Duomo - Camere matrimoniali con bagno privato

Lokalita je opravdu skvělá, kousek od katedrály Santa Maria del Fiore, 100m od ubytování je supermarket Conad a spoustu podniků, kde si můžete dát jídlo, kávu či víno. Vše je na kód, takže s sebou nemusíte brát klíče, což mi také přijde fajn. Měli jsme malý pokojíček pro dva s okny do vnitrobloku, takže hluk z ulice jsme absolutně neslyšeli, byl tam úplný klid. MUST HAVE byla klimatizace, která nás zachránila před rozpáleným centrem a umožnila nám pohodlný spánek, nevím co bychom bez ní dělali. Vlastní koupelna byla také fajn, oproti jiným ubytováním, kde jsme měli sdílenou - člověk se může jít osprchovat kdykoliv apod. K dispozici je také fén a šampon/ sprcháč a kondicionér. Rychlá wifi a televize součástí. Postel se dala zvednout a pod ní byl mini gaučík, ten jsme ale ani jednou nevyužili, byl dost nepohodlný a neměli jsme potřebu. Po check outu si můžete zavazadla ponechat někde uložené a vyzvednout si je později, to jsme však zjistili až pozdě, ale bylo by to velmi přínosné 😅

dost nám zde chyběla možnost dát si něco do lednice, venku je neuvěřitelné vedro a člověk by si rád například vychladil pití nebo si zde uložil nějaký snack či sýr atd. Zástěna sprchového koutu je dost pofidérní, teče přes ní voda, ale to jsme vyřešili malým ručníkem, který zde byl navíc a sloužil nám i jako podložka před sprchu, abychom se nesklouzli.

Clean and comfortable, we loved being right be the Duomo and had an easy time reaching other amazing sites.

La ubicación es lo mejor del alojamiento, el Duomo está a 5 minutos y la cúpula de la Catedral la ves desde la puerta del hotel.

El baño era bastante pequeño, no tiene frigorífico, la cisterna no funcionaba del todo bien y por las noches se escucha algo de ruido de la calle, aún así es una buena elección calidad-precio, principalmente por la ubicación.

Posizione ottima, servizio eccellente (aria condizionata, televisore, kit per radersi e lavare i denti). Ingresso facile e proprietario estremamente cordiale (permette di lasciare le valigie nel corridoio chiuso di accesso alle camere dopo il check out). Buona anche la qualità prezzo. Consigliatissimo.

Non ottima insonorizzazione. Ma non ha inficiato in alcun modo l’esperienza, nel complesso eccellente.

Perfect location in Florence with very simple and easy check in! Hosts were easy to contact and very responsive / helpful. Room was nicely done out and very modern with a comfortable bed. Really good value compared to other properties in such a great location for exploring Florence! Would recommend :)

The property was located close to very loud bars which were really noisy at night until around 1am. We could hear this clearly from our room and it did disturb our sleep. Understand this is not the fault of the property but just something to be aware of!

Honestly, nothing. It was just close to the city centre

To begin, the room is super super tiny, barely fits suitcases on the floor. The idea of a suspended bed is ok but not practical at all, the side tables are just old wood boxes. The worst thing for me is that I could not lock the door from inside of the room. So if the cleaning people want to come in or someone has the same, from a past day, and it’s the same password, they can just come in to the room. The bathroom also had no key to lock. So I have to trust that all the passwords in the facility are different and that nobody is coming into my room in the morning to clean. The shower is very small as well, the door around the shower is plastic, very annoying to close so water will not go anywhere. Also I was woken up by people moving things in the room next door.

Mi è piaciuta la posizione super centrale, letteralmente si vedeva la Cupola del Brunelleschi semplicemente uscendo dal portone.

In generale ho gradito tutto, forse l’unica cosa che potrei lamentare erano i gruppi di persone che facevano baccano, ma dalla camera si sentivano pochissimo.

Great location close to every thing you want to do.

Communication was poor. No information s3nt day before. People forget once booked they need more help understand about property day before arriving. No code to doors or rooms Communication. Communication should be with WhatsApp. All overseas person arriving in Italy do not have network connection.

Excelente ubicacion, habitacion muy limpia, cama muy confortable. Se agradece los kit de aseo (cepillos de dientes, crema dental, maquinas de afeitar). Ademas, despues de hacer el check out puedes dejar tus maletas al lado de la misma puerta y regresar por ellas cuando vayas a partir a tu siguiente destino por que no se pierde nada y hay camaras de seguridad. La comunicacion (via whatsapp) con los encargados muy rapida y son super amables.

Se escucha un poco de ruido en la noche por que esta cerca a algunos restaurantes y/o bares pero estas tan cansado de recorrer la ciudad que de cualquier manera te duermes. Para acceder al ascensor tienes que subir escaleras (15 escalones).

Posizione eccellente, proprio nel cuore di Firenze. La camera è moderna e, sebbene di dimensioni ridotte, è dotata di tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno. Nota di merito per la doccia, comoda e spaziosa, e per i set di cortesia completi. L'accesso tramite codice è comodissimo e sblocca la necessità di portare appresso le chiavi. Letto comodo e ambiente pulito.

Potrebbero essere più gentili e disponibili. Prezzo un pò alto, anche se comunque si è attaccati a S. Maria del fiore e quindi in pieno centro. Non del tutto chiare le indicazioni per trovare la porta d'ingresso una volta entrati nel condominio.

The location was excellent 👌 The room had everything we needed (except a fridge, but this wasn't included in the room we selected). The communication with Stay and Fun via WhatsApp was good and the WebApp with entry codes was easy to use and excellent step by step visual details to enter building and find room.

Very noisy at night with the square, Irish bar and restaurants below. We had an issue with the shower which leaked and I showed photos, we got extra towels the next day to soak up the water each time we used the shower. Unfortunately, I missed a message for daily towel changes - I thought this would have been automatically checked. I was made to feel the leak was first they'd heard of it, but there was clear evidence the shower had leaked through to bedroom before.

Location could not be better. The room is extremely spacious and the shower stall is quite special. The person coordinating with me was very warm and helpful. My stay here was absolutely wonderful

Alojamiento muy limpio, cerca de todo

No tiene frigobar, ni siquiera pequeño, lo cual es muy necesario sobre todo si se está en verano, también es un poco ruidoso.

We had a great stay! The room was on the smaller side, but it was thoughtfully designed and didn’t disappoint at all. It felt clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, and we slept great after long days of sightseeing. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The only positive thing about this accommodation was its location.

Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing accommodation experiences we have had. The room is significantly smaller than it appears in the photos and is absolutely not suitable for two people. Once two suitcases are in the room, there is barely enough space to move around the bed. The listing photos are taken in a way that makes the room appear much larger, brighter, and more comfortable than it actually is. The room felt extremely claustrophobic. The only window is very small and faces a narrow internal courtyard, so almost no fresh air or natural light enters the room. Sleeping there felt more like sleeping in a closet than in a hotel room. After barely getting through one night, we decided to leave early because the lack of ventilation made the room extremely uncomfortable. The property was also poorly maintained. We found a damaged bed frame, visible signs of wear and tear, and bathroom fixtures that appeared loose or improperly installed. These issues further contributed to the feeling that the accommodation did not match the standard presented online. What made the experience even more frustrating was the handling of our request after we left. Although the agency's policy states that refunds are generally unavailable, we were later told that a refund for the unused night could potentially have been considered. However, they refused because we informed them a few hours after leaving rather than immediately that morning. We notified them at approximately 15:00, but received no response until around 20:00. It is difficult to understand how a delay of only a few hours can justify refusing any flexibility, especially when there was no prompt response from the agency itself. Under EU consumer protection rules, accommodation listings should not present misleading information regarding the characteristics of the accommodation.

Vicinissima al Duomo. Un posto strategico.

La struttura si trova su una via centrale, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore (quando uscite in strada, vi girate a sinistra e vedete la cupola del Brunelleschi). Si trova in una zona ottima per girare il centro di Firenze, comodamente, senza dover prendere mezzi. La stanza è enorme, davvero molto spaziosa. Il letto sarebbe anche comodo se non fosse per i cuscini troppo bassi. Nella stanza ci sono un tv di dimensioni esagerate, il condizionatore, due sedie e due poltroncine, una scrivania, due supporti per le valigie e un mobile. Il bagno è comodo, con una doccia doppia molto grande. Nelle vicinanza, consiglio per la colazione il bar pasticceria Patrizio Cosi e per pranzo/cena la Trattoria L'Oriuolo.

Alcuni piccoli consigli che farebbe fare un salto di qualità. La camera andrebbe pulita un po' meglio. Un paio di cuscini in più farebbero molto comodo. Così come farebbero comodo un bollitore, una macchina da caffè, un frigorifero, di modo da poter prepararsi una colazione in stanza. Potreste fare una convenzione con il bar Patrizio Cosi per la colazione degli ospiti. La finestra si affaccia su una via piena di locali per cui di notte la stanza è un po' rumorosa anche con gli infissi ben chiusi, si potrebbe migliorare l'isolamento acustico. Le parti comuni della struttura consistono in un corridoio: peccato, sarebbe stato bello e utile avere una stanza comune, con divani, magari una piccola cucina, ecc. Piccole cose che farebbero la differenza.

non una camera standard, una stanzetta da 5m2 + bagno 1,5 m2, no spazio per le proprie cose, muri sporchi, comodini rotti. il letto occupa tutta la stanza. Ascensore rumorosissimo vicino alla stanza.

La ubicación es muy buena, caminando están todas las principales atracciones, además que es muy cercana al duomo y tiene muchas opciones cercanas de comida y tiendas de comestibles.

El colchón es cómodo pero las almohadas son extremadamente delgadas, si pudieran cambiarlas o añadir un par más serian de gran ayuda. La habitación olía mucho a cigarro, y lo más incómodo fue que durante la noche, el ruido de los bares es insoportable. Había leído en las reseñas ese punto pero creí que exageraban. Realmente se escucha como si estuviera fuera de tu habitación a pesar de que estás en el 3er piso. Importante tomar eso en consideración.

La ubicación es excelente, súper céntrico. La habitación es moderna, cómoda y con muy buenas instalaciones.

Si bien el alojamiento te da la opción de guardar las valijas, este es en el pasillo de las habitaciones. Sin embargo no hemos tenido inconvenientes.

Gostamos muito da localização. fica ao lado da Catedral Santa Maria del Fiore. Há vários restaurantes e mini mercados na proximidade.

Há um lance de escadas para subir até o andar do elevador. Com males pesadas torna-se um problema. Há uma televisão enorme e bem localizada. No entanto, o lustre fica na direção da TV quando deitamos. A solução é bom simples: basta reduzir a corrente do lustre.

Súper cómodo y la ubicación perfecta

Clean and modern, we arrived earlier than check in and this was accommodated which made such a difference. Access instructions were clear and location was excellent only a short 8 min walk to the Duomo.

Shower door was temperamental but that was the only annoying thing everything else was 10/10. An iron would also be helpful

A localização é excelente. Muito próximo de todas os pontos turísticos e da estação do trem. Em nossa estadia o prédio estava passando por reformas, mas ainda assim no atrapalhou. Gostamos bastante e recomendamos.

Ottima la posizione, vicinissimo a tutto (massimo 10 minuti a piedi da tutte le attrazioni e 15 minuti a piedi per Palazzo Pitti, oltre il fiume)

A nostro avviso abbiamo riscontrato problemi notturni a causa del fracasso causato da altri turisti nei bar sottostanti l’appartamento. Consiglieremo finestre insonorizzate che renderebbero il soggiorno eccellente. Consigliamo anche cuscini più alti 🤣

La limpieza y comodidad destacaron, es una habitación perfecta para pocos días de estadía y con una ubicación ideal. Creo que las fotos no reflejan la calidad y amplitud de la habitación. Sin dudas volvería.

På kvelden ble plassen utenfor et samlingssted for folk på byen. Hørte festen inne på rommet, selv med vinduet igjen. Dette var i ukedager.

Central location, easy to reach main attractions. Easy check in and check out. In the bathroom we found some small amenities. Easy to reach the owner via whatapp. Opportunity to leave the luggages in the corridor before checking and after checkout.

The room is way smaller than expected and the facility looked older and door knob wasn’t attached to the door. We were in room 31 and we could hear the elevator going up and down and it was loud and annoying. Even with earplugs you could hear it. Double bed wasn’t a standard double bed.

It was small, but very well located. perfect for a short stay in the city. The landlord was amazing, they communicated in a very efficient way. It was clean and it included a couple of bathroom complements like toothpaste, toothbrush, comb, shower cap etc. very useful.

Ottima posizione per poter girare in città ma anche rientrare per una pausa o prima di uscire nuovamente in serata, buone dimensioni della stanza e presenza dei prodotti di igiene personale e kit di cortesia (spazzolino, cuffia, rasoio).Nelle immediate vicinanze vi è anche un piccolo supermercato e proprio di fronte una trattoria molto buona

Per chi ha il sonno leggero da tenere presente che le stanze non sono molto insonorizzate e dando sulla strada, alla sera e fino a tarda notte sono particolarmente rumorose perchè si sente il vociare delle persone e il via vai nei locali sottostanti.

It’s right next on top of a street feel with bars and the windows are very thin. A lot of partying and noise made it difficult to sleep
