Checkout time too early, parking only for one car per time, deposit too many, It's hard to get in and out of the accommodation because you have to use an access card every time(need to give more than one) . No tv channel just youtube only. Can be upgraded further in the future

Reviewed Mar 26, 2025The property is nice, clean, and in a good environment. It’s quite new, and the customer service/person in charge is responsive. However, the refund process for the refundable deposit should be expedited, as it belongs to the customer. Also, the water heater is not working, and the key collection and entrance application process are tedious.

upfront/downpayment RM200 will be return to customer bank account in 2days. The property organizer should include this term in description to rent the property. It will be good if the property owner can directly check the property and return the money less than 2 days.
