The apartment was clean and central.

There are additional fees on an external website. This fee is meant to be for cleaning and has to be paid to get access to the apartment. This function did not work for us on the website. Even though i tried multiple times, the website did not accept the payment. Upon contacting the home owner about the problem, we were threatened multiple times that we wouldn't get access to the apartment or get our money back if we couldn't pay the extra fee. This led to a series of unnecessary calls to the owner (a call center) over the course of four days. In the end we got access to the apartment, though upon arrival we received the wrong check in instructions and had to call the owner yet again. Please do yourself a favour and don't book this apartment.

Amazing location in the city. Beautiful spacious apartment with great facilities. Lovely balcony to sit & read & enjoy the sunshine. Would definitely book again when next in Oslo!

If sleeping on the sofabed it was very bright in the very early morning so a small suggestion would be having a blind in the kitchen area.

Var veldig skittent i leiligheten . Var smuler og ting på gulvene overalt . Mye var ødelagt . Det var også fullt av mat i skapene fra andre som har bodd der tidligere . Når jeg trakk ut sovesofaer i stua var det masse søppel under. Fikk ikke frem alt på bilder her.

Big plus for the location, the apartment equipment, and the warmth – it was really nice and warm after coming back from sightseeing. Overall, a big plus for the location.

The key was left in the indicated place, but unfortunately the provided code didn’t work. After contacting support, we received another code – which also didn’t work. The fourth attempt finally worked. A similar issue occurred with the WiFi password – we received the network name and password, but the correct WiFi details were never sent during our entire stay. A

كانت الإقامة رائعة جدًا، الشقة نظيفة ومريحة، الموظفون ودودون ومتعاونون، و بالاخصMr. Jonas والموقع ممتاز. التجربة فاقت التوقعات وأنصح بالإقامة في هذا الفندق.

The property was spacious for the three of us, the location was perfect for touring the city, a washing machine is always nice to have and Jonas was super helpful with any questions we had.

We had a bit of trouble connecting to the WiFi the first day of our stay but Jonas was right on it and had the solution next day.

Es war in einer belebten Wohngegend, es gab nicht nur Touristen. Ein toller Balkon / rooftop.

La ubicación! Estaba cerca de los principales puntos de interes y podías ir andando. Hay muchas opciones para comer cerca y a buen precio.. la terraza esta muy bien es amplia.!

El acceso al edificio estaba sucio y descuidado. Las almohadas son incomodas y pequeñas (tamaño cojin). La limpieza del apartamento no era buena ( limpieza superficial y no muy a fondo) Los cajones de la cocina al abrirlos era muy complicado que quedaran cerrados de nuevo..

Apart from the first night, it was a very quiet area considering the number of properties. It was fairly close to the town centre. Good to have a washing machine and simple coffee machine. There are good blinds in the bedrooms that keep the rooms dark. There is good lift access.

There was no barbecue even though it said there was one. No blinds in the kitchen window directly facing other properties. The smaller bed didn't have a comfortable mattress. No sockets near the big mirror for drying hair and no sockets/lamp in the smaller bedroom. On the first night there was incredibly loud music until just after 11pm from a property across the path outside the bedrooms. The front door was awkward to close as it kept catching. The kitchen had minimal utensils and didn't have a cloth or towel. On arrival there was a kitchen bowl left with cigarette ends on the balcony table. Overall, the accommodation felt quite basic for the cost. The overall feeling was that it was quite tired. We were left thinking it was just ok.

Appartement spacieux dans un ensemble d'immeubles au calme à distance accessible à pied du centre d'Oslo. L'appartement est très bien situé par rapport aux gares routière et ferroviaire. La terrasse qui fait le tour de l'appartement est très agréable, quand il fait beau.

Quand nous sommes arrivés, le ménage n'était pas fait...notre interlocuteur a fait le nécessaire pour faire intervenir une équipe dans un délai raisonnable en nous proposant de nous "indemniser" en nous remboursant le coût d'un restaurant. Il a fallu relancer plusieurs fois ensuite pour que la proposition soit réellement honorée, ce qui a fini par se faire. La cuisine est équipée avec juste le nécessaire. Pour information, nous n'avions ni torchon, ni éponge, ni produit vaisselle ou produit lave-vaisselle, nous avons donc acheté le nécessaire ainsi que de la lessive. En revanche, il y avait café, thé, sel, poivre...

Pas de barbecue alors que c'était annoncé. Très peu d'accessoires dans la cuisine. Attention si vous arrivez tard il faut aller chercher les clés dans une supérette qui ferme à minuit.

It is a big apartment for a family of 5. We had more than enough space for all of us. The Instructions was clear and easy to understand

Location is good, closed to public transportation.

Check in time is 4 pm. Security deposit is required when you check in or pay additional money to waive damages including wear and tear. Never had this requirement to all the hotels or apartments I used to stay.

The beds were very comfortable. House was close to metro station. Two seperate bedroom is a plus for families. Every kitchen utility is present if needed.

WiFi was not working.

The area is close to everything you need!

The property had everything we needed for our stay & the host was very responsive to any queries. The beds are wonderful & comfortable too. The central bus station is right there, as well as there was a wonderful street food venue directly across the bridge. The fram was also easy to reach walking.
