The facilities are good enough, considering how much you pay for the property; there's nothing much to complain about. They also provide extra extensions and a hair dryer for you, so no need to worry about a lack of power outlets.
The shower head was broken, hope they can fix it for future guests. Some bedsheets have stains on them.

We asked for wifi since our devices said we cannot connect to the internet, and the staff did not reply to our messages, until after I checked out, there is not a single apology or acknowledgment. We asked for a new cooking pan since the one we were given was burnt and unusable, but still there is no response. The staff have really poor communication and we felt unwelcomed here.

The water heater in the unit was not working. There were also a lot of ants inside the unit. When I raised this issue via WhatsApp, there was no apology or proper response. Additionally, the lift operation was inconvenient for guests.

There are also many food options nearby, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The house was clean, comfortable, and offered a very nice view. It is also very suitable for families, as the space is comfortable and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient stay. *Taking times using the lift. *Towels are to small. Suggestion-Use a thick towel commonly used in hotels. * No free parking for second car. The parking fee for the second car is very expensive. * It seems that the check-in time is at 2 p.m. Usually, guests come to relax and go on vacation, so they don’t have enough time to use the available facilities.

-Lift Me n my family waited for the lift for almost 55 minutes, due to only one lift functioning out of 4.After a long wait, we all decided to walk from the 41st floor to the 3rd floor😑..,then,sending my father in the elevator with the help of others. -Staff The staff who are doing the laundry knows,there are a lot of people waiting in front of the lift ,but still they refuse to give us space to use the lift , instead they are using it for bring the bundles(clothes),which makes the lift full -Room There is literally, water leaking in the floor of our room,do knw why,even I inform the authority on time,there is no response(next day morning get response)and no one for cmng cleaning,till the next day we check out.

Reviewed Oct 27, 2025We went for a 3D2N trip and reached around 5pm. Once we checked in, we inspected all the rooms and found several issues — one of the room lights was not working, the TV remote wasn’t functioning, the water heater was just there for illustration purposes (no hot water at all), and the toilet wasn’t clean (we didn’t even bother to inform them, knowing they wouldn’t do anything about it). We informed the agent about the other issues, and their response was that someone would come the next day to sort them out. The next day, only the light bulb was changed while the rest of the issues were completely ignored. Honestly, it was very disappointing and frustrating. Paying RM500+ for this kind of service is definitely not worth it.

You only give me towel for children, the size is barely can cover the front The aircond is not functioning well, i’m sweating through the night!! The lift situation is horrible, i have to wait 1 hour, end up use stairs from 16th floor, imagine peoples from 40th floor
