Die Lage war sehr gut und das Beste war, dass wir im selben Häuserblock 3 Cafes hatten. Es war groß, sauber und funktional. Dunkle Vorhänge um entspannt schlafen zu können.

In der Küche gab es keine Mikrowelle - wäre für uns sehr nett gewesen. Die Ausstattung war einfach nur funktional. Keine Bilder, keine Deko,... Die Einzelbetten waren nur 80cm breit. Auch für kleine Personen also schmal. Keine Haken im Badezimmer um Handtücher aufzuhängen

Apartment close to train station and other popular attractions. Furnished with all required facilities. Quite spacious for a family of five adults.

Communication with host was rather slow. Emails take time to be answered .

Lyse, romslige,moderne og sentrale leiligheter midt i Oslo sentrum. Verten svarte kjapt på forespørsler, og var behjelpelig når det trengtes.

Close to train station clean comfortable beds quiet location. Very spacious family of 3 teenage daughter got the alcove double bed while we had the bedroom. New amenities furniture. Dryer & washing machine lovely hot shower. Pictures as per booking.com

No microwave. So we found food we could cook in oven pizza, fish chips etc & cooked our microwave porridge in saucepan.

Walk way through to the apartments are not clean and I think some maintenance or refurbishment is going, but that's not a big deal.

La situation géographique de l'appartement. La grandeur. Les équipements de cuisine.

Parties communes sales - aucune décoration dans l'appartement ce qui le rend triste et il résonne. Il manque un grille pain. La premiére chambre est en fait l'entrée de l'appartement. Les fenêtres trés proches des voisins. Le manque de lumiére, les spots sont trop faibles.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was very spacious, bright, clean, and comfortable, with large windows that brought in plenty of natural light. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was large, well-equipped, and spotless. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Oslo, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic apartment, and we were very happy and satisfied with our stay. We would definitely recommend it!

The apartment had no air conditioning or ventilation, so we had to open the windows, which faced extremely loud restaurant ventilation units. The noise was very disturbing, even with the windows closed, especially at night. I would not recommend this place to anyone sensitive to noise. There was also no microwave, which was inconvenient.

A localização é brilhante. Estava tudo muito limpo.

Um dos quartos é um corredor de passagem adaptado. Não é um verdadeiro quarto. Se alguém estiver a dormir tem que acordar quando alguém entra em casa, porque está literalmente a dormir num corredor/hall da casa.

The location was perfect for us, so convenient and close to everything we needed, which made our stay so much easier. The apartment itself was lovely, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. It had all the facilities we needed and felt like a little home away from home. We actually chose Maya Apartments for such an important time in our lives, as we were getting married during our stay, so having a beautiful and comfortable space meant a lot to us.

The only downside was that we received rather late notice that we would need to leave the apartment between 11:00 and 14:00 due to floor construction. This was quite inconvenient for us, especially since we had specifically booked the apartment so we could comfortably get ready there for our wedding. A little more advance notice would have made it much easier for us to plan accordingly.

Blir fort litt knapt med tid, dersom man er mange og det kun er ett toalett, så det kan med fordel ha vært en do til, i tillegg til badet.

Støy fra ventilasjonsanlegget utenfor soveromsvinduet. Lite dagslys. Skittent bestikk i skuff. Kunne vært flere håndklær

Sehr gute Lage, sehr zentral gelegen! Wohnung groß und geräumig, Waschmaschine und Trockner!

Erster Eindruck: Treppenhaus -> sehr dunkel und 'befremdlich'. Bauarbeiten....der Boden wurde im Flur neu gemacht; Handwerker ab 7.30h (ich hätte mich über eine vorzeitige Mitteilung gefreut!) Für die Nachfolger: der Boden wird nun aber schön :-)

Zeer krappe badkamer, geen apart toilet. Toen we om 16 uur arriveerden, was de schoonmaak nog in volle gang ( check in zou vanaf 15.00 uur mogelijk zijn). Om in het appartement te komen moet je door 1 van de slaapkamers.

The location is perfect - very central.

The building is clearly being renovated. It was like a building site in the hallway. See the photo which is literally outside our apartment door. My daughter almost tripped on the equipment. We were not told this would be happening and the fact the workmen left everything outside our door was very annoying. It was quite comfortable but a bit soulless.

The location is good.

It is very poorly furnished - barely furnished at all! It is sparse and not comfortable. There is a giant table and chairs in the living room and one hard sofa. No lamps, no end tables. Kitchen is barely furnished. No towels. You really could t prepare a meal there - so why have a kitchen? Bathroom - no place to put anything - no hooks or shelves. Bedrooms - sparse. No end tables and no clothes storage. There is a ton of street noise all night so you can’t have the windows open. There was only one small fan. And finally - the wifi is terrible. We kept getting bumped off it. They recommend that you use the neighbor’s WiFi. 😳. That was still subpar. I would not stay here again.

Las camas muy blandas pero eso supongo va a gustos. La puerta de cristal de la ducha rozaba el suelo por lo que debíamos ir con cuidado.

ロケーションは最高。部屋も十分に広く、洗濯設備も整っていた。

リビングの照明が少なく、少し暗かった。チェックイン時、自室のドアのオートロックが暗証番号を押してもあかず、電話でオーナーを呼ぶ必要があったこと。

Skvělá lokalita v centru města, blízko hlavního nádraží.

V noci je z vnitrobloku trochu slyšet hluk klimatizací a provozu zázemí restaurace.

Apartment felt newly renovated. Even the sofa bed was comfortable. Location is good, 5 min walk from the station and Fjord.

They are still renovating the building, so the corridor had all the carpet ripped up and the entrance had a big bag with all old carpet, which didn’t give it a nice feel.

Appartamento carino e accessoriato nel centro di Oslo. L’appartamento è molto carino e nuovo dotato di tutto l’indispensabile ed è situato nel centro vicino a tutte le attrazioni da visitare.

Il palazzo non è per nulla curato ed è abbastanza fatiscente.

Top Lage, sehr großer Koch-Wohnbereich mit großem Esstisch, Küche gut ausgestattet (Herd, Gefrierfach), Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden, Staubsauger auch. Die Ferienwohnung war gut gereinigt. Man erhielt eine schnelle und freundliche Antwort, wenn man der Unterkunft mailte.

Der Abfluss in der Dusche war bei Bezug der Ferienwohnung ziemlich verstopft, so dass das halbe Bad beim Duschen unter Wasser gesetzt wurde (Dusche nur leicht vertieft und fast ebenerdig mit dem Rest des Bades). Dabei floss das Wasser auch voll unter die daneben stehend Waschmaschine. Das Problem scheint ein regelmäßiges zu sein, da die Waschmaschine unten bereits verrostet war. Schlimmer scheint hier aber das Risiko der Verbindung von Strom und Wasser zu sein. Auf unsere Mail hat die Hausverwaltung den Abfluss allerdings umgehend gereinigt, so dass wir wieder problemlos duschen konnten. Die schnelle Reaktion des Teams war top. Darüber hinaus funktionierte die Spülmaschine nicht. Auch hier wurde per Mail schnell Abhilfe versprochen, was allerdings nie passierte. Bei vier Nächten hatten wir als vollständige Selbstversorger eigentlich nicht geplant, alles per Hand abzuspülen. Das war nicht optimal, da wir extra ein Apartment mit Spülmaschine gesucht hatten. Darüber hinaus waren die Betten gewöhnungsbedürftig, da jedes der Einzelbetten schmaler als ein normales Bett war (und wir sind alle Normgröße). Die extra schmalen Betten hatten ein wenig Jugendherbergecharme.

Bien situado, muy rápido para acceder desde la estación central.

Muy austero, el edificio parece que era de oficinas y lo han reconvertido. Vistas al interior de edificio. Bien para estancias cortas e ir a dormir, si vais a hacer vida en él, hay mejores opciones. El lavabo es un poco caos, por lo menos el nuestro. El diseño es mejorable, no creo que sea muy funcional si vais con niños pequeños. Me pareció más adecuado para estancias laborales que para familias de vacaciones.

The location is fantastic. A few minutes walk from the station. Close to shops, restaurants and bars. 10 minutes walk to the harbour. Spacious apartment with a working lift.

There’s no microwave or toaster in the apartment and not a lot of utensils. It was just about clean although under beds and other furniture there was lots of dust. There was a lot of noise from delivery trucks to the cafe on the ground floor and from the fans for the kitchen so we were awoken early on 2 out of 3 mornings. There’s no air con and it gets a bit stuffy in the apartment but we couldn’t leave our windows open because of the noise from the cafe.

Ubicación céntrica y muy cerca de todo. 3 habitaciones con 2 camas individuales. Comedor amplio. Cocina bien aunque no super equipada.

No me gustó que al llegar los platos y vasos estaban sin recoger del servicio anterior dentro del lavavajillas y esa no era mi responsabilidad. Hice unas pizzas y el horno no estaba todo lo limpio que debería. Un aspecto de mejora es proporcionar una alfombra de ducha.

One room was basically a hallway, no shower gel in the dispenser and could use some deeper cleaning.

Posizione perfetta, molto centrale. L' appartamento è spazioso, con un comodo divano e ampio tavolo, angolo cottura completo. Le camere da letto di dimensione giusta e con letti comodi. Ampio bagno senza finestra.

Dotazioni scarse, non ci sono portasciugamani nel bagno né mensole, non c'è una scopa, non ci sono tende alle finestre per cui all'alba l'appartamento era completamente illuminato. Il piano cottura non funzionava benissimo e sarebbe stato utile un forno a microonde. L'aeratore del bagno non funzionava.

Scelta per la location. Nell’ insieme benino. Possono essere più accoglienti come servizi da offrire senza dover comprare lo stretto necessario per la casa (saponi e condimenti ) . Mancano utensili (brocca x acqua e coppa per insalata ) in cucina

Edificio non di bello aspetto e corridoi non curati e sporchi fatti di moquette e con muri rovinati

Ottima posizione centrale. Appartamento spazioso.

Eravamo in 6 persone ma c'erano solo 5 sedie. Trovandosi in centro, la notte ci sta molto rumore.

This was a good base for a couple of days. Comfy beds, dishwasher, washing machine etc. Easy to walk to the centre of Oslo, train station etc. The cleaner had done a great job.

The noise from outside at night was absolutely horrendous. Music, tannoy and shouting from a nearby bar til 3am on a Sunday night - it was impossible to sleep and shutting the windows didn't help because they don't close properly.

La posizione dell'appartamento. Vicino a tutto. In pochi minuti si è alla stazione, all'opera house e alla stazione ferroviaria. Host ha risposto immediatamente quando abbiamo avuto un problema con i fornelli

I fornelli a induzione non finzionavano bene. Forse le istruzioni dovrebbero essere lasciate nell'appartamento.

Deben informar más sobre los detectores de humo y calor de la cocina. Es muy sensible.

Het appartement ligt super centraal en alles is makkelijk te lopen. Het is mooi schoon van binnen en de basis benodigdheden zijn allemaal aanwezig.

De ramen zijn erg dun dus geluid van buiten hoor je best goed. Kan wat vervelend zijn. Bedden waren ook wat smal voor mij en ze hebben een boiler waardoor warm water voor de douche beperkt is als je met veel mensen bent.

Check-in del tutto disorganizzato. Più volte abbiamo chiesto di anticiparlo, consapevoli che sarebbe stato difficile ottenerlo e quindi abbiamo accettato il rifiuto e abbiamo aspettato dalla mattina fino alle 15 in giro, con bagagli pesanti al seguito che abbiamo dovuto depositare in stazione (non spendendo poco). È assurdo che una struttura del genere non abbia un deposito. Inoltre, arriviamo alle 15 utilizzando il link per sbloccare e troviamo due addette delle pulizie nel panico totale che ancora non avevano pulito l’appartamento, comunicandoci che in realtà il nostro check-in a loro risultava alle 17! Da una chiamata telefonica, una delle addette ci ha comunicato che vi era stato un problema col sistema digitale che aveva alterato i dati. Stanchi dalla giornata abbiamo iniziato a protestare e in 20 minuti l’appartamento è stato pulito. Inutile dire che è stato pulito superficialmente e che i pavimenti erano totalmente bagnati al nostro ingresso. Inoltre, l’appartamento è enorme ma completamente sprovvisto di tutto quello che ho SEMPRE trovato in una soluzione del genere: macchina e filtri per il caffè ma zero caffè, zero olio, zero sale. In pratica, si noleggia un appartamento con cucina per due giorni e poi bisogna spendere almeno altri 50 euro per utilizzarla. Per quello che abbiamo speso e per il servizio scarso di check/in ci aspettavamo almeno delle scuse. Personalmente sconsigliato!

We stayed here at the beginning of our trip and again at the end of our trip. The location is amazing!! The ease of checking in is great. The beds were comfy. The apartment we stayed in first had a strange room that was a walk through room with no window coverings. That was a little awkward for my daughter who slept there, but it was fine. The second apartment was super nice - we wish we had that one both times.

I had a hard time finding the garbage room and understanding that system but did figure it out.

Leider sehr laut, vor allem Auto-Poser am Wochenende nachts bis um 3 Uhr nicht zu überhören. Küchenzubehör spartanisch ausgestattet. Leider war das dreckige Geschirr der Vormieter noch in der Spülmaschine.

The kitchen could do with a bit more thought as it was a bit basic

A really handy location to walk everywhere. Really sizeble main living area with kitchen, dining table, sofa and TV and comfortable beds. Well equipped (inc washing machine and dryer). A great base and kept us flexible (ie we could cook in as well as go out).

Les chambres donnaient sur la rue, passante et bruyante. Difficile de laisser la fenêtre ouverte la nuit.

Läget och ytorna inne i lägenheten. Bekväma sängar. Bra utrustade sovrum. Allt väldigt funktionellt. Snabb och bra kommunikation med värd i meddelandefuntionen och snabb service när vi tex behövde mer toapapper och disktabletter.

Bara en dusch toa till 6-8 personer är för lite. Önskat några fler glas. Skohylla och hängare vid entrén.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man erreicht gut alles zu Fuss. Auch fahren Trams gleich hinter dem Haus. Das Apartment ist geräumig. Wir konnten die Küche auch gut nutzen.

Je nach dem in welche Richtung man das Apartment hat, ist man exponierter zu Lärm, der meistens durch Lieferautos entsteht, welche früh am Morgen schon in den Innenhof fahren. Wie man das wahrnimmt hängt natürlich davon ab, wie leise es am eigenen Wohnort ist.

En la cocina el menaje era muy escaso, apenas había utensilios para cocinar. No hay tostadora, solo una sartén y de mala calidad. No hay nada de productos de limpieza, papel de cocina, etc Hay falta de mantenimiento en el edificio.

Gestione impersonale tramite una piattaforma. Dotazioni minimaliste per la casa e la cucina, nonostante le grandi dimensioni della cucina stessa. Nel complesso risulta molto impersonale.
