KIELO - City Apartment Rovaniemi

Viihtyisä asunto näppärien kulkuyhteyksien päässä.

Prostorný pokoj, pěkně zařízeno.

Velmi měkké a nepohodlné postele. Nafukovací matrace pro dítě byla naprosto nevyhovující.

Hyvä sijainti ja toimiva kokonaisuus

Pysäköinti vähän epäselvä

Siisteys !! Likainen keittiö / ruokailuvälineet ,

Very good location, excellent amenities and super clear instructions on how to get to location. Extremely helpful!!

We loved our stay, no problems!!

The unit is soooo clean and tidy. Love it! Quiet but convinient location, walking distance to the town central and everything. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything I need. Big living room with sofa.

Everything's perfect for me

La posizione in centro. Appartamento accogliente, pulito e ben equipaggiato.

The apartment is very spacious for two people, has everything needed for a good stay, and is close to the center.

Nothing

Ninguna pega!!!

Near center. Clean and komfortable.

Sijainti

Ei parkkipaikkaa

Ilmainen parkki ehdoton plussa. Hyvä rauhallinen sijainti.

Hyvä sänky. Keittiö hyvin varusteltu.

Ei ollut autolle parkkipaikkaa missään lähettyvillä.

Great property close to the center of the town

The shower should have been a bit cleaner all the rest deserves top marks!

Kellemes meglepetést okozott, hogy a konyhán alapvető élelmiszerek (kávé, tea, cukor, só, némi fűszer, száraz tészta félék) is voltak.

Leiligheten passer to, ikke flere.

gute Lage. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber.

Perfect location near the city center and free parking in front of the apartment. The apartment was tidy and clean.

Really spacious, the place was really clean and it has everything you might need, the bathroom was really nice and the location is great. Totally recommended

Nothing

Great location in the center of town and perfect for our one night stay before heading off to see Lapland. Our host was very easy to communicate and gave clear instructions on access to the property.

A bit cosy for 3 people - air bed for third person instead of sofa bed.

The apartment is spacious. I like the kitchen and bathroom.

The way to get the key is tricky. Prepare some time on it.

Good location. Timely response from the host.

Nothing

Great location within walking distance to the city center. Comfortable bed and spacious.

To be honest it's time for a quick fix at the damaged kitchen cabinet and cabinet door. Too many rules and regulations we are all adults. To find the location of the apartment do not google name of the apartment but the address. Thin-wall.

Location is great, quite central, Host was very helpful and always reverted on messages. Quiet and peaceful building

the kitchen has only 1 set of cutlery, normally there should be atleast for 2-4 people, we were 3 of us staying!

Zero sound proofing. You can hear neighbours talking like in the next room. Pre-communicated we have 3people , end up have to set up third bed ourselves. Super old building, can’t even recognise the elevator, no English sign, oldest elevator I have ever seen! Base door does NOT open, the door with password is on different floor - need to go through stairs- OR you can walk up , enter the upper door then open the lower level door to use the elevator. It is insane! Don’t know how those 10 ratings been rated. The curtains have 4 parts and can’t close completely, keep in mind If you come in those all-day light months, you might struggle to sleep.

Very clean apartment and friendly host. Good location - very close to the airport.

Everything is good

Everything. Great communication, great location, great apartment!

Everything was fantastic

Great location to head to the river for a northern lights sighting. Also, walkable from the centre and the shops. Close to multiple bus stops as well. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

Some of the cabinets in the kitchen were damaged and some drawers were tough to use. The kitchen light didn't work.

Clean. Spacious. Just next to the river and Artikum.

Google maps don’t get you to the exact building. So needed to figure that out.

Simple studio apartment in a short walking distance to everywhere in Rovaniemi

Old 1970’s building so poor soundproofing

Cozy and clean flat near to the downtown and the lake. Well-equipped kitchen box. New branded towels and very comfortable bed. Free parking. Friendly and communicative staff ready to help you.

Everything was OK.

good location, comfortable apartment

there were difficulties with the check-in time. also inaccurate information about the key. resulting in loss of time and mood

The apartment is made by three rooms, a living room with a couch and a bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment was generally very clean and had the kitchen essentials to cook an easy meal. The property also had a parking lot which was very useful. We also really liked the bedsheets and the towels which aren't always included in Lapland stays.

We liked everything but the kitchen has no curtain or door. This means that there's not much privacy in the kitchen but especially that in the morning the light goes straight into the room with the bed, making it hard for those that can't sleep with lights on.

Parking place for a car.

Better arrival instructions for those who arrive with car. Pictures how things look for those who come by foot to facility don't help a bit those who drive. It easily possible to err in this place and choose the wrong entrance (marked with B as well as the correct one). Then you arrive in the front of wrong apartment door. The instructions could be more exhaustive and pinpoint this possibility - and give detailed instructions how to correct it. I happened to call the host in panic before realizing I was in the wrong entrance. The host was quite an arrogant and nosy then I pointed out that instructions could be better. Patent denial "no one else has ever complained about that" was given. Okay. Maybe they are the quiet people who don't dare to say but I do. Inside the apartment, the kitchenette is quite a worn out. There are no curtains the the kitchenette, nor there are any curtains in the shower room. The shower room has very big windows, so you will be visible in your all nudity outside if it disturbs you. The whole apartment will be probably very hot in the summer days. When I visited was fortunately a rainy murky day, so it wasn't that hot yet - and I visited in May so it wasn't really summer yet.

Perfect location, easy and friendly communication with the host and a big plus for free parking! The apartment had everything we needed for our short stay and it was very clean.

The kitchen could be equipped a bit better and updated, but we still managed fine. The biggest issue we had was with noise coming from other apartments as the walls are very thin and light coming from the kitchen window to the bed which made falling asleep a bit hard.

Well equipped, easy to find and well located with dedicated parking place and the owner is also very helpful and kind

Nice apartment - it was very clear guideline to checkin. Few minutes walk from.the shopping center

Nice and clean place for a good price. 🙂

It was really pleasant stay in KIELO apartment. Location was just in centrum but in a peaceful area close by the river. Easy and clear check in and check out. Spotlessly clean things I with nice clean towels and all things u needed for my stay. The place has comfortable bed, very good Wi-Fi and free private parking spot.

The location was ideal, with the city center just a short walking distance away. It was incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, offering a comfortable environment to relax in.

Great location and very cosy and comfortable bed

I highly recommend this apartment! Located in the center, within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and services. It was very clean and comfortable (super comfy bed). The bathroom and living room are tastefully designed. The host was very polite and even organized an airport pick-up for me. The check-in and check-out were easy. I was provided with fresh towels and all the necessities for my stay (shower gel, shampoo, tea, coffee, etc.). If you want to have a nice stay in Rovaniemi, choose this place.

Everything was just perfect ! The host was very welcoming and very easy to communicate with him. Replied to all my questions within minutes even send an electrician to fix the stove next day. The photos are exactly what you get. The studio was very clean, comfortable and the location was amazing, close to the city centre and 4 minutes walk to the bus station. Definitely will come back again here !

Nothing , everything was just perfect .
