The property had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The terrace and the pool are absolute bonuses.

It was a little far from the beach and wish that there was another exit to the street as opposed to having to walk all the way to the main gate to enter and exit. This is only non ideal for pedestrian tourist. If you have a car then you are perfectly fine and very close to everything. The kitchen sink area and bathroom sink areas could be cleaned better and deeper. There are still minor stains. Other areas were very clean.

De ne pas utiliser notre barbecue sur la place, ça gênait personne.trop beaucoup de petite mouche à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur de la maison et aussi des moustiques.

The pool was great, the house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed.

its a nice little house in a gated community. The neighbours are friendly, the pool is nice. We really appreciated the AC and the short ride to GB Kitchen is well equipped. okay for the price

Everything is just a little dirty. As if someone cleaned, but didnt really put a lot of effort into it. The security hut was empty most of the time. a dead lizard swam in the pool for days, even though there was a gardener apparently. if you‘re driving a scooter, the way to the house is very dangerous for you. in a car should be fine. the owner sends you LOTS of emails. could have been one email, but he send like 10 which was quite annoying. TV didnt work. apparently if you use the AC too much you‘re supposed to pay for it. half of the information about the house were only available in french.

Ci è piaciuto tutto, zona tranquilla, casa molto attrezzata con tutto il necessario, sinfonia di uccelli bellissima come sottofondo, piscina molto grande e calda (non riscaldata), ci si muove agevolmente anche a piedi e George è stato gentilissimo in tutto!

Maison bien équipée et agréable. Jardin bien entretenu et piscine magnifiques. Tranquilité. Bien sécurisé. Près de la plage de Peyrebere.

Le logement est spacieux et très bien équipé . La résidence est sécurisée. Le propriétaire à distance et Aldo sur place sont toujours disponibles La piscine est agréable manque peut-être juste des transats autour de cette dernière☹️

Un GRAZIE prima di tutto a George e Aldo: sempre molto disponibili, dettagliati e velocissimi nel farsi carico di qualsiasi necessità. Esempio: il giorno del check-out avevo partenza alle sei del mattino per andare a prendere l'aereo e il ragazzo della security era già andato via; ho chiamato Aldo il quale in meno di un minuto ha provveduto ad aprirmi il cancello. Appartamento con tutto il necessario, comodo, pulito, silenzioso; letto con ottimo materasso, piano cottura sia a gas, sia elettrico, ampio frigo provvisto anche di tre bei cassettoni freezer, veranda privata con tavolino, quattro sedie e due lettini per prendere il sole. Bella e grande la piscina condivisa con tutto il residence. Buona la posizione del residence con spiaggia pubblica di Pereybere raggiungibile a piedi in circa 15 minuti. Consiglio utilizzo dell'auto per raggiungere il supermercato se come nel mio caso la spesa è per circa una decina di giorni (sono andato al Winner's Pereybere). Per chi intende visitare l'isola in auto, consigliatissima partenza verso le sei del mattino perché partendo un'ora più tardi, soprattutto per andare in direzione sud dell'isola, si rimane praticamente sempre imbottigliati nel traffico nonostante una buona rete stradale.

Camere leggermente piccole; una volta aperta la valigia ci si deve un po' destreggiare per camminare avanti e indietro. Nonostante sia tutto pulito e si tenga costantemente pulito, c'è presenza di alcune formiche in esplorazione e se ci si dimentica di porre TUTTO il cibo in frigo, quello sbadatamente lasciato fuori sarà sicuramente da buttare via il giorno dopo perché sarà diventato banchetto per le formiche (nota: George ha comunque avvisato in anticipo che c'è questa cosa da tenere presente).

La piscine n'est pas chauffée

Le bungalow est très joli et fonctionnel. Il est aussi très bien entretenu ainsi que toute la résidence. La grande piscine est agréable. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

La situation, l'infrastructure du domaine, le confort et la disponibilité du propriétaire.
