There are no breakfast, but good facilities if you want to cook one. Thre are fridge, microwaves, etc.

No cleaning on the room for the whole week, and I could hear very loudly the people on the room next door

Simple. Clean. Good heating and shower. Nice and peaceful surroundings. This is everything you wish from a place to sleep.

Molto comode le modalità di check-in e check out, la posizione è comoda, non super in centro però comunque facilmente raggiungibile (noi spesso non abbiamo neanche preso i mezzi, ma camminiamo molto). La camera è carina, pulita e con tutti gli essenziali, il lucernario sul soffitto è completamente elettrico, sia per il ricambio d'aria che per gli scuri che tenevano fuori la luce di notte. Il bagno era piccolino ma aveva una doccia bellissima e grandissima. Zona comune ben fornita, con cucina completa e anche macchinetta del caffè.

Le camere sono poco isolate e quindi si sentono i vicini

The room is very clean. Every furniture is pretty much brand new. My room was also warm and comfortable. The shower was warm. The only thing that is missing is a small desk and chair, which is a requirement for business trips when you want to work with your laptop or have online meetings. I believe the rooms have enough space for adding a small desk and chair.

There was no light in the entrance corridor of the building. Could do with a TV in the room to pass time. However overall it was good value for money.

I liked the a lot the room. " Emie" . I liked the decoration, modern and simple. The room was very clean. The autonomous heating. Iron, iron board and hair dryer were also provided!! I liked also the shared kitchen that provided all the essentials for a short stay

I would have liked to have a better wardrobe for the clothes, such as a small cupboard instead of the existing one (rack and shelves) and a more comfortable chair/ arm chair in the room and not only a small stool.

Bardzo czysto, przytulnie, bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Blisko do komunikacji miejskiej. Bardzo dobre miejsce na wypoczynek weekendowy. Dobry, niekrępujący kontakt z gospodarzami. Dziękuję za gościnę.

Brak szafy i TV/radio w pokoju

Комната чистая, душ с туалетом тоже выше всяких похвал. Комната без окон, но со световым люком в потолке, который открывается для проветривания и есть шторка для затемнения с пульта. За счёт этого все время кажется, что забыл выключить свет ))) Отлично оборудованная общая кухня со всем необходимым.

We hadden geen toegang tot de keuken en konden alleen in de kleine naar riool stinkende slaapkamer verblijven.

La dueña, super amable. Siempre dispuesta a ayudar y dando consejos sobre sitios en la zona que visitar. Se ve muy cuidado todo. La plancha me vino de perlas y era buena, no como en otros sitios en los que había estado.

Un poco de ruido con los vecinos de otras habitaciones al ducharse o al ir al baño, pero no molestaba. El champú/jabón de ducha lo has de llevar tú. Temas menores.

Alles war sehr sauber, tolles Badezimmer und bequemes Bett. Nähe zum Place Jourdan mit der berühmtesten Pommesbude Brüssels.

In meinem Zimmer gab es nur ein Dachfenster in der Decke. High-Tec, elektrisch zu öffnen inkl. eines Verdunklungsrollos. Mir fehlte aber der Blick nach draußen.

Stanza spaziosa, pulizia ottima e struttura ben curata. In più c’è una cucina in comune che è davvero utile. La zona è molto tranquilla e la posizione buona in quanto si hanno diverse fermate della metro tra cui scegliere. Inoltre, a 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge una piazza in cui ci sono diversi ristoranti e pub. Per finire, proprietario disponibile e simpatico. Super consigliato direi

Camera moderna, ampia e confortevole. Bagno attrezzato. Vicina alla fermata Schumann, al quartiere Jordan e a quello Europeo. Tutto pulito.

Il prezzo è alto, anche se Bruxelles è cara. L’host ci ha sistemato qui, facendoci pagare la differenza, dopo che avevamo prenotato una camera in un’altra loro struttura che abbiamo abbandonato poiché al nostro arrivo ci si è rivelata ben peggiore di quanto ci aspettassimo. Ci avevano proposto il cambio già all’atto della prenotazione, quindi ci è parsa una manovra già studiata. Almeno ci hanno aiutato per ottenere il rimborso (parziale) della prima camera, visto che l’operazione è stata complicata con Booking.com

Gostamos de tudo. Ambiente limpo, tudo novinho, organizado. O banheiro muito bom, tem uma cozinha para ser usada também, muito bem equipada. A Thais, funcionária da hospedagem, é brasileira e foi super prestativa conosco. Excelente localização. Enfim, gostamos de tudo.

Não há nada para se reclamar. A não ser que não pude ficar mais pois as férias acabaram kkkkkkk

Polite staff. Super clean rooms. Comfortable bed!! No option for breakfast, but there was a coffee machine in the public room/lobby and tea for anyone to help themselves with. I would definitely stay again!

The room was very nice and super-clean, as were the communal spaces, and everything seemed very new. The shower was fantastic. The check in was easy.

The room didn't have a desk or a real wardrobe where to hang things (just a lot of open shelves), but since mine was a short stay it wasn't a problem.

Perfect place with all you need for a short stay; close to shops an restaurants and the points of interest. Room and bathroom new and clean. Shared kitchen with free coffee and tea and cooking facilities. Easy check in.

We really really liked this place! Incredibly clean. Great location. Quiet but close to things to do. Incredibly helpful lady helping us out, replying immediately to messages. Really nice kitchen. I was doing a bit of work so had lots of space to work in. Great WiFi. Every other guest looked happy too. Nice little lawn would be good in summer. Really cool roof window and electric blinds. One small thing - the bed was a bit narrow for two people (I'm not that big, honest) but they tried to help. Next time I might bring an air mattress. But no big problem. The place is so good this is not a big deal.

Paper-thin walls are inconvenient when there are other guests talking during the late night hours. Also do note there is no shampoo or body wash so bring your own.

Very convenient location if your main interest is in the European quarter. Close to metro line that gets you to Grand Place and Central Station. The place has everything new and really is very clean and, I believe, under constant care . We could open the roof window for fresh air even under rainy conditions. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board in the room. Kitchen/common space really nice and fully equipped. There was heating in the evening, so at night we had a pleasant temperature, which is not always the case in Brussels. Attention for details. 😊

It was great for our short stay. Indeed there is hand soap but no shower gel, so bring your own. For longer stays you might need to keep most things in your luggage. If you're picky with your coffee, bring your own nespresso capsules also. 😊

The bed was super comfy. The room was very clean. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board were all in good condition. The walls are thin indeed, but I was lucky that my neighbours were not noisy. Some people mentioned the lack of TV as a negative, but I think there would be more noise if there were TVs in the rooms. Free WiFi connection was good enough to make video calls and watch things on my phone. There were two remotes for the ceiling window, one to open/close the window for ventilation, and another for the automatic shutter, which completely blocks the view and the light from outside the window. I guess some people did not discover this second remote (or it is a new addition), as some previous comments complained about the sun shining on the beds, etc. The shared kitchen was also clean and tidy with all the necessary equipment to cook. Nothing, but the lack of shampoo and shower gel could have been a problem if I hadn't brought them with me after reading previous reviews.

There are many things to like about Private rooms - European Quarter. The location is convenient, as you can easily reach many parts of Brussels by walking, using the bus, or taking the metro. The area is very nice and safe, with many shops, cafes, and restaurants around the property. The kitchen and all the facilities are very well-equipped and everything is new and immaculate. I saved the best part for last - the hosts, Fehima and her family, made us feel cared for like in a five-star hotel. Thank you, and we hope to see you again soon.

- Individual suites with a shared tidy kitchen. - Everything was modern, clean and well-maintained. The building seems to be freshly renovated. - Our room was spacious, and had everything we needed - modern bathroom, great shower - Great communication with the staff through the chat - even though it was not right in the center (25min walking distance), it was a good location close to several restaurants and dinner options (5min walking to Jordan Place) and transportation, if you prefer - Auto check-in was perfect for time flexibility - It was especially quiet because we were in the back house ('Emie' room). The one (Eden) which is close to the entrance seemed different, too close to the kitchen and common areas. - Saw some complaints about the lack of a window, but our room had a big windows facing the terrace

- Not having AC can be a problem on hot days.

Location! Very neat and tidy spaces (the room and the shared ones). Very nice staff taking a good care of the guests, respecting their privacy. A comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen.

Neighbours that did not respect the ‘no kids, no pets rule’ - I could hear their baby crying till very late at night and then again at 4am. As there is no reception, no verification of the guests is possible.

Very nicely decorated, clean room and nice kitchen, too. The place looked like newly renovated.

Only minus was the loud ventilator in the bathroom when the light was on. And you need eyecovers for sleeping because there is a roof window right above the bed. Luckily I had them with me!

Nice area, close to European quarter and place jourdan. Brand new refurbished. Quiet room across the patio. The landlord also notified me immediately about a lost item.

Room Kelly has no window, only a skylight (which can be opened though). The skylight has no blinds, and hence the room cannot be darkened. Plus: no shampoo, no shower gel, no TV, no coathanger. Hm. Maybe this is still to come ...

Just a minor thing there wasn’t any shower gel in the room. Just a little detail but I would have preferred that it would have been provided.

Nice room with private bathroom, the building is freshly renewed. Towels, hairdryer and ironing set are available in the room. The kitchen is shared with other guests but always tidy and clean. The owner is nice and replies to messages very quickly. Last but not least the street where the house is located is very charming, full of "maisons de maître", 5 minutes walking to Shuman and many bus stops nearby.
