Reviewed May 25, 2026The location was amazing. Especially since I came with my mom, it was only a 5-minute walk to Ermou Street. The neighborhood also felt very safe, even when we came back late at night. And the coffee shop across the street was fantastic!
The only thing I didn’t like was that there was some construction work in the building, so there was noise early in the morning. But since it’s only temporary, I didn’t really mind it.

Reviewed May 24, 2026Location was great to explore Athens. The apartment itself was immaculate. 2 big bedrooms with their own bathrooms, and an additional bathroom too. Washing machine was helpful.
This isn't something that the host could change but just so future travellers are aware: the outside of the building is a little nondescript. But don't worry! The inside is beautiful!

Reviewed Feb 13, 2026Location is close to syntagma metro station and city buses. Plenty of restaurantes, shopping all around, walking distance to Monastriki markets or take the subway. Walking distance ti acropolis. Apartment had plenty of room with fully equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms, shower, lounge. Elevator so no dragging luggage upstairs. The host was fantastic friendly and tended to our stay.
Nothing to write here really.

Reviewed Feb 8, 2026Communication with host was easy, and we were offered an early checkin on arrival. We also got some water and coffee as welcome gift. Location was great, close to tourist attractions, close to shops and restaurants. Very close to Syntagma metro and bus stations as well which connects you to airport. Elevator available. Apartment was very clean, WIFi working fine, beds were very comfortable. Hot water anytime. Kitchen had all needed.
The heating with AC made electric fuses go off few times but nothing serious.

Reviewed Dec 25, 2025המיקום מושלם! במיקום הכי מרכזי באתונה, ליד האוטובוס לשדה התעופה. הרחוב שוקק חיים אך בתוך הדירה שקט. הגישה לבית נוחה מאוד. הבית נקי ונוח. יש שני חדרי רחצה ושלושה שירותים. החדרים מרווחים ונעימים והמיטות נוחות. בעל הדירה זמין ומסביר פנים. עזר לנו וארגן לנו מונית מצויינת לשדה התעופה. אני ממליצה בחום.

Εάν είναι κάποιος στο σπίτι και ανοίξεις την πόρτα είτε να μπεις είτε να βγεις κλείνουν σχεδόν όλα! Και πρέπει να τα ανοίξεις ξανά! Χρειάζεται μικρές περιποιήσεις! Να φτιαχτεί ο εξαερισμός της τουαλέτας! Αλλαγές σε αρκετούς λαμπτήρες που είναι χαλασμένοι!

Reviewed Aug 13, 2025A lovely hidden gem in a quiet location. Highly recommended if you have a car. Cute balcony with pistachio trees and fresh air even during the hot summer months. The host is wonderful — we arrived early by ferry, and they managed to arrange an early check-in for us. We were welcomed with snacks and a pack of water in the apartment. On the day we left, he surprised us with pistachios and sweets.

The property is advertised as apartment hotel, but it is just a private apartment like an Airbnb. The description is confusing. Also the hallway/ stairs are not clean.

Very dark and uncomfortable. Kitchen area: very small combined with a sofa a dining tale and a coffee table. Not comfortable. No light - very small window with no light coming in. 2 bedrooms: both bedrooms are spacious. One bedroom have very little day light coming in. Has a very complicated system for managing electrical power. If you are two and one person leaves the room the other person needs to follow to the exit and reopen the general electricity power.

There is no natural light in the living area. The electrical system took a bit of getting used to! Poorly positioned shelf in one bathroom that is a head hitting hazard.

Reviewed Oct 14, 2024The location was more than excellent.Mr Bill the manager very polite.It was fairly clean.It is renovated and the bedrooms are spacious enough.The bathrooms spacious and water pressure was excellent.It is ok for a family with kids but not for 5 grownups.
Too small for 5 grownups.There was no way to use the kitchen facilities when the sofa bed opened.No place to sit either.No sun light in any of the rooms.The mechanism that turns off the electric supply when the frond door opens is not convenient.When a person goes out very early in the morning another one has to wake up to turn on the electricity otherwise the air conditioning is not working.

It is very clean and fully equiped with everything needed.It is quiet. I highly ercommend for 2 couples or parents with their children to stay here.
The living room is small....but it doesn't really matter.

Reviewed Nov 26, 2023It would have been great if there was a broom/dustpan set as we stayed six days and it can get quite messy. Neither of the scales in the apartment worked. As travellers this is vital. Also in a two bedroom apartment only a couple of towels for a week is not acceptable.

Very small points ,but the lighting on the stairs was not all working and the motion detector light above the enerance door we were unable to swith off so we took the bulb out temporarily so my son could sleep on the sofa bed.

Right next to Absolutely anything you would need, shopping stores n stalls, cafes, local n up market restaurants, coffee n cake shops, tourist attractions links via mini road train n buses. Excellent for family or couples.
Nothing major must be said, but it would seem there wasn’t a wine opener nor dust pan and brush or maybe I just didn’t find them 🤷🏾♂️

Bonus was an extra toilet in the living area in addition to the ensuite bathrooms in each room. Location was also really good with good restaurants within steps of the apartment and major attractions a short walk away. The coffee place directly opposite the apartment is excellent and very reasonably priced!
While there's an elevator, we sometimes used the staircase which wasn't lit. Better lighting would be great. This might not be the apartment owner's responsibility but if something could be done then everything would be perfect.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2023the apartment is small but we’ll appointed with 2 full bathrooms and a half bath. The gentleman who meets you to let you into the property is wonderful and the location is very good.
The main living space is very small. The elevator can only accommodate 3 people or two with luggage so we generally walked the stairs. As a family of four it was difficult to eat breakfast at the table provided.
