do planned sight seeing due to the rain. A mini fridge and a hair dryer would have been great however this was not a huge problem as I'm certain that the staff would have helped with this if I had asked.

Location was very central, staff were super friendly and the property was good value for money.

Very dated and could do with a bit of renovating i.e bathroom door was on its last legs and there was a small amount of mould in the bathroom.

Perfect central location but without noise from the street. We got a room upgrade for free by the owner as the room was available :) Cleaning every day and free bananas, coffee and water. Staff was very nice and went the extra mile to make sure we had a good time

Staff didn't speak english, however we used google translate and everything went fine :) Only minus about the room was, that the shower was in the middle of the bathroom, making everything wet when showering

I stayed here during Tet as it was one of the few places available. This is more is a local hotel, quite a distance for the main area of town. The owner doesn’t speak English and so there wasn’t much communication but that wasn’t an issue. Bed was Vietnamese style as in quite firm. Overall fine but possibly better options are available for foreign tourists.

Distance for main area of town, not many food options in area. Serves purpose as a bed for the night but that’s about it.

Owner gave us early check in and a room upgrade for free when we arrived from a night-bus. Free water, tea/coffee and bananas. Warm shower, clean towels everyday. Great value for money.

Location a 10min walk to the main area (but short walk to Crazy House). Room was quite light in the mornings as curtains are thin.

Everything was absolutely amazing, the bed was comfortable, the room super clean, free bananas & coffee/tea. Lovely atmosphere, owner was so nice. If I come back, I would surely book it again.

Great experience here! The owner is very friendly, she welcomes us like her family. Free fruit, drinking water, shampoo, etc.. even fresh roses. If you want to rent a motorbike, you can contact her. She will let you check in early for a very cheap price. Would come back again if in Dalat.

The hotel is great for the price. The owner is a very nice lady who doesn't speak English but is very kind and willing to help. Complimentary bananas, coffee, water and even cup of noodles is a nice touch. It was also nice to have fresh 🌹 roses in the room. Would come back again if in Dalat.

The women who owns it is amazing! She was so kind helped use clean and dry our shoes after we did canyoning, provided my girlfriend with a ice pack for her bad back and gave use loads of complimentary fruit and biscuits. Also her dog Simba was nice and friendly always excited to see us.

In this hotel everything was just perfect! They upgraded our room to a big one, everything was rigorously clean and the room was clened daily. There was a hair dryer which we did see very rarely in the hotels for this price. Free fruits, drinking water, some snacks, soap, etc. Fresh air in the room.. and their dog Simba (living outside) is so lovely.

Excellent location, cheap and excellent value for money. Pleasant hostess, kind and very clean. Comfortable and clean shower and facilities. Strongly recommends.

where do I start! check in was lovely and the lady upgraded our room for free. there are bananas, pot noodles, crisps and free water to help yourself too. the lady went above and beyond for us! she got us to our tour and then on checkout she sat with us and gave us some avocado ice cream and avocados which was super yummy!! she was so lovely. and the dog is amazing!!

The lady was so sweet,even if she didn't speak English she made the effort to help us with anything we needed. The place was clean and close to everything. Also she has a dog called Shimba,the most lovely dog ever!

The personnel were great and gave good service. Big room.

An absolutely amazing stay here. The staff went above and beyond for us - upgrading our room free of charge, free food & drinks and she even gave us chocolates as it was my birthday during our stay. The property is lovely and clean with room cleaned everyday and fresh towels. The best part is the dog who is so cute and friendly!
