No me parece seguro del todo. No hay nadie responsable del establecimiento nunca allí. Cualquiera que haya pagado puede dejar entrar a alguien externo. Si ocurriera algo malo no hay nadie a quien acudir. Escribí por WhatsApp a las 11 de la mañana para preguntar si podía dejar la mochila antes del check in y me contestaron a las 21:32. La respuesta no es nada rápida.

Está situado en una plaza en remodelación, lo que hace que todos las calles alrededores estén en obras por lo que caminar por ahí se dificulta bastante. Yo no pude llegar, no pude hacer uso de mi estancia por los arreglos en la calle. Pedí la devolución del dinero y me la negaron.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Petit hostal calme et chaleureux exclusive pour femmes. La localisation était exceptionnelle. La propreté des lieux impeccable. 2 Habitations très vastes avec seulement 6 lits par chambre et air climatisé. Lits très confortables avec rideau sombre pour assurer un sommeil reposant. Accueil magnifique, Renato a été très accueillant et professionnel. 2 Salles de bain chaleureuses et propres. Endroit bien situé à seulement 5 minutes de la station del sol, des restaurants et d'autres attractions à pied . Le petit déjeuner est inclus ( il faut simplement aller au restaurant qui se trouve a 3 minutes à pied du hostal et emmener un coupon qui nous est fourni). Je le recommande fortement.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Todo puedo resumirlo a una palabra, tan íntimo que te hace sentir en tu casa, limpieza excelsa dd la mano de Jenny, Renato un host con quien te quedarías charlando horas y como si fuese esto poco sabanas impecables toallas limpias y amenities para el baño, el tener una sala de estar con un sofá confortable y pequeños detalles como infusiones a tu disposición 24 hs una heladera grande para tus alimentos. Lamento haberlo descubierto recién este año. Sin duda lo volvería elegir. Es sentirme en casa pero en madrid. Mil gracias por todo.

Er was geen raam in de kamer en het was vrij krap voor 4 personen. Er was helemaal geen personeel, en de wifi deed het niet.

Quarto interior, sem janela. Paredes meias com uma casa de banho que tinha uma máquina de lavar roupa e outra de secar. Ouvia-se as máquinas a trabalhar e as pessoas no chuveiro constantemente. Isolamento péssimo. Mal conseguimos dormir. Wi-fi sempre sem internet. Casas de banho sempre muito sujas. Baixa manutenção.

Las sábanas muy cómodas, el colchón muy cómodo, aire acondicionado en las habitaciones, lavadora y secadora, toallas y gel y champú. Cuidan mucho los detalles
Que el desayuno está un poco lejos y es complicado de encontrar. Pero me ha encantado que entre desayuno en el precio

The comforter was poor quality. Showers could have been a bit cleaner - mold in the grout. Peeling caulk around the sink.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Posizione centrale che permette di vedere la città a piedi. Letto confortevole e cambio asciugamani ogni giorno. Vengono forniti anche flaconcini shampoo balsamo e bagnoschiuma. Macchina caffè e distributore acqua fredda. Disponibilità per deposito zaino prima del check in.
Camere troppo fredde con aria condizionata eccessiva e non regolabile. Posizione su strada con molto rumore non per niente vengono forniti dei tappi per le orecchie. I soli due bagni con doccia presenti dovrebbero essere puliti con frequenza. Non tutte le ospiti sono rispettose! Lavatrice e asciugatrice presenti ma non ci sono spiegazioni sul loro funzionamento. Tutto è rimandato a un numero wa per info.

Deberían insonorizar los cuartos me tocó el cuarto 1 y el nivel de ruido era impresionante, te despiertas a mitad de la noche del susto por las peleas que hay en la calle. También me disgustó darme cuenta que de 3 días solo me dieron desayuno 1 día, en ese caso no deberían ofrecerlo durante la estancia completa porque no tiene sentido. Entiendo el último día a las 11am debo dejar la habitación pero si el desayuno es hasta las 10am podría darme tiempo de comer algo antes de salir

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026Posizione ottima, vicinissima a Puerta del Sol; dall’ostello ho potuto girare tutta Madrid a piedi comodamente. L’ostello è carino, ha solamente 3 camere (di cui una matrimoniale) e due bagni. Il letto è comodo e vengono forniti due asciugamani, mini flaconi di bagnoschiuma, shampoo e balsamo e due tappi per le orecchie. Inizialmente pensavo che con soli due bagni per 12/14 persone ci sarebbe stata sempre coda, invece non ho mai trovato nessuno. La colazione viene servita in un bar a 5 minuti dalla struttura ed è abbastanza buona. In quanto ostello di sole donne, mi sono sentita molto al sicuro.
I bagni, purtroppo, non sempre erano puliti. La stanza è risultata molto rumorosa a causa dei lavori che stanno facendo nella strada sottostante. La strada in cui si trova l’ostello, in alcuni punti, non è bellissima da percorrere a piedi (tantissimi sacchi della spazzatura e diversi barboni).

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026場所が良い。マドリの中心。最寄りのソル駅はエスカレーターもあり、ソルからだとアトーチャ駅にもチャマルティン駅にも地下鉄一本で行けるのでスペインの地方に行くにも便利。 部屋も清潔、しっかりしたタオルの貸し出し、アメニティも良かった。スタッフも宿泊者も女性だけなので部屋以外でもリラックス出来た。 ウォーターサーバー、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫も自由に使えて良かった。 ベッドも広さがあり分厚いカーテンで光も遮られるので良かった。
ホテルに悪いところは特にない。 街の中心なので外の騒がしさや工事の音などはやはり仕方ない。 これからのこととして、浴室に床を拭くモップがあれば良いなと思った。 自分が使ったあと次の人のために。

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026The location is absolutely fantastic, you are right in the centre of everything with lots of shops, bars and restaurants near by. Also only a few minutes walk from a metro station. The rooms are nice and modern and very comfortable so are the bathrooms. Good communication with the staff and self check in was easy and hassle free.
Everything was great, only constructive feedback is that the communal area is a little small and there where no knifes and folks provided which would have been useful.

La habitación no tenía ventanas, pero vino bien porque había obras al lado.

Reviewed May 25, 2026Las instrucciones fueron claras, el staff fue siempre muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar y coordinar. Me gustó la privacidad de las camas con esa cortina :) que diario hacen limpieza. La locación es top.
En general no hay algo que no me haya gustado, es un lugar pequeño y eso tienen que tenerlo en cuenta, aún así trabajé un día en la sala y super bien. Creo que cumple muy bien su finalidad.

The soft check-in process was amazing and super smooth, everything felt easy from the start. The location was also great, very convenient to get around the city. La entrada al edificio da un poco de miedo. Entiendo igual que no depende del hostel, solo que es una pena que un lugar tan bonito se vea desperdiciado por la entrada. De todas formas, lo super recomiendo, volveria a ir, porque todo lo demas es excelente!

Reviewed May 14, 2026Melhor hostel que já fiquei. Reservei um quarto com cama de casal para mim e minha mãe, o espaço era adequado para duas pessoas. O hostel tem qualidade quase de um hotel, a única diferença é o banheiro compartilhado, porém, são dois banheiros separados, não são “cabines” em banheiros coletivos como em outros hostel, então são ótimos para usar. Tudo muito limpo, fornece toalhas, shampoo, sabonete e tem café da manhã incluso num local próximo. Gostei também do cuidado em disponibilizar absorventes nos banheiros. A localização é excepcional, ao lado da Puerta del Sol e próximo de pontos turísticos. Check in e check out muito simples. Vale muito a pena, voltaria.
Nossa entrada foi difícil pois o portão do prédio estava trancado e não havia nenhum interfone, precisamos esperar alguém sair para conseguir entrar no momento em que o portão estava aberto. Após pegar as chaves, não tivemos mais problemas. O colchão da cama é fino e um pouco duro, mas para uma noite foi suficiente.

Reviewed May 11, 2026The location was great. The staff were great as well. I liked the coffee machine and the fact that there was a sofa in the hall, it was quite welcoming, although the coffee machine didn't work sometimes.
The rooms were quite small, I didn't have a lot of space for my luggage like in other hostels, although I did have a big wardrobe below the bed to keep all of my suitcase. I didn't like that I had to wait for the toilets, and sometimes they were busy. I think there's 2 toilets for 15 people in total. Compared to other hostels, I felt quite restricted and it made me feel uncomfortable sometimes.

The main big problem was the fact there was no window in the room. For us, it was a huge problem. There is no light in the morning and kind of claustrophobic. For many might not be a problem, but for me and my sister, it is, and it was not fair to find it out there

Reviewed May 3, 2026El hostel tiene un check in super sencillo. El ambiente, me sentí muy segura siendo que era la primera vez que viajaba sola. Los baños limpios y la ducha funcionaba perfecto. Camas cómodas
El desayuno es bueno, pero queda en un bar a un par de cuadras. Eso interfiere un poco si hay planes u horarios a los que ajustarse.

Reviewed May 2, 2026Water drain for shower and sink was so slow. Need a heavier shower curtain. So disappointed for the breakfast place!! Got there with other person 8:05 and raining. They told us we have to wait for 10 minutes outside even though I ask if we can wait inside since it's raining hard. They said "No"!

Reviewed May 2, 2026É mesmo um Hostel direccionado para mulheres no cuidado que têm em pequenos pormenores que fazem a diferença, desde ter toalhas e gel de duche e champô, secador... E um tocador para nos sentarmos a maquilhar. Adorei os pormenores e foi dos melhores hostels que tive.
A área das Puertas del Sol é um pouco barulhenta à noite, e menos bem frequentada, mas não é culpa do Hostel...

Reviewed May 2, 2026The room had no window, it smelled and the fan was noisy and useless, impossible to change the air. Even the bed was pretty unconfortable. If it was cheap I could have accepted better the staying, but it was even quite expensive for the service.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026・ベットやバスルームが綺麗だった ・バスルームが広い。また、バスルームに荷物置き（ランドリーの上）があり、便利だった（他の施設だといつもどこにものを置こうか困ってました） ・宿泊者の方のマナーが良く、静かだった ・オーナーの方が親切で、やさしかった ・場所が良い！
中心地に位置しているので建物の外は少しうるさいです。でも、そのせいで寝れないといった程度ではないです！
