The fact that the night we arrived we were told our apartment had been let to another tenant by the owner. He said he was told i cancelled on the morning of our arrival so we were going to be in vietnam for more than 6 weeks we had to obtain other accommodation on the spot. even though we went through a travel company in the first place all communication should have been through them. No one attempted to contact me direct to say there was a problem. We had booked this room months before our trip. So bitterly disappointed in Song Homestay.

The views are amazing and the apartment is quite comfortable. Staff as well were extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Elevators are a nightmare, you could easily spend 5/10 min trying to go down at busy hours.

Great location near the beach. Amenities were good

Restroom was a little cramped. Construction noise banging next door in the morning was pretty bad.

Shower room was bad many problems

Close to the beach and amazing views of the city and ocean from our room. We would definitely return. Very secure. Close to may eateries and coffee shops.

We likely everything about the accommodations

Well equipped and all in good working order. Comfortable beds. Short walk to seafront restaurants and bars. Good attention from the helpful owners.

We were on 17th floor and sometimes had a long wait for the lift.,

High floor with excellent view of the beach, dragon bridge,can see across to lady Buddha has a washing machine which is very handy,

It’s a hidden gem in Da Nang. This apartment is perfect if you’re looking for a prime location and a spacious place with a beautiful sea view. There are many great restaurants within walking distance, as well as several supermarkets nearby. The hosts are polite, helpful, and genuinely kind, always ready to assist with anything you need. The apartment has all the necessary amenities, including a washing machine, iron, and two bathrooms. It’s an ideal place for up to four people. I would highly recommend this place.

Incredible location in the Mi An area of Da Nang. Apartment was spacious and everything worked as expected. Host did provide cleaning twice during our two week stay. Good air conditioning in all living spaces. Wonderful view of Da Nang beaches and the Dragon Bridge.

Host would only accept cash on arrival requiring a visit to the ATM and only provided a receipt when asked. Apartment had an unpleasant odor that persisted the entire stay. Ants were present in the kitchen and bedroom, however we did find bug spray in a cupboard and it helped keep them at bay. Black mold present on the walls in the kitchen. Hand towels were not provided in kitchen or bathrooms.

Place is quite big. It had all the amenities that we needed: microwave, washing machine, fridge with freezer, heater. Place is just across the beach. Would definitely book again.

The bed wasn't properly made when we arrived. But other than that, everything else was good.

We didn’t get much hot water with showers

Staff were brilliant. Even gave us a little gift before we left. Definitely recommend.

Отличное расположение квартиры, перейти дорогу и на море. Очень хороший (для Вьетнама) интернет, если работаете не через русские сервера, то вообще никаких проблем. Если через русские, то пинг существенный, но это все равно лучший вариант из всех, что я видела (исключая коворкинги). Есть вся необходимая посуда, а также моющие средства. По потребности приходит уборка и смена белья. Все коммуникации через вотс ап. Никакой доп.оплаты за электричество или воду не было

Квартирка требует ремонта. Поразили щели в ламинате.

De locatie

Good location. Walking distance to the beach. The staff is helpful. Nice view to the beach and the city. The apartment is not new but kept in good condition.

Old building. Some strange smell from the water system in bathroom of the master bedroom. Hope it can be improved.

The location is amazing! All the rooms have a sea view. Everything you need is downstairs - the beach, spas, restaurants and food joints, and mini markets. Could not have asked for a better location and house. The kitchen has all the utensils and cutlery you need. They also have a washing machine (no clips to hang clothes in the wind, though). Highly recommend this property.

I've travelled a lot and rarely leave a review but I was so impressed with the manager Shelby's unmatched hospitality that I make an exception here. The room is lovely, comfortable and clean in a great location, the view is stunning and there are facilities here for the longest of stays.

The plumbing in the shower room is a bit odd and a toaster would be a welcome addition, otherwise just great.

These apartments are the best in this building. Very nice, comfortable and clean. Good internet for work, incredible view and good location (all good restaurants for example within walking distance, 24h market right near the building enter)

I really love this apartment because we have the view of My Khe Beach and all the city. I check in lately but Shelby was so kind and friendly to help me check in. We really love this space even I just stayed only 1 night.

Excellent location, right by the beach. Clean and spacious. Host was responsive and helpful.

Shower often ran out of hot water

Location was close proximity to all the attractions. There's a grocery store right below the apartment, which was quite helpful.

This was my first time choosing a serviced apartment in Da Nang, and it exceeded all my expectations. The apartment was spotless, and the location was fantastic – close to the beach and city center, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops nearby. On top of that, the host was a young, friendly, and charming guy. He even recommended an amazing local seafood spot that was both delicious and affordable. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Da Nang. Thank you, Shelby!
