Estuve poco tiempo para disfrutarlo más

Ήσυχο το σημείο που βρίσκεται το ξενοδοχείο, ικανοποίητικη θέα από το δωμάτιο, ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο, άνετο κρεβάτι, μεγάλη βεράντα.

Το a/c έκανε αρκετή φασαρία στο δωμάτιο καθώς και η εξωτερική μονάδα από το κάτω δωμάτιο και για να κοιμηθείς έπρεπε να κλείσουμε τα παράθυρα και να βάλουμε το a/c. Δεν λειτουργουσαν οι λάμπες στη σκάλα και στην βεράντα. Φτωχό πρωινό για το όνομα της περιοχής.

This was the second time visiting Mani and staying at Lithos. We obviously loved it the first time that we had to come back. It's a pure 10! From the location near Areopoli and the very clean and comfortable rooms to the phenomenal breakfast, it's one of the best places we have stayed. I had been dreaming all winter of the great breakfast with this amazing view.

Das Haus hat einen gewissen charme

Areopoli ist sehr schön..zu fuss von der unterkunft dorthin ist nur bergauf und zu lang. Und ein schleichweg.man braucht ein auto..bekommt aber kaum parkmöglichkeiten dort im Ort ..im haus ging die badezimmertür nicht zu schliessen der fernseher funktioniert manchmal nicht und die dusche ist so lala..bei unserer vereinbarten Ankunftszeit fanden wir niemanden dort vor nach telefonat kam eine putzfrau die unser haus einer anderen Familie gegeben hat..die mussten dann sauer raus und wir bekamen den schlüssel ohne eine Übergabe in die hand gedrückt..das Frühstück muss man am Vortag schriftlich abgeben wussten wir deshalb nicht wir hatten 2x frühstück und es war nie wie bestellt..insgesamt empfinde ich die unterkunft für überteuert und würde nicht noch mal dort übernachten wollen Noch ein Zusatz zur Besitzerantwort Wir waren zur ausgemachten Check in Zeit um 14 Uhr an der Unterkunft und nicht irgendwann verspätet.. es war niemand vor Ort greifbar für uns deshalb hab ich den Besitzer telefonisch kontaktiert..es kam dann eine Putzfrau die nicht englisch oder uns verstand.und erst mal eine griechische Familie aus unserer Unterkunft entfernen musste..ich empfand das schon als unangenehme Situation ... und wegen fehlender Informationen ich hab am Abend eine Anfrage per mail bezüglich des Frühstücks am nächsten morgen gestelltl da kam keine Antwort zurück..das Frühstück ist schon auf den Terrassentisch gestellt worden..bloss für Nachfragen wegen fehlender oder falscher Sachen war niemand dann vor Ort zu finden..und sie haben recht das mit der Wegstrecke nach Areopoli hat eigentlich nix mit Ihrer Unterkunft zu tun..aber ich finde es ist wissenswert das für Gäste diese Strecke besonders Nachts nicht zum Spazierengehen geeignet ist ..und ich finde auch das es kein grosser Act ist zb den Duschkopf fest aufhängbar anzubringen oder die Badetür fest schliessbar zu reparieren so das sie nicht immer halb offen steht ..das ist in einer guten Unterkunft eigentlich der Standard

What a unique charming property with lovely distant views of the sea. We loved sitting on our balcony so very much, that we made the difficult decision not to go into the cute nearby town, and very happily dined on whatever food we had with us, watching the sunset. We also loved the breakfast.

The bathroom door did not shut properly, but this can be easily fixed. The shower was small, but please do not let this put you off! A full length mirror somewhere within our suite would have made it perfect!

Fantastic views and Breakfast.

The kitchenette is quite small and lacks workspace, also difficult to do the dishes afterwards. You will not be able to really cook something here.

Περάσαμε μια πραγματικά υπέροχη διαμονή και μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι. Το κατάλυμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, προσεγμένο και άνετο, ενώ η φιλοξενία ήταν εξαιρετική. Τέλος, εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα την παροχή του πρωινού και τη δυνατότητα να μας σερβίρεται στο μπαλκόνι του δωματίου μας, κάτι που έκανε την εμπειρία ακόμα πιο όμορφη. Ίσως θα μπορούσε να εμπλουτιστεί λίγο περισσότερο με μερικές επιλογές φρέσκων λαχανικών, όπως ντομάτα και αγγούρι, καθώς και με μεγαλύτερη ποικιλία τυριών, όπως για παράδειγμα φέτα. Συνολικά, η εμπειρία μας ήταν εξαιρετική και θα επιλέγαμε με μεγάλη χαρά να μείνουμε ξανά στο κατάλυμα. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Ως μικρές προτάσεις βελτίωσης, θα ήταν πολύ χρήσιμο να τοποθετηθούν σίτες σε όλα τα παράθυρα, ώστε να μπορεί κανείς να αερίζει άνετα χωρίς να μπαίνουν έντομα. Επίσης, θα ήταν πολύ πρακτικό να υπάρχει μια μεγάλη σπαστή ομπρέλα εξωτερικού χώρου για καλύτερη προστασία από τον ήλιο. Η ομπρέλα που μας παρείχαν είχε σπασμένη βάση, με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί επαρκώς.

De ligging was goed lekker dichtbij de beach en een heel leuk stadje met zeer goede restaurants dichtbij.

Sehr schöne , ruhige Anlage am Ortsrand von Areopolis. Die Häuser sollen an die 1.000 Jahre alt sein. Die Anfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich durch die sehr engen Gassen und so, aber das ist Griechenland;-) ! Man braucht ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuss bis in die Ortschaft mit ihren schönen Gassen, Restaurants, etc. Das Zimmer (mit Küchenzeile) war schön groß, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, mit einer eigenen großen Terrasse, wo man das Frühstück jeden Morgen serviert bekommt, nachdem man am Abend zuvor per Ankreuzzettel seine Wünsche mitgeteilt hat.

Presenza di 2 accappatoi e ciabatte - la vista che si ha da Lithos Suites è incredibile - climatizzatore

- assenza di caffé (inteso come espresso) o cappuccino al mattino: è disponibile solo nescafé (sono però presenti tante alternative come succo di frutta, té o latte!!) - non dipende dalla struttura, ma la strada per arrivare è molto dissestata e bisogna fare attenzione. È un peccato perchè per il resto la distanza in sé da aeropoli (quindi da bar e ristoranti) è di pochi minuti di macchina

החדר שלנו היה מוזר ,ארוך ולא נוח. המיקום רחוק מהמרכז

The breakfast was nice and the staff friendly.

the airconditioning was positioned on the terrace and it makes a terrible zooming noise. They were just outside my bedroom window so I could not sleep with the window open. the terrace did not have a view of the sea because the tree grew to high (this was one of the reasons why we booked the accomodation) and there was not so much shade on the terrace. And finally the shower head could not be hung so you had to hold it while showering, while the rest of the facilities were neat, this was not nice.

We booked the Junior Mountain Suite for 4 nights and it was great. Just what we hoped for... authentic, clean and with a great view.

BUT, BUT, BUT..we only had it for 3 nights because they had let it to someone else when we arrived which was really disappointing and frustrating to say the least. Not what you want at the start of your holiday!!! There was nobody on reception to meet us to explain either, just the cleaning lady. She showed us to another room hoping we wouldn't notice. That room was awful. It was on two floors so you had to go up and downstairs in the night just to visit the loo, the toilet door didn't shut, it was dark, the fittings had not been maintained and there was even a dangerous wall socket in the kitchen. I had to complain vehemently (difficult as there was no English speaker and my Greek is non existent) to get a token apology and partial refund though I think they should have refunded the whole of one night given the mistake was all theirs.

The property was clean quiet and well located for access to Areopoli. The host was great and having breakfast on the terrace every morning was lovely.

Absolutna rewelacja, kamienny dom- apartament z osobnym wejściem pięknym tarasem i widokiem na morze. Pobyt przed sezonem więc delektowałem się pustka i ciszą. Blisko do miasteczka. Bardzo przyjazne Panie w obsludze, pyszne śniadanie do pokoju.

Es war originell, war urig, war abenteuerlich, war außergewöhnlich.

Die Betten waren für uns zu weich.

Ήταν όλα υπέροχα. Οι κυρίες που μας εξυπηρέτησαν ευγενεστατες. Πλούσιο πρωινό.

Schöne und ruhige Lage in der Natur mit schöner Aussicht auf Meer und Landschaft. Areopoli ist zu Fuss in 10-15 Minuten gut erreichbar. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Aussergewöhnliches und sehr abwechslungsreiches Frühstück.

Die Sauberkeit kann noch etwas gesteigert werden.

Tout: le site, l’accueil, le confort du lit, la pièce spacieuse, le sourire du personnel et sa bonne humeur.

Le petit-déjeuner était très bon mais nous aurions apprécié davantage de produits naturels (jus d’oranges frais par exemple…)

Sehr schöne und sensibel wiederaufgebaute Anlage in einer historischen Siedlung. Wir hatten eine großzügige Terrasse, mit Blick auf das Meer, und wurden zum Frühstück liebevoll bedient, wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, sogar Zimmer und Küche waren aufgeräumt, als wir von unseren Ausflügen wiederkamen.

No comfortable chair to sit in. The cooking facilities were very minimal.

Lage recht weit außerhalb des Ortest aber ruhig mit guter Aussicht. Frühstück top und pünktlich! Auf einem Zettel konnte man ankreuzen was man frühstücken will und wann und ob man auf der Terrasse oder im Haus das Gedeck haben will. Absolut überdurchschnittlich gute Betten, wenn man es weich mag und gute Kissen! Schöne Einrichtung. Schöne alte Anlage, alles sehr gepflegt! Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Nur das Bad ist etwas sehr eng und es fehlen Ablagen neben dem Waschbecken und ev noch ein Regal in der Toilettenecke. Leider muss man mehrere Minuten das Wasser laufen lassen, um es warm zu bekommen. Vorschlag: Im Zimmer könnte noch ein längerer Spiegel montiert werden, da man den im Bad nicht nutzen kann, wenn jemand drinnen ist.

Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr schön auf die Steinhäuser abgestimmt. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und es ist sehr gemütlich!

Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen.

Las vistas y el estilo de las habitaciones, muy griego y pintoresco

El baño estaba descuidado, no teniamos taza del wc. A su vez el desayuno era muy basico, pensabamos que iba a ser mas homemade. Te preguntan el dia anterior que quieres, eliges pero realmente al dia siguiente te traen lo que quieren. Estuvimos sin luz una noche entera y la verdad pasamos un poco frio

Very cozy and clean. We really liked the interior and it was very comfortable for 4 people. The breakfast was great as well and the staff very friendly!

The mattress was a bit too soft, but it’s an immaterial detail compared to how great the property was.

Tutto, eccezionale veramente e oltre le aspettative. Camera ampia, ben arredata, con tutti i comfort e servizi. Materasso morbido e doppi cuscini, asciugamani e accappatoi. Vista spettacolare con terrazzino privato… il tramonto cade esattamente al centro del mare davanti al posto. Colazione inclusa abbondante e buonissima servita nel nostro terrazzo. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Lo sponsorizzerò sicuramente.

Unica nota, per migliorare ulteriormente, mancava l’asse del gabinetto - ma in in tutto questo spettacolo per noi non è stato assolutamente un problema.

Tolle Lage, sehr schöne Terasse mit Meerblick u geschamackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer, alles in Naturstein mit Holz.

Nous avons aimé le côté original de l'établissement composé de plusieurs logements indépendants situés dans des bâtiments en pierres de taille caractéristiques de la région. L'établissement se trouve à l'écart du village et du bruit au bout d'un petit chemin pittoresque. Pour notre part nous avions une terrasse donnant sur la mer et une chambre spacieuse équipée d'une kitchenette, de peignoirs et de tout le nécessaire. L'ensemble est cosy et de bon niveau.

Bien que proposant une carte très variée, le petit déjeuner demeure un peu léger. Si vous commandez du fromage par exemple et que vous cochez "1", soit pour une personne, on vous amène une seule tranche (très fine) ! Idem pour la confiture pour "1" qui arrive sous la forme d'une unique barquette ! Du coup on reste un peu sur sa faim en croyant pourtant avoir commandé la quantité suffisante.

Das Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker.

Bei Ankunft war niemand anwesend für den Check-in - wir mussten 1 Stunde warten bis jemand kam, selbst unter der Notfall Nummer war erstmal niemand zu erreichen. Andere Gäste haben uns dann in unser Zimmer reingelassen. Es konnte keiner Englisch von den Leuten die da waren - somit war die Kommunikation recht schwierig. Dann haben wir ein anderes Zimmer erhalten als wir gebucht hatten, ein dunklen Raum statt dem Meerblick und die Betten waren nass sodass wir schon ein anderes Hotel buchen wollten, dann konnten wir zum Glück nochmal Zimmer wechseln (zwar auch ohne Meerblick aber mit trockenen Betten). In dem Zimmer war dann ein Skorpion! Auch beim Check out war niemand anzutreffen sodass wir bis heute keinen Cent zurückbekommen haben… sehr schade, nicht zu empfehlen.

Όλα ήταν πολυ όμορφα!!! Ενα παραδοσιακό σπίτι φτιαγμένο με πολύ μεράκι !! Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ ζεστός και το προσωπικό αλλά και η οικοδεσποτης υπέροχη!! Το πρωινό πολύ καλό!!

Το πρωινό ερχόταν διαφορετική ώρα από την προκαθορισμένη ελαφρώς τροποποιημένο από αυτό που ζητούσαμε. Επιπλέον τα φώτα έξω από το δωμάτιο (του μπαλκονιού ) ήταν κλειστά με αποτέλεσμα να είναι όλα σκοτεινά και να μην μπορούμε να κάτσουμε . Η χρήση του διακόπτη ήταν από την ρεσεψιόν που δεν είχαμε πρόσβαση ούτε υπήρχε κάποιο άτομο εκεί .

Το δωμάτιο απλά υπέροχο!! Το πρωινό τέλειο με παραδοσιακά προϊόντα !!

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ άνετο με πολύ καλή αισθητική και πεντακάθαρο, η θέα πανέμορφη, μεγάλη ποικιλία στο πρωινό.

Καθαριότητα επικοινωνία και απόλυτη ησυχία!! Απεριόριστη θέα στην θάλασσα κ εξαιρετικό πρωινό!!!

Η τοποθεσία είναι μαγευτική και ήσυχη. Συνδυάζει βουνό και θάλασσα. Ο,τι πρέπει για να ξεφύγεις απ' τη φασαρία της πόλης.

Tο δωματιο υπεροχο με καταπληκτική μανιάτικη διακοσμηση μας εκανε να εντυπωσιαστουμε απο την πρωτη στιγμη!!!Το πρωινο τελειο πολυ γευστικο και παραδοσιακο!!!!

Παραδοσιακά πετροχτιστα δωμάτια, με θέα στο βουνό ή/και στη θάλασσα, ιδιωτική βεράντα (πολύ ευχάριστη νότα όταν έχει καλό καιρό, ειδικά για το είδος του καταλύματος), χαμηλές πόρτες εισόδου, εσωτερικα παντζούρια, πολυ άνετα κρεβάτια και καλά εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Ζητήσαμε check-in μετά τις συνήθεις ώρες και μας περίμενε προσωπικό του καταλύματος για να μας παραδώσει τα κλειδιά. Η τοποθεσία είναι τέτοια που δεν είναι δύσκολο να το βρεις, ενώ υπάρχουν και ταμπέλες που σε κατευθύνουν προς το κατάλυμα. Η πλοήγηση της Google (την οποία χρησιμοποιήσαμε εμείς) πιθανό να σε πάει μέσα από τα πλακόστρωτα της Αρεόπολης, που ίσως να δυσκολέψει τα μεγάλα οχήματα. Συστήνεται η ακολούθηση των πινακίδων του καταλύματος για χρήση του περιφερειακού δρόμου. Υπάρχουν μερικές θέσεις στάθμευσης έξω από το κατάλυμα, αλλά ίσως καποιοι να χρειαστεί να σταθμεύσουν στο δρόμο. Το πρωινό παραδίδεται στο δωμάτιο με αρκετή ποσότητα και καλή ποικιλία επιλογών, όπως και επιλογή ώρας παράδοσης.

Η ηχομόνωση των δωματίων θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερη, χωρίς όμως να είναι προβληματική (μπορούσαμε να ακούμε τους διπλανούς ενοίκους, όταν μιλούσαν με αυξημένη ένταση)

The room was very cozy and clean. The staff extremely polite. Breakfast was superb 💯
