Reviewed Nov 5, 2025Mr Abdul Fattah at reception is an excellent human being and a thorough gentleman. He went out of the way to facilitate us. The hotel is located at about 390 meters approx from gate 330 of Masjid e nabwi and you reach there hardly in less than 5 mins. Pakistani, Indonesion and Fast food available at ground floor of hotel. Overall a very good experience.

Impossible to find the location of the hotel using google maps! Even the taxi driver couldn’t find. We spent about 3hrs to look for the hotel. They don’t pick up the phone. You ask for water, you’ll never get, better to buy your own.

Total chaos. Fist they showed a location of a different property and I spent a good hour trying to locate the ‘right’ property. Then to hide their overbooking they first tried to cancel booking under the pretext of credit card details not up to date. I got the same message again when I entered a new card. When I arrived at the property they first tried to deny that a booking was ever done; kept telling me to check with booking.com. Then they offered a ‘free’ accommodation - a two bed room for three adults!

Reviewed Oct 25, 2025The location was good. The duty manager was very nice person. He accommodated us to his best. Also provided us with free parking and welcome fruits.
First of all we have to wait around 1.5 hours to check in our room. Then, at last we got the keys. When we went to the room we found that the room was still dirty, we again went down to wait for half an hour in the lobby. I went again to the room and there was one bald bengali guy from the staff sitting and scrolling on the phone and still the room has not been cleaned. I requested him to clean the room but he just ignored me and continued to scroll and responded to me that his vacuum cleaner is downstairs. The next day there was one another houskeeping supervisor who started to misbehave with me when I requested him that we need extra half an hour to checkout. If they are giving the room to us lately, they should give an extra time as well. Really not a great staff except Duty Manager with glasses.

l'hôtel est mal géré puisqu'on c'est avéré qu'il y a deux ou 3 hôtels qui portent presque le même non. d'ailleurs a notre arriver aucun hôtel nous a accepter et chacun nous renvoi a l'autre 2 ou trois fois. celui qui nous a livrer la chambre n'a même pas vérifier notre réservation et en plus il nous a donné une chambre d'handicapé et nous a obliger de payer une autre fois sois disant que notre réservation sur booking n'a pas permit le virement au profit de la société qui gère une partie de l'hôtel diriger par des Egyptien peu qualifié .
