Luxury Two Bedroom Apt in Dublin

Great stay. Very clean, comfortable and well positioned for walking along the river Liffey or catching a tram into the centre of Dublin. Highly recommended!

I servizi igienici. Farsi la doccia era difficile in quanto l''acqua non fuoriusciva dal rubinetto in altro. Per lavarsi eravamo costretti a metterci seduti nella vasca da bagno. I letti avevano le lenzuola corte tanto da non coprire il materasso

La ubicación está bastante bien, puedes llegar al centro caminando en 30’ aproximadamente o en tranvía que está en la puerta. Hay un supermercado Fresh justo enfrente y otro, un poco mejor, muy cerca también (un TESCO express). Personal muy amable, nos dejamos las llaves dentro y nos hicieron llegar otras, en taxi, sin coste alguno, esto se agradece muchísimo ya que era tarde y todo se solucionó bastante rápido.

Las fotos no se corresponden demasiado con la realidad. El apartamento es espacioso, pero está bastante deteriorado, necesita un buen repaso ya que es muy viejo y tiene muchas cosas estropeadas. El agua de la ducha, después de la primera ducha ya no sale prácticamente y tardas muchísimo en poder ducharte, difícil si tienes que lavarte el pelo. En cambio, en los grifos de los lavabos y la cocina si te despistas sale el agua de golpe con mucha presión y te pones chorreando, esto se debería revisar también.

Wir hatten kurz vor Anreise die jüngsten Bewertungen gelesen und waren irritiert was uns erwartet. Vorweg: die Wohnung ist nicht „luxury“ und die Möbel und anderes abgewohnt. Aber: Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und lösungsorientiert. Unsere Mängel wurden binnen ein paar Stunden nach dem Check In sofort beseitigt und darüberhinaus. Ich schätze man muss einfach nur kommunizieren. Wir hatten frisches Bettzeug, frische neue Handtücher, eine erneute rund um reinigung und Küchenausstattung(Gläser, Tassen, etc). Für 3 Frauen war die Wohnung von der Größe(2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, 1 überdachter Balkon) optimal für einen Städtetrip. Die Gegend war sehr sicher und die Lage wirklich perfekt. Direkt gegenüber war ein gehobenerer Supermarkt und take away Food sowie ein sehr guter Coffeeshop mit Siebträger Kaffee. Das Check In Procedere war super, da der Vermieter uns den Schlüssel in das Cafe gebracht hat. Kommunikation fand über Whatsapp statt und er war durchgehend erreichbar. Insgesamt kann ich die vorhergehenden Bewertungen etwas ins Gleichgewicht bringen. Man sollte nur vorweg und während dem Aufenthalt kommunizieren was man brauch und worauf man besteht. Dann kann ich das Apartment nur empfehlen! Wir hatten eine gute Zeit. Danke!

Location was good. There is nothing else good to say about this so called deluxe apartment.

Literally everything. The apartment was dirty. Alcohol and left over food left in the cupboard. Towels (rags actually) were in the dryer and wet. Clothes and used bedding stuffed into plastic bags and left in the wardrobes. Curtains in Master bedroom were soiled, frayed and had to be pinned together to keep them closed. They were not blockout curtains so light came in early. Washing machine was dirty, as was the kitchen appliances. We went to a laundromat rather than use the washer/dryer. We had to fix the toilet in the main bathroom as it was leaking. Coffee table was scratched and damaged, bedside table laminate was peeling. Bedding smelt. We suspect this apartment was student accommodation that vacated for guests. The positive reviews on your website are either another apartment or they are completely fake. In fact this apartment has put me off using Booking.com because I can no longer trust it.

Nichts ausser der Lage und der Verwalter hat professionell reagiert.

Vorweg, wir haben nach Ankunft den Verwalter kontaktiert und konnten kostenfrei die Wohnung stornieren und haben uns ein Hotel gesucht. Das Appartement hat an sich eine gute Grösse aber es ist total verwahrlost und es war sehr schmutzig. Ein Schrank war gefüllt mit irgendwelchen Wäschesäcken einfach wild hineingeworfen. Haare auf dem Sofa, eine Damenbinde schwamm in der Toilette, Armaturen fehlen oder sind defekt und alles klebte. Die Bettwäsche war so alt und gräulich gefärbt das Zweifel aufkamen ob diese überhaupt gewaschen wurde. Auch der Zustand der Küche war katastrophal, der Herd total verdreckt und die Abzugshaube klebte vor Fett, das Geschirr und die Pfannen ebenfalls unhygienisch.Ein Vorhang war notdürftig mit einer Sicherheitsnadel repariert.Der Balkon war ebenfalls sehr schmutzig und Fliesen haben gefehlt. Der Verwalter kam umgehend und hat uns aus dem Vertrag entlassen. Unserer Meinung nach muss das ganze Appartment umfassend renoviert werden weil der aktuelle Zustand nicht mit den Bildern übereinstimmt und die Reinigungsfirma sollte ersetzt werden. Die Schlüsselbox ist wie schon bei anderen beschrieben an einem Fahrradständer am Boden angebracht, auch das muss geändert werden.Bei einem Preis von fast 1000 Euro für 3 Nächte ist es eine Unverschämtheit so eine Wohnung überhaupt anzubieten. Wir verstehen auch nicht weshalb andere Benutzer hier teilweise 10 Punkte vergeben haben in der Bewertung, bereits in den wenigen negativen Bewertungen waren ähnliche Situationen beschrieben. Da diese Wohnung im Moment nicht bis Ende Juli buchbar ist besteht ja immerhin noch die Hoffnung das man eine Renovierung durchführt.

The location was decent. Security for the apartment was excellent and we felt very safe. It was a spacious apartment.

It wasn’t the cleanest. There were cracked tiles in the apartment and on the balcony, ripped curtains, a broken hairdryer, a nasty coffee table with burn marks and scratch marks, trash bags full of, I’m assuming, other linens for the apartment, broken hangars in the closets, cheap toiletries…. It definitely wasn’t “luxury” by a long shot. The person I dealt with was very nice.

Appartement bien situé dans Dublin. Proche des commerces, centres culturels divers et de tous les moyens de transport, bus, Tram et de la gare... on peut tout faire à pied. Nos cousins irlandais sont trés sympathiques.

Excelente localização com transporte à porta. Funcionário excepcional . Disponibilidade e simpatia . Espaço óptimo . Apartamento bem equipado.

A limpeza poderia estar melhor, e ter mais toalhas. Repararem o autoclismo

La ubicación, las camas eras muy cómodas . El personal fue encantador, tuvimos que preguntar varias cosas y nos ayudaron en todo momento. Muy atentos. Lo recomiendo

L'ampiezza dell'appartamento, non ho potuto valutare la cucina perchè non l'abbiamo usata. La posizione è comoda con i mezzi. a piedi sono circa 20min a piedi.

la mancanza di assistenza non c'erano spiegazioni per l'uso del riscaldamento, e a richiesta mi è stato detto di fare una foto al computer nell'ingresso...ma uscendo e rientrando tardi la sera non siamo riusciti a comunicare. Da rivedere la consegna delle chiavi.

Alot of dust and mold in the apartment. I am allergic to both. I am very sick and did not sleep much in it. Mold on extractor fans and top of wardrobe black with dust/mold

Would not consider this as Luxury. Floors were sticky so refused to walk without shoes or slippers on. No sharp knife so contacted owner but didn’t get one until 2nd night, so couldn’t chop anything.

Good location within walking distance to a lot of attractions. A grocery store right across the street was super convenient. It was quiet at night.

Very clean, lots of natural light. Convenient small market across the street. Convenient to Tram.

Draperies were broken, but we made do.

I like the location.

Good kitchen, good communication, clean.

No heating in one bathroom, very cold. Only one key for two people made logistics sometimes unnecessarily complicated.

The best was the place and we have all the stuff we needed.
