Nos encantó el trato del dueño. Estaba presente para darnos la bienvenida, recomendarnos playas y tabernas. Atento a todos los detalles. Lugar bien ubicado para moverse por la zona, con estacionamiento. Habitaciones grandes, cómodas y limpias.

Ah, questo hotel e' stupendo, di categoria superiore. Veniteci. La bottiglia di rose' per l'aperitivo nel patio sta a significare la attenzione verso l'ospite. In piu' e' davvero bello e il sifnore che ci ha ricevuto molto carino.

Non saprei ma qualcosa da migliorare lo devo trovare. Allora , nella colazione salata l'uovo e bacon non sono gran che, la pancetta non e' pancetta e l'uovo e' col pomodoro e, magari e' tipico ma non lo apprezzo molto. Questo commento pero' prendetelo come una super inezia. L'hotel e' stupendo anzi, non e' neanche un hotel, e' qualcosa di piu'

Nicely designed hotel, comfortable bed, nice complementary bottle of wine from the management. Areopoli is an interesting and in the evening lively town!

What was a disappointment, but maybe this is a booking.com problem and not the hotel. We booked our king room in advance, and the prices were quite high. The room was nice, but the bed was not kingsize, and one side faced the road, which can get busy. Checking on booking.com's site the day we arrived, I saw the hotel had a suite available, for significantly LESS than we had paid for our room. Maybe we could have asked to switch, but we were tired. The other thing that could use some improvement is the breakfast - products could be a bit fresher.

Owner was there to welcome us and made sure we feel at home. The place is super central and yet, very quiet and safe Brand new, clean, fresh, only good things I could say !!

Ottima struttura che pur essendo in una zona tranquilla permette di raggiungere a piedi il centro con i ristoranti. Super consigliato!

This hotel is very new and in pristine condition. It’s an easy walk (with a sidewalk & lights at nighttime) into Areopoli and a central base to drive to other areas in the region. The staff were very hospitable, and breakfast was delicious.

Posizione, a 5 minuti dal centro ma fa fuori dal Caos.

Όλοι οι χώροι του ξενοδοχείου ήταν πεντακάθαροι! Όλο το προσωπικό ήταν φιλόξενο, χαμογελαστό και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει σε όλα! Με την άφιξη μας ο ιδιοκτήτης μας υποδέχτηκε με χαμόγελο, μας έδωσε όλες τις πληροφορίες για το ξενοδοχείο και την περιοχή ενώ μας καθοδήγησε και για τους χώρους εστίασης! Επιπλέον η κυρία Μαρία και η άλλη κυρία στο πρωινό ήταν καθημερινά ευγενικές, χαμογελαστές, φιλόξενες κι έτοιμες να μας βοηθήσουν σε ότι χρειαζόμασταν! Η διαμονή μας στο συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο αναβάθμισε τις διακοπές μας στην Μάνη!

Ωραία τοποθεσία, κοντά στον οικισμό με άνετο ιδιώτικο parking! Ευγενικό προσωπικό. Εξαιρετικό, καινούργιο κατάλυμα!

We really enjoyed our stay in Terra Di Pietra! Firstly we were received with a big smile and hug by the owners. They escorted us to our room and spoiled us with cold drinks and local bakery:) Room: we stayed in a family room that had large living room, parents bedroom and bathroom. We loved our room that was high maintained and contained all we need for our family vacation. We enjoyed our meals in the large balcony and great views of Mani mountains. In room there is mini kitchen with fridge, sink and tableware to eat meals in the room. There were strong air conditioning that kept our room chill in July heat. Breakfast: we loved breakfast, it had variety of food, even local specialties. We loved breakfast staff, each morning received us with a smile and playful with our kids (Maria ♡♡♡) . The only missing thing was a baby feeding chair in the breakfast area - it could make our meal more convenient :) The hotel is located outside Areopoli, 5 min walk for adults. Note that its a bit more challenging with baby stroller as the side walk is rocky. The hotel has its own parking. The hotel location is very convenient to visit mani region - all beaches, small villages, nature site are 50 min drive max.

Maybe because it was July, but we would love to have a pool in the hotel! They even have the perfect space for it 😁

Hosts were lovely and very helpful. New build in a good location with walking distance to the main area.

Basically miss-sold as the room was smaller than advertised and everything was a squeeze. Had nowhere to put out suitcases nor dry our towels. No balcony and basically a small room which we basically paid a premium for. Breakfast was ok at best but for the price we paid, we could have gone 100m down the road where they had a massive foyer, better breakfast, closer to town, lovely swimming pool etc. Overall, I really feel that we should have not paid anymore than half of what we did as a couple that stayed in that hotel with the swimming pool paid less than what we did. I expect Booking.com to credit us 50% as not sold as described.

The breakfast had lots of selection and food was tasty, and the yoghurt was especially good. Locations was convenient- walkable to Aeropoli and very close to Limeni.

Nothing really we didn’t like - a pool would be nice!

Θα προτιμούσα ένα πιο πλούσιο πρωινό με τοπικά προϊόντα και όχι πχ χυμό πορτοκάλι έτοιμο.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση από καταστήματα, εστιατόρια και όλα τα βασικά σημεία ενδιαφέροντος. Το πρωινό ήταν αρκετά καλό, θα ήταν ωραία προσθήκη κάποια κομμένα φρούτα εποχής, ενώ το προσωπικό ήταν ιδιαίτερα ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Ξεχωριστή αναφορά αξίζει στην κα Μαρία, η οποία ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλόξενη και έκανε την εμπειρία μας ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο και διέθετε πολύ όμορφη θέα.

Η καθαριότητα του δωματίου, ιδιαίτερα όσον αφορά τα λευκά είδη, θα μπορούσε να βελτιωθεί. Επίσης, σε ορισμένα σημεία του δωματίου θα ήταν χρήσιμη μια πιο τακτική συντήρηση. Λαμβάνοντας υπόψη τη σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής, πιστεύω ότι αυτές οι μικρές βελτιώσεις θα αναβάθμιζαν σημαντικά τη συνολική εμπειρία διαμονής.

Όλα υπέροχα. Πολύ όμορφα διαμερίσματα, οι ιδιοκτήτες πολύ φιλόξενοι. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.

מקום מקסים. נמצא כחמש דקות הליכה ממרכז אראופולי. חדרים מרווחים, חצר יפה, ארוחת בוקר טובה מאד. בעל המקום אדם מדהים! נהננו מאד. מומלץ בחום.

Superbe hôtel en périphérie de Aréopoli. Magnifique structure toute en pierre. Parking aisé. Chambre vaste et très confortable. Très bon petit-déjeuner.

Avec une piscine et une terrasse ombragée, ce serait le paradis...

Brand new and gorgeous. We had a lovely room over looking the mountain and the room was spacious and bed was super comfortable. The owners welcomed us and had a bottle of wine waiting for us in the room. We would love to stay there again. Thank you!

Πολύ καθαρό, ευρύχωρα δωμάτια με όλες τις ανέσεις ευγενικό κ ευχαριστο προσωπικό με ωραίο πρωινό με φρέσκα τοπικά προϊόντα καθημερινά. Τέλεια τοποθεσία μόλις λίγα μέτρα απο το κέντρο της Αρεόπολης.

Δεν υπήρχε κατι που δεν μας άρεσε. Όλα ήταν τέλεια.

The staff were especially friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty, with a great selection, including local dishes, and especially delicious yogurt. The EV charger on site was also a big factor in choosing this place, and it worked great.

Wonderful breakfast selection. Staff and owners were helpful and hospitable. The room was immaculately clean and refreshingly new. The bed was very comfortable, and the air/ heater worked efficiently to get the room to a comfortable level.

There was nothing wrong with the accomodation, but in January most of the town was shut down.

Καινούργιο, καθαρό, μοντέρνα εξοπλισμένο, καλά στρώματα, ωραίο και προσεγμένο περιβάλλον! Όμορφος παραδοσιακής αρχιτεκτονικής χώρος! Πολύ καλό πρωινό, πλούσιο και με παραδοσιακές συνταγές της Μάνης! Πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της Αεροπολης - δε χρειάζεσαι αυτοκίνητο!

Μικρός ο χώρος του δωματίου που μείναμε και στη πρόσοψη του ξενοδοχείου στο ισόγειο που δεν μπορείς να έχεις καμία ιδιωτικότητα!

Típica construcción torre piedra de la zona. Habitación moderna, bien amueblada y buen baño. Los propietarios muy amables, nos dieron un aperitivo y botella de vino rosé de bienvenida, no se puede pedir más, además de aconsejarnos un buen sitio para cenar, realmente simpáticos. Zona de aparcamiento en el propio alojamiento. Buen desayuno.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πανέμορφο, νεόδμητο και σε εξαιρετικό σημείο. Βρίσκεται 5 λεπτά απόσταση με τα πόδια από το κέντρο και έχει άνετο χώρο στάθμευσης. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο, καθαρό και ζεστό (χειμερινή διαμονή). Ποιοτικό και πλούσιο πρωινό. Οι οικοδεσπότες είναι από τους πιο συμπαθητικούς και ευχάριστους ανθρώπους που έχω γνωρίσει, ευγενικοί και πρόθυμοι να καλύψουν όλες μας τις ανάγκες. Εξαιρετική η διαμονή μας στο σύνολό της!
