Bad war eng, Einrichtung eher alt und nur das nötigste im Bad. Aber für Preis stimmt das so. sonst alles iO

I booked this hotel for 1 night and received my booking confirmation: Single Room/Pivate Bathroom/ Mountain View. The day before my departure for my trip, I received 2 messages from the hotel at 09:37 and 20:44 for the change of my confirmed room type to Single Room / Shared Bathroom /No View / The Cheapest Room of the hotel. I contacted Customer Service of booking.com for help. Within few hours, I got a reply and was offered a room of another hotel. I highly appreciated the excellent service of the booking.com support team. I would certainly not recommend this hotel.

Very old building with an almost ancient elevator. The rooms were small but fine. My mattress was a little uncomfortable as there were little knots from the fabric all over the middle part of the mattress and you could feel it through the sheets. The bathroom is very old too but it was clean.

Habe das Einzelzimmer gebucht. Das Zimmer ist relativ klein, spartanisch eingerichtet und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Für eine Nacht ok, für.einen längeren Aufenthalt jedoch definitif nicht zu empfehlen.

Die Matratzen waren super bequem und meine Frage, um welche Marke/Modell es sich dabei handelt, haben sie auch beantwortet. Vielen herzlichen Dank dafür. Der self check-in war auch problemlos

Chambre sans escaliers, comme demandé (pour ma mère très âgée). The single room furniture was very old and not really clean. No air conditioning which is challenging during summer time. The toilet was outside at the corridor whereas the shower and sink had been inside of the room. Personal at breakfast was very distant, didn’t great me or paid attention.

La struttura è decisamente troppo vecchia, andrebbe aggiornata, almeno i bagni. Scarsa pulizia dei servizi igienici: abbiamo trovato il WC con segni di utilizzo, una salvietta con una (vecchia) macchia nera.

Decor is dated, and breakfast was acceptable but not amazing. Self check-in machine would probably be frustrating to anyone with less patience than me!

Frühstüstück war etwas sehr einfach. Brot war ok, Zopf auf gebacken. Käse nun da habe ich schon Walliserkäse erwartet und nicht vorgeschnitte Käsescheibleten. Das selbe beim Fleisch, da gibt es so gute Wurstwahren im Wallis. Normaler Schincken und Aufschnitt gabes. Kein Walliser Speck, oder Trockenfleisch. Etwas billig und ohne Fantasie.

Superiorzimmer gebucht, Dachkammer bekommen !!! Zimmer in der 4. Etage unterm Dach, maximal aufgeheizt, Ventilatoren standen schon bereit, Dusche in einer Nische hinter dem Schrank, WC mit Vorhang vom Schlafbereich abgegrenzt usw. Wir sprechen von einem angeblichen Superior Zimmer!!! Das Problem mit diesem Zimmer ist offensichtlich bekannt, uns wurde sofort eine Stornierung mit Geld zurück angeboten. Immerhin, aber das macht die Unverschämtheit so ein Zimmer überhaupt anzubieten auch nicht besser.
