Grosse, schöne Wohnung im Grünen

This property is really good value for money. It's very spacious and the view from the balcony at the front is spectacular. You look down on the town of Brig, as well as seeing across the valley to the mountains. This was our second stay here - as we liked it so much the first time. It's ideally located for exploring the Valais region of Switzerland. And, of course, Nadine, the host, was excellent. She was prompt to answer queries and also gave us some of the produce from her lovely garden.

Ruhige Lage, gut erreichbar mit ÖV. Zu Fuss ca. 15Min. ins Zentrum. Küchenausstattung top. Renoviertes schönes Badezimmer. Betten bequem, nicht zu weiche Matrazen👌grosse Stube. Zwei Balkone. Wir nutzen beide Balkone, je nach Sonnenstand (Hitzesommer😅)

Mooi ruim huis, heel veel spullen aanwezig in de keuken. Fijn dat het beddengoed en handdoeken aanwezig waren. Er waren zelfs spelletjes in het huis. Aan alles was gedacht. Host was super aardig en vriendelijk

Začal bych hostitelkou. Velice pozorná, milá. Při příjezdu na ubytování, (self check-in) nás v kuchyni čekala vynikající domácí meruňková marmeláda a vytištěné přivítání v našem jazyce. Ráno se s námi přišla osobně pozdravit, přičemž velice hezky mluvila anglicky. Po celou dobu byla k dispozici na WhatsApp. Milá Nadine, moc děkujeme! Co se apartmánu týče, ten je ve druhém patře. V přízemí bydlí starší, ale velice milý a přátelský starší pár. Rodina paní hostitelky. Apartmán je opravdu veliký, větší než jsme z fotek čekali. Výhled na hory luxusní, za domem už jen zahrada, les a hory. Takže v noci ale i přes den je tam klid. Postele v ložnicích mají skvělé matrace a velice příjemné povlečení (a to pozor - v ceně. Nic za příplatek.) Moc hezky se nám tam spalo. Kuchyň je vybavená snad vším, na co si vzpomenete, teda kromě mikrovlnné trouby. Oceňuji kvalitní nádobí - kvalitní hrnce se silným dnem, příbory, nože. Dostatek sklenic i talířů. V kávovaru byla káva. Koupelna je prostorná, moderní a funkční. A ručníky jsou taktéž v ceně. Obývací pokoj obrovský, pohodlný s velkou Smart TV a Apple TV. Pohodlná sedačka. Poloha je nad městem do prudkého kopce. Nedovedu si představit chodit do města pěšky, zvlášť když bylo takové horko. Jestli se rozhodujete je-li Brig dost v Alpách, věřte, že lepší polohu ani mít nemůžete. Kousek je Alletšský ledovec, na druhé straně kousek na Simplon. Na Matterhorn kousek a všude se krásně dostanete vlakem z Brigu. Za těch pět dní jsme si Alp užili dostatečně, ale určitě ne natolik, abychom se už nechtěli vrátit.🙂

Zrovna jsme tam měli horké dny, ale večer se ochladí a dalo by se hezky větrat. To ale začne do apartmánu nalétávat hmyz. Ale, když si to člověk večer dobře naorganizuje (svícení, záclony, okenice, elektronické odpařovače proti komárům), tak se dá krásně vyvětrat a apartmán schladit. To vidím jako jediné mínus v teplých dnech. Jinak není na co si stěžovat. Na Švýcarské poměry je toto ubytování nadstandardně vybavené, prostorné a za rozumnou cenu.

Het was ontzettend schoon, ruim en alles was aanwezig. Het uitzicht was geweldig mooi. Het klimaat in het appartement was heel erg goed te beheersen, en dat zonder airco! De host was ontzettend behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Toen we binnen stapten voelde het gelijk fijn aan en dit gevoel is de hele week bij ons gebleven. We hebben echt genoten van deze accomodatie.

El alojamiento estaba muy limpio, muy bien equipado, es cómodo y amplio. La anfitriona, Nadine, muy amable y hospitalaria. La ubicación es perfecta para hacer excursiones a los principales atractivos de la zona: Zermatt, Glaciar Aletsch, Paso del Simplón... Nosotros nos movimos en coche y el hecho de tener aparcamiento resulta muy practico; pero para moverse en tren también debe estar bien puesto que hay muy cerca una parada de bus que lleva a la estación de tren, que es un importante nudo ferroviario. Las vistas desde el apartamento también merecen la pena y a los niños les encantaron los columpios

Alles! Es war wirklich sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und es gab ALLES. Uns wurden sogar windeln für unseren Kleinen zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Vermieterin ist wirklich toll !

Die Bilder sehen aus als wäre alles etwas alt. Aber das ist eher der Einrichtungsstil. ZB sind Böden und Bad sehr neu!

Sehr saubere und extrem gut ausgestattette Ferienwohnung, sehr freundliche Vermieter. Sehr gute Lage um die umliegenden Walliser Skigebiete zu erkunden.

The views were spectacular! A very comfortable home with everything you need including a washing machine. Nadine (the host) went above and beyond to welcome us and to make us feel at home. The bus stop down the the road was convenient to get us down to Brig to catch train connections and to explore the town. Very safe and friendly neighbourhood.

Not a thing!

The apartment was spacious and very well equipped. It had wonderful views of the mountains and was just a short bus ride from the railway station. The host kindly picked us up on arrival and dropped us back at the station when we left.

There was nothing to dislike.

Es war alles super

Unterkunft war bestens ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Das Bad ist neu renoviert. Küche mit Eckbank sehr gemütlich. Riesiges Wohnzimmer mit riesigem Fernseher Apple kompatibel. Matratzen der Betten sind top.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl und wie zu Hause gefühlt. Nadine hat uns bestens versorgt und betreut. Die Wohnung ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet, sogar unsere Fahrräder konnten wir unterstellen. Alles ist sauber, gepflegt und sehr wohnlich eingerichtet. Vom Balkon hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge und ins Tal. Die Wohnung war groß und geräumig und sehr ruhig gelegen.

Mooie rustige locatie. Het zeer ruime appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Goede parkeergelegenheid. Noord- en zuidbalkon, dus zon naar keuze. Badkamer met grote douche, dubbele wastafel en voldoende verlichting.

Geen tegenvallers. Alles prima in orde.

The host was very helpful. She came to meet us, helped us out with adapters for our mobiles and shared some of her delicious apricots with us.

The location was excellent for us; Brig gave easy access to the Aletsch Arena and the walking trails.The very spacious apartment was on the second floor and we were able to sit on the balcony at the front of the house every evening and look across at the mountains, which was a real treat. Nadine, our host, made sure that we were happy with the accommodation and even gave us some of her home produce.

Lot of space, great kitchen

This was a large 3 bedroom apartment, very clean and well equipped. Nadine was lovely and very helpful, especially after I ended up travelling alone. There are beautiful views in all directions. The bus from the station stops at the end of the road, or the walk up is steep but pretty.

The apartment was simply great! Spacious, bright, very clean and well furnished. The dishes and pots were basically new and we enjoyed using a well working oven as well as an espresso coffee machine with integrated grinder. The bathroom is only one, but it looked new with a great shower setup. The apartment is located under the mountain at 20 minutes walk from the town of Brig and the surrounding area of the apartment was very relaxing and quiet. The view of the valley and the mountains at sunset and night was amazing. Very handy location to go skiing as a few good resorts are within 50 minutes by car (the closest is probably 20 minutes by car). The host visited us twice and it was very kind and helpful

- The apartment is at the second floor of the building - no lift (somehow we couldn't find this info) - The car has to be parked in front of garage number 2, i.e, outside not inside the garage - The door of the building has to be manually locked every time as repeatedly requested by the tenors at the first floor - No microwave - No washing machine - The authentication of the WiFi was a bit unusual and we couldn't connect with all our devices, but only some of them

Nadine is a wonderful host. We had a very comfortable stay at her lovely property. The place is neat, clean, cozy, has a great view and just feels like home. Stayed there for 10 days and not even once did we need to call Nadine for anything. The place is well furnished, kitchenware is in abundance. We cooked 2 meals everyday and it was easy peasy given the well equipped kitchen. We would love to come back - thank you Nadine for everything.
