The stuff is very kind

Le personnel était particulièrement accueillant, l'hôtel était très confortable et extrêmement bien situé. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Le parking est un peu loin, mais le personnel du parking est également très accueillant et aidant malgré la "petite" barrière de la langue.

Las ventanas simples que no aíslan adecuadamente del ruido y del calor. Por último el antiguo sistema de televisión.

L’hotel è situato nel cuore del centro storico di Firenze, in una graziosa piazzetta, a circa 5 minuti in carrozzina elettrica da Piazza della Signoria, quindi dagli Uffizi e anche meno da Piazza del Duomo. Per i titolari di permesso di parcheggio per disabili, si trovano posti auto a qualche decina di metri dalla struttura; per tutti gli altri l’hotel propone una convenzione con un parcheggio privato. La stanza, accessibile ai disabili, matrimoniale con letto aggiuntivo, é essenziale, ariosa, pulita, molto luminosa grazie a una grande finestra che affaccia sulla piazzetta sottostante. In realtà con spazi un po’ troppo stretti per chi è in carrozzina, per me che faccio qualche passo con appoggio può andare, credo possa essere più complicato per chi non può farlo. Il bagno è attrezzato per disabili, con spazi adeguati alla carrozzina e molto pulito, anch’esso essenziale, la doccia é accessibile alla carrozzina con ante completamente apribili, ma senza seduta e forse carente di ripiani. Spazi interni all’hotel piacevoli e pulitissimi. La colazione è ricca e gustosa, le brioche particolarmente deliziose, il caffè ottimo; la sala dedicata é molto luminosa, gli spazi ampi. Il personale è comunque il vero valore aggiunto, sono stati tutti molto disponibili e accoglienti, e pur mantenendo compostezza e professionalità non ci hanno mai negato il sorriso. In particolare tengo a ringraziare la splendida Signora Karima, per la dolcezza e la simpatia, per il radioso e travolgente sorriso e l’impagabile parlata fiorentina; e il Signor Mino all’accoglienza, per la pazienza verso le mie tante curiosità, la premura che ci ha rivolto e per l’invidiabile numero di lingue perfettamente parlate.

Qualche difficoltà ad avere spazi di manovra sufficienti all’interno della stanza, escluso il bagno in cui ci si muove agevolmente. Manca il sedile reclinabile in doccia e qualche ripiano per

La ubicación, Y la atención del personal. Si bien tiene sus buenos años el hotel y se siente, La atención del personal hizo todo mucho más cómodo. Nino, y Giuseppe y andrea, Nos atendieron y recibieron con la mejor de las formas. Cuando vuelva a Florencia, vuelvo si o si a este hotel.

La posizione è eccezionale, ottima per visitare la città di Firenze. L'hotel presenta un ottimo rapporto prezzo-qualità, si trova in posizione eccezionale e tutto sommato ha servizi all'altezza delle apettative, personale gentile e disponibile, tranne piccole cose che potevano essere evitate l'hotel è da consigliare e ne terrò conto per soggiorni brevi nella citta di Firenze

Potevano essere migliorati alcuni piccoli particolari. La doccia era scomodissima e presentava la chiusura rotta. Il frigobar era spento e senza nulla dentro. Pubblicizzavano le pantofole gratuite come regalo dell'hotel e nella nostra stanza non c'erano. Pensavamo che fossere finite e una vecchia pubblicità, poi la mattina abbiamo visto che le mettevano ad ogni stanza. Io non le ho portate leggendolo. La colazione sufficiente, ma potrebbe con poco essere migliorata.

Abbiam soggiornato per una notte per un weekend, la posizione è davvero al top, in pieno centro in una vietta laterale. Essendo all' interno di un cortile, devo dire che si è anche dormito bene. Le camere sono ben pulite e dotate di letti confortevoli. La colazione è ricca e si ha la possibilità di scegliere fra dolce e salato. Le brioches vengono sempre rifornite. Il personale è stato disponibilissimo e alla mano. Che dire, da ritornarci per poter proseguire la visita nella culla del Rinascimento.

The staff were friendly, and the location was incredible. The room was fairly big and had comfortable beds. Would come back for the location.

The air conditioning unit gave off a bad smell that we couldn't get rid of.

The front desk staff was exceptional and without question made our stay in Florence better. The rooms are modest though appropriate for the price. The rooms and facilities are kept clean. I would highly recommend this hotel.

L hôtel est hyper bien situé (à deux pas du Duomo). La chambre est propre et le prix imbattable. Il est possible de réserver une place de parking dans un garage à cinq minutes à pied de l hôtel. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très accueillant et sympathique !

Sehr spartanische Ausstattung. Die Fenster gingen zur Straße, waren mit dunkler Folie verklebt und nicht Schall absorbierend. Die Zimmer extrem klein. Aber die Lage Nähe Dom war ideal.

The location of the property was excellent, just a few minutes (like two or three!) walk to the Duomo and easy to find. The staff was Excellent- friendly and warm, very helpful, very welcoming. Each time we came back after a hot day of sightseeing, we felt like we were being greeted by people who know the true meaning of hospitality. I also appreciated having a tub to take a soak, which was not a feature at any other properties that we stayed at during our trip, and it was nice to have that at least once while traveling. Everything was perfectly clean and lovely. And the price kept us on budget! We tried the breakfast one day and that was excellent. Shout out to Karema who welcomed us in and brought us eggs and sausages- her smile lit up the morning!

Just a note that the lighting in the bathroom is a little dark and the entrance into the shower could be a little tight if you are on the taller or broader side. I am short at 5’1” and I wondered how anyone larger than me could get in there. The mini fridge didn’t keep things very cold, just slightly cooler than room temperature.

The hotel was excellent, the staff were excellent, and the location was excellent. We were pleased how quickly we managed to get to different locations.

The breakfasts were tasty. However, since we stayed for a longer period, we found the lack of variety a bit disappointing, as exactly the same food was served every day. It would be nice if at least part of the breakfast selection changed from day to day.

I ended up booking a last-minute room in this hotel due to an inconvenience with my original booking in a different venue; I have to say I couldn't be much luckier: the hotel is well mantained and situated just in the perfect position to visit the historic center of the city on foot. My room was spacious, very clean and had all the features necessary for a comfortable stay; moreover the staff of the hotel was amazingly thoughtful and competent. I will definitely choose again this hotel on my next family trip to Florence.

My family and I recently stayed at your hotel, and I am writing to share how pleasant our experience was. From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely warm and welcoming, making us feel valued immediately. Since our room was not quite ready when we checked in, we were invited to wait in the comfortable, air-conditioned sitting room and were promptly served cold water, which was very refreshing. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, and our room was clean with very comfortable beds. The provided slippers were a thoughtful touch. Your hotel has wonderful character, and its central location made it incredibly convenient to walk to local restaurants, shops, and amenities. Thank you for a marvelous stay.

The location could not be better. We were right near the Duomo and had many restaurants and shops nearby. We never even used the tram because everything was so close. The staff were friendly and helped me improve my Italian when they heard I was trying to learn! Breakfast was also wonderful.
