- parking is too far with the lift coz I bring foods, bags, and this is a hassle for me. - the aircond in the room not function well. To maple home, please give your attention what is going on in your property, don’t simply give the room to the customer before you check one by one. only aircond at the living room is function or memang nak suruh customer tido kat ruang tamu ke ? only at living room je sejuk dalam bilik tak rasa apa end up we sleep using kipas.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026The location. It was near to the Encore centre where they organised the Melaka Triathlon event. The 2026 Merdeka parade was held along the Klebang road. The shopkeeper at the convenience store at level 6 was very humble and friendly. The items were not overpriced and it has all the basic needs for an emergency food stock. The ramp for the tiered parking was ample size for big cars!
The host was very strict with regard to the check out time. We had to rush back even though the triathlon event has not finished yet, because the prize giving ceremony was delayed. The lifts were horribly slow and inefficient for a building with >30 floors. We stayed at level 11, the lifts were always full as it reached level 11 from the upper floors. ( We had to take the lift all the way upto level 36 before descending down to level 5 for the parking, and drive down to G to check out)

The staff at ground floor reception is very good and polite. Even the security guard is very helpful to direct to the carpark.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Appartement spacieux, propre, confortable et bien équipé (lave-linge bien pratique). La piscine sur le toit est très agréable. Il y a même une petite supérette pratique si besoin. Ça aurait pu être top sans les nuisances sonores qui empêchent de dormir toute la nuit.
Le bruit !! Impossible de dormir le samedi jusque 4h du matin, des motards profitent de la longue route isolée pour faire des courses de vitesse. Plus éloigné du centre qu'indiqué également. Piscine accessible 1h par jour (attention tous les maillots de bain ne sont pas autorisés).

The unit is quite basic, it will be nicer if they can include some refreshment like coffee & tea. The wardrobe is quite useless without shelves so we ended strewed all clothes all over the floor as there are no place to put them. Generally there are lack of space to store/keep items, some storage shelves will definitely make this place much more livable.

The entire power (about 5) outlets in one of the rooms is not functioning. Response from the technical team to fix it is very slow but till the end faulty power outlets were not fixed! Check in time or process took very long time, only one person is working at the front desk and handling the guests.

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026There is a vending machine with food downstairs, technically you have quite big apartment to use. The property has potential but for now it’s all below minimal expectations.
- weak communication with personnel (no prior information about unit usage policy and limits); - limited usage for common spaces, e.g gym (pre sign-up and only max 1 hour daily); - the building is still under construction (e.g lifts); - guards are simply not friendly; - we were aware of that while booking, but in reality it’s really far from the city center; - literally there is nothing around the building (no groceries, no culture, nothing, only roads as of Feb2026)

I’m asking for postponement but they decline, the date im going to change is available so i assume there shouldn’t have problem. And also the air conditioner is not cold and there’s no 3 in 1 caffe of something to drink.

Check in agak lambat. Hanya mendapat kunci jam 5.30ptg mungkin sebab cuti dan ramai tetamu. Tidak ada penapis air/ coway.
