For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
Important Note: Some restoration works are underway in a building next door. We apologize for this inconvenience.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Lo mejor es su ubicación cerca de todo. En plena Ribeira donde los edificios tienen encanto, a menos de 1 minuto de palacio da bolsa, restaurantes, monumentos…. A pesar de que la zona es muy concurrida, por la noche no se escucha nada.
El apartamento necesita más iluminación porque era muy oscuro en general y el sofá estaba sucio con manchas.

Imposible descansar en la cama, se te clavaban los muelles. El aire acondicionado ruidoso, En el baño, se salía el agua por la parte de la ducha y se encharcaba el suelo, no tenía ni fregona para poder recoger el agua, ni escoba, ni jabón para fregar los vasos, las sartenes inservibles, no había absolutamente nada de limpieza, la mesa muy pequeña para poder comer 2 personas, pero teniendo en cuenta que no podías cocinar, pues es normal, y ya que tiene lavavajillas, al menos dejen un par de pastillas para poder utilizarlo.

Manque d’insonorisation des murs et fenêtres. Le sol n’avait pas été nettoyé. Logement assez sombre. Porte de sortie du bâtiment difficile à ouvrir.

Eerste entree op middag van aankomst. Geen persoonlijk ontvangst. Ben je met de auto Dan parkeren op betaald grote parkeer plaats , bij de Douro. Mijn foto camera is uit mijn crossbody tas geript. Er zijn professionele rippers actief. Voor aangifte als toerist. moet je naar een speciaal politie bureau toe. Met de metro net buiten het centrum van Porto in een voorplaats.

Missing kitchen equipment, no sink stopper, no strainer, need more eating and preparation utensils, no power switch to use stove light/vent (could not use it), missing instructions to use equipment ( Stovetop, A/C, etc ).the Apartment door would often not open after entering the code on the 1st attempt - it took multiple tries, little mold in shower, no switch to use air vent in toilet area, the shower/tub may pose a degree of difficulty when entering for some as it is high off the floor.(and its placement). The view to the exterior is limited to the commun entry area.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Location is great, just a few minutes walk to the Luis bridge. Restaurants and bars literally downstairs. Easy access. Well furnished. Plenty of space for a very reasonab;e price. Will definiyely stay again.
There is a lot of noise through the night because of the location, and some people ma find this problematic. However, I did not mind it because for me that was all part of staying in the centre of the Ribeira

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Het was even zoeken naar de ingang van het appartement. De locatie is echt perfect. Het ligt in een rustig straatje vlakbij de Douro. Het is een gehorig gebouw maar omdat de omgeving vrij rustig is heb je er niet heel veel last van.
De koelkast werkte helaas niet. Ik heb hierover app contact gehad met de verhuurder maar we zijn ondanks de inspanning van het appen er niet uit gekomen. Ze bieden wel hulp en zijn altijd bereikbaar voor vragen.

Houve problemas com o sistema de código para entrada no apartamento. Compreendo que possa acontecer, mas nao havia ninguém disponivel ou de fácil acesso para ajudar a solucionar. Uma empresa que gere centenas de apartamentos na cidade do Porto, esperava melhor.

LE FOTO CHIARISCONO I MOTIVI... tende distrutte che non fanno buio, muffa, lavandino otturato, materasso vecchio, ed altro ancora. Abbiamo immediatamente chiesto l'annullamento. Ci hanno detto che ci avrebbero restituito i soldi e invece ci hanno fatto pagare la penale e non era neanche l'appartamento scelto. Dopo il viaggio e aver pagato il taxi per arrivare, abbiamo pagato un altro taxi per farci portare in un'altra struttura cercata all'ultimo momento. Trovo vergognoso che certe gestioni non si prendano le proprie responsabilità neanche davanti hai fatti

Reviewed May 28, 2026Appartement absolument non conforme aux photos et expérience extrêmement décevante. Dès mon arrivée, les clés n’étaient pas disponibles dans le boîtier prévu à cet effet. J’ai dû entrer uniquement grâce au code communiqué. Une fois à l’intérieur, j’ai constaté un niveau d’hygiène inacceptable : serviettes avec des taches brunes, cheveux sur les draps et les taies d’oreiller, ménage visiblement non effectué avant mon arrivée, alors même qu’un check-in tardif à 15h est imposé soi-disant pour permettre le nettoyage du logement. Après plusieurs heures d’échanges avec l’hôte, celui-ci insistait pour intervenir pendant mon absence afin de faire le ménage, tout en me déconseillant fortement de sortir car les clés n’étaient pas en ma possession et le code pouvait être modifié, ce qui signifiait concrètement que je risquais de me retrouver bloquée à l’extérieur. Situation totalement inadmissible et extrêmement anxiogène. Malgré les promesses faites, personne n’est finalement venu nettoyer l’appartement ni déposer les clés comme convenu. Après plus de 6 heures de discussions inutiles, on m’annonce à 23h que le ménage sera finalement fait… le lendemain, soit le jour de mon départ. J’ai été contrainte de réserver un autre hôtel à mes frais compte tenu de l’état de saleté du logement et du sentiment d’insécurité lié à l’absence de clés et au manque total d’organisation. Hôte très peu professionnel, gestion catastrophique, aucun respect du client ni des conditions minimales d’hygiène et de sécurité. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement.

Komunikacija na WhatsApp-u je preko robota. U apartmanu nije bilo sredstava za pranje sudova, prasak i spuzvica. Sve ostalo je zaista dobro.

Die Halterung des Duschkopfes war defekt und wurde mit Klebeband repariert. Beim letzten Duschen ist das Klebeband gerissen und der Duschkopf konnte nicht mehr aufgesteckt werden.

Reviewed Jan 3, 2026Lovely apartment, bigger than it looks in photos, excellent location, a couple of minutes walk from riverside and famous bridge.
We had some trouble getting in, the door needs a particular technique to open it, despite us using correct code etc. Was a bit stressful, after an early flight and feeling tired, as had to phone staff and send video clip of us putting code in etc. Would have been good for someone to just come out and show us how to open the door. Once we were in though, and learnt the technique, pulling hard towards yourself before trying to open, we lived the apartment and location.

Chuveiro muito bom, contudo, o boiler parou de funcionar logo em.nossa chegada no período da tarde. Consegui tomar banho somente antes de dormir, quando voltou a funcionar. A cama de casal na verdade eram duas camas de solteiro juntas, com apenas um jogo de cama de casal. O apartamento é anunciado com um sofá cama na sala, o qual seria utilizado por mim, uma vez que tenho apneia e não iria dividir o mesmo quarto com o acompanhante de viagem, contudo, a acomodação queria me cobrar 30 euros a mais apenas para disponibilizar um jogo de cama para ser utilizado no sofá cama. Ou seja, a cama de casal não dava para ser dividida (apenas um jogo de cama casal), e o sofá cama também não podia ser utilizado.

O duche está desatualizado e a banheira estilo japonês era um perigo para entrar e sair. Já que o risco de escorregar e cair era muito alto. O apartamento tinha algumas paredes riscadas e sujas, as tomadas elétricas estavam fora do sítio e faltavam tomadas junto à cama.

I do however appreciate that the property managers, Guest Ready, did provide me with alternate accommodations, albeit in a less desirable district. Guest Ready were also very good in terms of communicating with me and updating me with the situation.
I had reserved this property many months in advance in order to ensure an affordable stay in the most desirable district of Porto (Ribeira). I was however informed during my travels that the property was no longer available due to water/flooding issues. The exact situation was not clear. This may have been a legitimate issue with the property, but based on past rental experiences, I wonder whether instead, the unit was reassigned to a higher paying customer.
