Это самая ужасная вилла, на которой нам приходилось быть. Мы приехали с женой на медовый месяц, и они испортили нам праздник сразу же, как только мы вошли в нашу виллу. Постельное белье было в пятнах, весь номер грязный (пол, стены, мебель), вся мебель и отделка не просто уставшая, а требует полной замены. В ванной был сломан смеситель, туалет был грязный (буквально следы от чужих экскрементов). Пока мылись в душе из лейки текла нормальная вода, но из тропического душа капала холодная. Мы кое-как переночевали, потому что приехали в ночь, и утром потребовали вернуть деньги и съехали.

A weirdo guy kept pacing back and forth on the phone shouting in convos or laughing through our entire stay. From morning through to about 2am. We wake up, dress, go out and come back to him still on phone. Breakfast wasn't delicious produce. Fruits were little and not quality. Foods presented needs to be covered at all times, even if you leave it outside because it was opened daily until my friend as for a foil. I suggest owners look at the structure especially showers as building is rusting and causing damp inside room.

Schöne kleine Appartments mit genügend Platz. Liegt sehr ruhig abseits des Canggu Troubles was uns sehr gefallen hat. Trotzdem gibt es viele Restaurants, Massage, Gym etc. Ein Roller ist definitiv sinnvoll!

I loved that it was quiet and relaxing and felt very private

The breakfast wasn’t great at all and the stafff always brought it late, the shower was horrible, only a trickle of water came out and it was very little and it spurted randomly and it was cold water.

Simplesmente tudo. Funcionários maravilhosos e atenciosos. Ligar realmente encantador, limpinho, comida perfeito. Não tenho nada a reclamar, melhor lugar pra se hospedar. Irei voltar com certeza ☺️

Le bangalow était beau et cosy. Belle chambre et salle de bain originale (à l'extérieur). Personnels au top, disponible et à l'écoute. Petit-déjeuner excellent.

Our WiFi didn’t work from the day we came, and was never fixed for our entire stay. The staff did connect us to other rooms, but because we were further from them, it wasn’t great. The bed isn’t very comfortable

Прекрасно все! Сама вилла, территория, бассейн, персонал, завтраки. Мы сами работаем в сфере отельного бизнеса и мы на многое обращаем внимание. И здесь мы не нашли ни одного минуса.

Le personnel était super gentil, aux petits soins Le cadre très beau Les petites villas sont très belles avec la salle de bain ouverte Très calme Les petits déjeuners sont excellents ! L’hôtel propose des massages en chambre qui sont top aussi

The hotel staff did their best to help.

The room was not hygienic. The air conditioner, especially during the daytime, was not cooling enough. The bathroom was also not hygienic. The faucets were covered with limescale. There were ants everywhere and spider webs on the walls.

The rooms, pool and breakfast were great. Internet was very good. Staff were helpful.

Malheureusement le tas de poubelles à l’entrée de l’établissement c’est vraiment pas top quand on arrive , les toilettes extérieures aussi étaient sales. C’est important de le faire remarquer si vous voulez améliorer la qualité de votre établissement car autrement le personnel est très gentil et au petit soin. Et les chambres étaient impeccables!

Amazing staff, very polite and doing their best to accommodate guest requests at any cost. A new space, clean pool, nice area for sunbathing. Good quality meals, wide variety of different meals available. Very quiet area, nice to sleep.

The water pressure in the shower was terrible. The water drainage was terrible. Despite space being brand new, it is already well used and requires cosmetic repair. A bit let down for the money.

Все было шикарно! Персонал очень дружелюбный. Номера чистые и современные, очень классная ванная комната на половину на улице с живыми растениями. Бассейн чистый, заварками на выбор разнообразные и приносят ко времени Все супер, обязательно вернусь сюда, когда буду в Чангу.

lo único fue que encontramos insectos en la habitación incluso teniendo todas las puertas y ventanas cerradas

Уютное место, чувствуешь себя приятно в этом маленьком домике с высоким потолком, ощущается как много пространства. Персонал очень милый и добрый и всегда приветливый. Постельное белье чистое и приятное. Ежедневные завтраки в номер действительно избавили от мыслей в выборе места для завтрака. Так же можно заказать еду в номер на обед и ужин,что так же очень удобно. Находиться чуть дальше от центрального чангу, но это спокойно, хотя иногда требуется больше времени на дорогу, но не критично.

Мне не хватило зеркала в полный рост, но это не самая большая проблема. Диван немного устал, я бы сделал химчистку.Так же касается декоративных подушек.

I really enjoyed the fantastic outdoor pool, the fast Wi-Fi, the incredibly nice staff, and the excellent food, whether it was the breakfast or the room service.

I was disappointed with the room itself, which looked quite neglected compared to the luxurious photos – the furnishings were chipped and scratched, the sheets and the couch were dirty, and there was limescale everywhere in the bathroom.

I am truly thankful for the warm hospitality and support I received when I suddenly got sick. The care and kindness shown during that time meant a lot to me. I also greatly appreciated the daily breakfast service delivery — it was an incredibly thoughtful gesture.

Había un olor a humo constante en el baño, que venía de la zona de detrás de las habitaciones, era insoportable. Quizás no dependa del hotel, pero le resta mucho.

I gave a 10 for the most delicious breakfast I ate in Bali! You also have several options from which you can choose. i also liked the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the services. We were also provided a scooter and airport transportation. The pool was clean and amazing and the rooms were confortable, even with the bath outside, we didn’t meet gekos. Hotel is at 15 min on scooter or car from Canggu center. Room is as good as in the photos.

Maybe a renovation to some parts of the room such a door to outside bathroom, the shower (a bit with limescale on it), and the outside table for the breakfast(maybe a bigger one). Also, the staff started to clean outside at 7 in the morning, so maybe a later cleaning of the garden would be recommended because people are sleeping at that hour in the morning and a bit of noise is heard.

L’établissement est incroyable, nous avons été accueillis comme il fallait. Le personnel a bien pris le temps de s’assurer que la chambre nous convienne avant de nous faire payer. Le petit déjeuner très bon et la chambre était parfaite, il y a même une TV avec toutes les plateformes de streaming à disposition, ce petit détail a rendu notre séjour encore plus incroyable et finalement, Widya a été très gentille avec nous et a facilité notre séjour.

Hele schone huisjes met prachtige buiten badkamer. Schoon zwembad, personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zeker een aanrader!

Modern and very clean and well maintained. Also very quiet.

Breakfast was plentiful but cooking could be better. My poached eggs became hard boiled eggs.

We had a very good stay at Le Cielo Resort Umalas! The place was very clean , calm and safe. The team was friendly and ready to help. The breakfast was great. It’s peaceful and not so far with a motorcycle from Canggu center.

Amazing staff, breakfast, place, position. Everybody absolutely lovely and helpful. Very clean, amazing spa services, peaceful place. Easy to get anywhere, great position away from the chaos of Canggu. 10 min bike ride to all amenities. A special thanks to Widya and all the staff of Le Cielo that pampered me for a week like a princess. I was sorry to leave. Big hug & see you soon! Susy

1) Leaving. 2) The only little detail that I have to point out is the lukewarm water of the shower, it can be a bit cold when showering at night, but otherwise all PERFECT.

Nous avons apprécié le calme ainsi que la localisation, Canggu est une ville assez vivante et le fait d’être dans un logement calme nous a quand même bien reposé !

Le seul petit point « négatif » c’était le réveil le matin lorsque le personnel nous déposait le petit déjeuné
