Staff at reception was very cooperative, nice, neat and clean hotel, good service, near to Haram by walk They give us free car parking as well

Nothing

Staff support Mr Jahangir from house keeping brought my phone charger to me when I was about to leave but taxi after the check out. Mr Khalid took special care that I had a comfortable stay Its close to Haram. You can actually see the haram while standing at the hotel entrance

Cleanliness can be better.

Location was very close to gate no. 329 of Masjid Al Nabwi. It was the greatest plus for this hotel also many Pakistani restaurants were on the ground floor.

Room was congested and there was little to no place for placing the luggage. Also, the price was very high.

🇬🇧 English Review ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended I am currently staying at ODST Al Madinah Hotel, and although I still have more than five days remaining in my stay, I wanted to write this review now because I truly feel that the hotel and its staff deserve to be recognised for the wonderful service they have provided. This is my first visit to Saudi Arabia, and my experience in Madinah has been absolutely beautiful. Staying here has made the experience even more special. From the moment we arrived, the service has been excellent. The cleanliness and hygiene are outstanding — the bedrooms, bathrooms, bedsheets, and all the complimentary items are exceptionally well maintained. Everything feels clean, comfortable and well looked after. The staff are genuinely wonderful. They treat guests with respect, care, honesty and kindness. I would especially like to mention the sisters / ladies at reception, who have been amazing. They are polite, helpful and always ready to assist with a smile. Their attitude makes you feel welcomed and respected. I would also like to give special appreciation to the management and housekeeping team, particularly Khaled Abdulnasser Al-Mohammadi, who has been extremely professional. The level of care and attention from the team has been excellent. The location is another huge advantage. The hotel is less than two minutes’ walk from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi (the Prophet’s Mosque), making access to the Haram extremely easy and convenient. There is also a good variety of facilities and services nearby. For anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, respectful and reasonably priced place to stay in Madinah, I would definitely recommend this hotel. I am 100% satisfied with my stay so far. Insha’Allah, whenever I return to Madinah, I will be very happy to stay here again. I sincerely thank everyone at the hotel for making my first experience in Saudi Arabia and Madinah so beautiful.

5 minutes walk to Haram. You can enter from gate number 328 which is very convenient for ladies. Two Pakistani restaurants are in the Hotel space with lot of other nearby eating options. Hotel has 4 exit and entry gate which makes it more comfortable. Staff was very cooperative and committed. They regularly refill water, tea etc.

I really liked the rooms, they had comfortable beds and places to keep stuff. I also really liked that such an affordable place could be close to haram with a walkable distance! The staff was very co-operative and sweet(m.r khalid and service boy shawkat). Really loved this place and reccomend staying here.

The staffs all was good and specially Mr Khaled was very kind and helpful when ever you needed.

Everything was great. The housekeeping manager Mr Khalid was super friendly and took care of any daily needs. He and his staff were excellent at providing any support as necessary and promptly.

The internet speed. It was slow and lagging. The Wi-Fi doesn't fully cover all areas of the room. I was in room 505 from Aug 3 till Aug 12th.

clean. near to mosque.. good for stay. supervisor mr khalid very kind and good person. even we check in already, he meet us and offer good room and view. so we get nice room. tq very much make us comfortable and enjoy.

The excellent thing about the hotel is the location. Very near to Haram. And also the ambience of the hotel is very good. Highly recommended.

Bad reception with unpleasant stay

Not recommend

Not the value of money they charge me almost 1000 SAR for each room which was so small and people were freely smoking on non- smoking floors- thats a bad experience

Location

I infect did not like the hotel as rooms are very small - have seen visitors smoking on floor which was surprised me and when i asked about staff they seem can’t do anything of it.
