Al Qand Chalet For Families Only

THE BEST THATS IT

the swimming pool is the best no restaurants or food trucks, no available breakfast, Wi-Fi is very bad (almost no internet) there are no common facilities around except the mosque and supermarket the surroundings and roads need improvement no available common beach

The design

The location because it’s close to the main highway and it’s noisy

The swimming pool the furniture, and the cleanliness overall experience was great.

The fridge was not cooling although before checking out I found out that there is another fridge hidden in the cabinets, some of the rooms had smell, and there was dripping in the sitting room, which I pointed out the attendant and he replied that they will be fixing it today.

Is very clean

Cute area very nice

The design of the building was great and the furniture was good. The swimming pool was great and the outdoor seating area was also nice. The barbecue area was well arranged. The gym looks very nice.

The noise from the highway and the bad smell at night from the outside. The maintenance needs to improve (i.e.drainage in shower area). The cleaning in the toilets is unfortunately done very very light (as if they are only splashing it with water). The beds are over used and the some sheets are yellow colored. The refrigerator is very small based on the building size. The built in refrigerator door opens in the wrong direction. Some switches are not working or defective. The raised floor around the swimming pool has defective parts. Outside light switches are not identified. Exhaust fan in kitchen is major issue. Also some toilets have poor ventilation.

Location is well served. Has parks outside, bike rentals and closed compound with security. I didn't like that the water slide is broken, the pool chairs are dirty, and the outside room is infested with black ants. Apart from that, it was a good experience.

Spacious, well designed, and loved the bbq/grilling set up

The kitchen in a bit too small

Cleanliness, especially bedrooms, bathrooms, and living room. The place also has a really good atmosphere.

The swimming pool needs more frequent maintenance, and the outer room's AC doesn't cool the room. Also, the outer room should have a curtain for stays with multiple families.

Everything

It was an exceptional experience and a wonderful place to spend it with your family, the photo and video did not explore the actual place and the beauty.

Need just Maintenance of bathroom accessories.
