Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ideal. Alles ist sehr zentral gelegen. Der freie Blick auf die Berge vom Balkon aus ist wunderschön. Insgesamt ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Täsch selbst aber auch für Zermatt.

I liked the location and the great view from the balcony, free parking and the online staff (Sandra) was also super and helpful. Very great and big apartment for two.

Gemäss Nachricht Booking sollte ich vorgängig die Ankunftszeit mitteilen, also habe ich 2 Tage vor Anreise den Anbieter angerufen. Dabei wurde mir auf Englisch mitgeteilt, dass unser Apartment nicht verfügbar ist wegen einem Wasserschaden. Man hat mir mitgeteilt, dass man schaue, ob es allenfalls ein anderes Apartment gibt, wo wir untergebracht werden können. Darauf folgte eine Stornierung via Booking. Vom Anbieter habe ich nie mehr etwas gehört.

Doskonała lokalizacja, apartament wygodny, dobrze wyposażony, możliwość zamówienia prostych, ale obfitych śniadan pod drzwi. Bardzo dogodny system meldowanie się i wymeldowania za pomocą boxu na klucze. Sporo miejsc parkongowych.

W budynku możecie słychać, kiedy mieszkańcy innych apartamentów wracają po północy lub wyruszają na wędrówki nad ranem.

Location is good close to zermatt although need to walk a bit to train station, room spacious enough, room facilities work despite old and dated

The minute we came in and tried to set up the sofa bed, we found blood and other stains on not one but all bed sheets. The blood one is shown in the picture attached. We were forgiving and didn’t want to write a bad review because of the bedsheets or lack of shampoo or dated facilities as we tried to be understanding. We also accepted the fact that they charged us city tax two times and it could’ve been explained much more transparently. However it came to a point, what was intolerable was the situation with the washing machine. They stated that washing machine is available and in most airbnbs, you would expect it to be in your own room just like any normal house unit. It was a shared one. Restricted usage for guests only from 5-10pm. We were told off on our first night as all the machines are full. Turned out it was not the guests using it but the STAFF themselves using it to wash hotel towels during the 5-10pm they said guests could use. So essentially there’s no washing machine cuz almost all day the staff uses it, which would’ve been fine if they did not try to scam us by stating they have washing machines available when we can’t actually access it. On top of that the dryers either fully shut down don’t work, or malfunction and clothes came out wet. The washing machine also broke the strings on my cardigan as shown in pic. The staff was also not quite helpful, only allowed us to use one dryer out of the 3 during the designated time and blamed other guests for breaking the machines. Obviously with the conditions of these facilities they can breakdown anytime, the host just didn’t bother to repair or replace anything before it breaks. Overall we understand this is a budget stay but these conditions really are our last straw. We shouldn’t be presented with such disgusting and unacceptable living conditions, it just shows their indifference and apathy towards our experience and expect us to accept these just because of the price.

Betten waren eine Katastrophe Couch leider zu tief beim Fernsehen nur für überlange Beine geeignet Waschmaschine nur im Keller und kaum frei, nicht wie beschrieben in der Wohnung.

A localização era excelente, pois há uma estação de trem a menos de cinco minutos. O apartamento é super confortável e com uma vista linda dos Alpes. O check-in foi fácil de fazer e o acesso ao apartamento também foi bem fácil.

Mehrere Dinge müssten verbessert werden: - Besteck nicht alle sauber - Steckdose in der Küche gefährlich lose! - Kühlschrank ohne Griff! - Garderobe müsste an Wand befestigt werden, Umsturzgefahr - Betten sind zu weich - Türen lassen sich nur mit Gewalt schliessen

There is a pipe noises during the night that sounds pretty loud and constant, if you are tired after ski day - you won’t notice The kettle is a joke , whoever bought a kettle really didn’t care cause it plug doesn’t fit the apartment’s outlet system anywhere , we had to boil water in the pot to make a tea .. not nice Also no lock in the bathroom

L'opzione del self check-in è sempre perfetta quando, come nel nostro caso, non si sa l'orario di arrivo. Abbiamo anche chiesto il servizio extra della colazione consegnata in appartamento e la sera prima siamo stati contattati per concordare l'orario della consegna del cestino (davvero molto ricco). L'appartamento è spazioso ed accessoriato. La location è comodissima per chi deve raggiungere Zermatt, avendo la stazione del treno a 2 minuti di camminata. Ultimo plus: l'area di parcheggio sotto casa. Davvero ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Alcuni arredi sono leggermente datati, ma questo incide solo sull’estetica; la funzionalità è pienamente soddisfacente.

Short 5-7 min talk to the train station where you can take the train to Zermatt. Parking place included which was convenient.

Although the apartment is for 4 people, there were some cutlery only for 3 - for example glasses. Please include a wine opener 😀 this is like a basic necessity, especially that you provide raclette and fondue equipment :) Also we had to look for additional 2 towels because only things for 2 people were prepared. The floor was pretty dirty, with bits and pieces on the floor, so it was a bit disgusting to walk in socks, with things sticking to your feet.

Vista do alojamento e a limpeza top.

Spotlessly clean with fresh bed linen. The apartment is very warm, and the heating can be easily adjusted. Simple self check-in. The kitchen has everything needed. All appliances, TV, and bathroom fittings are new.

No free parking spaces were available near the hotel. We had to park at another address provided by the property, a few minutes’ walk away. The tourist tax was 7 CHF per person per night and was also charged for children.

The apartment is really spacious with nice balconies. There is everything you need and the location is just amazing. Free parking is a huge plus.

3층에 머물렀는데 채르마트 방향으로 창으로보는 산 전망이 멋지네요. 태쉬 역까지 걸어서 10분 정도 걸렸는데, 걷는 동안 개울물 소리가 참 좋았습니다. 지하에는 세탁기와 건조기가 있고 세제까지 있어 쉽게 빨래를 할 수 있습니다. 주변 산책하기도 좋았고, 아침에 짐을 빼서 차에 두고서 고르그낫 다녀오는 동안 차를 주차해 두어 편리했습니다.

Schöne große Ferienwohnung. Nur Geh-Minuten zum Bahnhof. Sauber. Riesiger Fernseher. Parkplätze nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt.

Handtücher zu klein und sehr dünn. Kein Toaster, keine Eierbecher. Wenige Parkplätze am Haus.

Great apartment, well located in Tasch (near Zermatt) at an 8 min walk from Tasch train station. Sandra was a wonderfull host, great communication and always available to help and guide. Very clean, easy to self check in and check out with all commodities needed for a great stay.

The price was a bit high for 1 night but I guess it had to do with an event that was happening that weekend in Zermatt which sold out almost all accomodations near the town.

The apartment is spacious, very clean and has probably the best view. The host is very friendly and replied to my messages immediately. I would love to come back and stay here again!

The bathroom lock didn’t work, which is awkward when you are in a group. I left behind a headband with blue tooth speakers. The cleaning lady apparently found it and said she would return it to my address in Zurich but hasn’t sent any communication since and I haven’t received it either. Hence the 8 rating instead of 10.

Wij hadden echt een super uitzicht. Het appartement ziet er hip uit. De keuken en.badkamer zijn verouderd, maar oke. De verlichting in het appartement is erg fel. Lijkt alsof je in een tandarts stoel ligt. Maar nogmaals het uitzicht is waanzinnig

Apartment was beautiful, modern and clean. The mountain view was fantastic.

We have only one comment, there should be at least one more chest of drawers for clothing. We had to leave most of our clothing in our suitcases. Other than that everything was just perfect and we were thrilled with our stay.

Avoid this place at all costs. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a booking. I was truly shocked and deeply disappointed. I had reserved and paid for this place in advance, received the check-in instructions, talked to the owner and thought everything was in order. But when I arrived, I discovered that someone else was already staying in the apartment I had booked — with no prior notice or explanation. I was left completely stranded at night, with no place to sleep. I had to call both Booking.com and the property owner multiple times. When the owner finally answered, she offered an alternative apartment that was filthy, clearly used by someone else recently, and absolutely unacceptable. I was forced to search for a place to stay in the middle of the night, in a small mountain town with very limited options. We almost had to sleep in the car. The entire experience was incredibly stressful, frustrating, and frankly, disrespectful. This kind of situation should never happen. I strongly advise against booking this property.

Very comfortable apartment and price is fantastic comparing to accommodation you can find at the same price in Zermatt. View to the mountains 👌 location is just 7 min from train station. Really good choice if you want to visit Zermatt for 1 day.

Tap in the kitchen is an old disaster. When warm / hot 🔥 water is on it's easy to burn the hands. Cold water need to be used separately for mixing. A bit annoying & old-school

The views. Absolutely incredible. The location is great, 5 mins from Täsch train station. And one stop from Zermatt, so really easy to get to here and the Matterhorn, which is what we wanted

The bed wasn’t the best!! And a lamp or other lighting in the main sitting area would be been lovely. Else you only had the main light on.. but.. the location and views made up for it

Very basic inside, and lacked any character. The only light in the bathroom was above the sink and minimal bedding for the sofa bed.

The living room was really nice and the position was good and the balcony were pretty because of the view.

The kitchen was old, the bed was a bit dirty and in general the apartment was not really clean, I say this because my boyfriend is allergic to dust and he didn’t feel well.

Next morning the staff Sandra called me, raising her voice and questioning where we are. I felt like she was being a bit impolite toward to us. Probably she was in stress. She said the train was start working from 6 am. We suppose to catch the first train… next guest was waiting. We didn’t had breakfast and we ran back to the hotel. There was no one there….she gave us such stress morning…was unpleasant feeling for the whole morning
