Reviewed Aug 27, 2026セルフチェックイン・チェックアウトは簡単で、部屋の広さは十分、バスタブもあってとても快適に過ごせました。 土足禁止だったので綺麗ですが、スリッパがあるとよいです。 小さいアパートですがエレベーターがあって助かりました。 駅からも近く静かな村ですが駅前にはスーパーもありました。
地下のランドリールームに洗濯機と乾燥機それぞれ３台ずつありましたが、宿泊客は17−22時までしか使えないとありました。 しかし17時以降に行くと半分以上の洗濯機や乾燥機の中にシーツやタオルが入ったままだったり洗濯中で宿泊客用に空けられていない状態でした。 また、洗濯と乾燥までする場合結構時間がかかりますし、帰りは遅くなることもあるので時間制限があるのも大変使いづらいです。

Baño viejo, con ducha-bañera que funcionaba regular. El servicio de desayuno que ofrecen, además de muy caro, no nos llegó a la habitación habiéndolo reservado con mucho tiempo de antelación. Ofrecen aparcamiento en apartamento y nos tocó aparcar a 200m

Le descriptif des équipements ne correspondait pas (pas de lave vaisselle, machine à laver commune à tout l’immeuble avec une tranche horaire insuffisante). Logement pas adapté à accueillir 4 adultes.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026The location and views are wonderful. It is in walking distance from the Tasch train station that takes you to Zermatt. Coop grocery store is also right across the station. The chalet is not new but well maintained with fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine. Bathroom sink had some issues with the drain but not a huge deal.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Het uitzicht is werkelijk fantastisch en de bedden liggen erg comfortabel. Ook het contact met de eigenaar verliep prettig; reacties kwamen snel en de instructies voor het in- en uitchecken waren duidelijk.
Het appartement biedt de basisvoorzieningen, maar de omschrijving "luxueus" vinden wij niet helemaal passend. Voor ons horen daar voorzieningen zoals een vaatwasser en magnetron bij. Daarnaast was er sprake van wat achterstallig onderhoud en voelden de eetkamerstoelen instabiel aan. De badkamer is voor langere gasten minder praktisch; met mijn lengte van 1,80 m kon ik niet recht onder de douche staan en de doucheslang was erg kort.

Although they may not be on-site but they are really easy to reach out to. place is clean, with all the amenities we need to make a good meal. Sandra was very accommodating that she allowed us to check in early plus to leave our car at their parking spot until we got back from Zermatt, I highly recommend!

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026The apartment was great. We had a lovely view of the mountains, and the space was very roomy. The temperature inside stayed very comfortable even without air conditioning (we visited in late June during a heat wave). It's also quite close to the train station for trips into Zermatt.
The only thing we didn't like was the limited availability of the washing machines and driers. They're located in a shared room used by multiple apartments as well as the staff, so most of the time all the dryers were occupied with towels and bed sheets. Guests are only allowed to use the washing machines and dryers between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m., but most of them were already running, having been pre-programmed by the staff. As a result, it was very hard for us to find an available dryer for our clothes.

設備，4張餐桌椅有2張搖動不穩，沒有微波爐，已註明是3人入住，有一人必須睡沙發床，但客廳的暖氣壞了，睡在沙發床上很冷，而且也沒有鋪，我們自己在沙發床下找被單鋪，找棉被套套棉被，一切都必須自己做。

If you have lots of luggage it will be a bit far to walk from the station (although in reality it is just like a 10minute walk if you do only carry a light bag😂😂)as there are no buses that pass through it, maybe a taxi will do though we saw one at the end of our stay. Very convenient for those who have a car.

Could be more clean, specially the bathroom were there was a bit of mould. The sofa bed is ok for one person but uncomfortable for two because the division is completely solid. Bit more kitchen equipment would be appreciated.

My only complaint is the TV was not working at all. We tried to connect to YouTube and it was not possible.

Reviewed Mar 3, 2026Geräumiges Appartment in sehr schöner Lage mit direktem Blick in Richtung Süden (kl. Matterhorn). Es sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss zur Bahnstation.
Die in der Beschreibung angegebene Mikrowelle existiert nicht. Ansonsten ist die Küche aber gut ausgestattet.

The host was easy to contact and very helpful throughout our stay. We also really appreciated being allowed to check in earlier. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience.

Reviewed Oct 9, 2025It's a beautiful apartment which is tastefully done. The views from the balcony were simply stunning. Very cosy apartment for a small family of 2-4. The breakfast was excellent and served right on the time we requested.
A dishwasher will help and the washroom can do with a little more toiletries.

It’s not so easy to find when driving - the parking direction wasn’t very clear, easy to miss the actual entrance. The cooking facilities seem a bit old too.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2025Apartamento “puro confort” , es de risa , por favor cambiar el nombre es un apartamento muy muy antiguo, como los de los años 60 en país subdesarrollo.Baño muy antiguo, goteras en el techo, cocina antiquísima y paredes sucias a medio pintar, fuegos antiguas Muebles de Ikea de lo más barato , sillas que tiemblan al sentarse. Del personal no aparece nadie ni ves a nadie , solo te manda un mail , pidiéndote que bajes la basura. Retroceder al 1960 por este precio , no merece la pena.v Ni siquiera una almohada un poco decente , sábanas sin planchar. Las fotos de la promoción , estan editadas. Muchas de las puertas no cierran

Darf man für diesen Preis nicht einen gewissen Mindeststandart erwarten? Es gehört dringend mal renoviert, insbesondere die Küche. Stühle klapprig und versifft. Das macht der neue Smart-TV auch nicht wieder gut.

Manches ist schon die Jahre gekommen.

Garden area advertised was overgrown and unsecure, we had booked the property so we could exercise our dog here and it wasn't possible. Property needs touch ups, looks worn in places and like someone has sprayed a bottle of cola all over the kitchen ceiling.

Die Badewanne komplett verbraucht. Unter der Antirutschmatte schimmert bereits der grau- schwarze Boden durch. Die Wände im Badezimmer haben Schimmel, der einfach nur abgewischt wird. Die Radiatoren waren kalt. Musste reklamieren, dauerte 2 Tage bis zur Behebung. Die Küche stammt ebenfalls aus den 70iger Jahren. Die Türen der Küche hä gen teilweise durch.. Die Fronten verschmutzt. Die Ausstattung reicht nicht zum Kochen. Es gab nicht einmal ein Bachblech im Backofen.
