You feel home from the first step in… cozy.. comfortable… clean.. you can find everything you might think of …The sea view from the bedroom is exceptional We are frequent travelers to Gouna but this time was THE BEST Robert is an amazing host… very helpful and responsive. Thank you Robert for making our stay unforgettable.

Het is goed gelegen, niet te ver van het centrum en alles is heel goed bereikbaar met een tuktuk. De kamers waren ruim met voldoende opbergmogelijkheden. Ik zou dit verblijf zeker aanbevelen!

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026I have stayed in 7 different units in Mangroovy over the past few years, and this is , hands down, the BEST. The condo is extremely well-equipped and very nicely furnished. It is spacious, spotless, comfortable, and has everything you might need, whether you are a couple, family or a group of friends. It is a few steps to the beach and both bedrooms are seaview. To add to the perfection of the stay, Robert, the owner، is an exceptional host. He is a true gentleman: caring, responsive and always there to help.

Reviewed Apr 25, 2026Dieses Apartment ist ausgesprochen gut ausgestattet, Nespresso Maschine, Milchaufschäumer, Mixer ….Robert der Besitzer ist super freundlich und hilft bestens beim ganz einfachen Online Check In. Die angebotenen Snacks, Tee- und Kaffeesorten, die alle inklusive sind haben uns schwer beeindruckt. Das Apartment ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und auch der Luxes des großen TV mit Netflix, Apple TV, … hat uns viel Freude gemacht. In Summe hat es uns so gut gefallen, gerade weil die Unterkunft auch perfekt in der Nähe der Kitestation KBC liegt, dass wir trotz der Nachteile wieder kommen werden.
Leider ist die schöne Aussicht auf den Mangroven Strand durch die große Baustelle deutlich getrübt. Das Meer kann man noch gut sehen, aber der Charme einer großen Baustelle ist natürlich nur begrenzt gut. Außerdem kommt es morgens, wenn die Bauarbeiter starten schon zu einer leichten Lärmbelästigung. Da die Baustelle schon 70 m entfernt liegt, hält der Lärm sich in Grenzen und startete auch erst morgens. In Summe hat es uns trotzdem gut gefallen.

De locatie is een beetje remote van het centrum van El Gouna. In de maand januari valt er erg weinig te beleven.

Reviewed Dec 31, 2025From booking until checking out communication with Robert was great. Clear instructions about the apartment, check in etc and always quick to reply. The place itself was wonderful. Bright, clean and tastefully decorated. And really well equipped. As a bonus snacks and water awaited us when we arrived. The apartment is close to the beach and kite center and also many restaurants near. And a 10 min uber/tuk drive away from downtown. Quiet area, many terraces including a rooftop, pool. We had a great stay here, felt like home. And Robert is the perfect host.

Kite spot is located 5 min walk along the beach. Great and diverse restaurants on 15 min walk or 5 min with Tuk-Tuk. Key-free access to the apartment is very convenient.
There were construction activities on new appartment area nearby, which caused moderate noise disturbance at 8 a.m. in the morning.

La propreté était irréprochable et le contact avec le propriétaire a été particulièrement appréciable : réactif, agréable, rapide et très flexible. Il nous a même permis de faire un check-out tardif, ce qui a été un vrai plus. L’appartement est très bien équipé : linge de bain, produits de nettoyage, lessive, jeux, et une machine à laver que nous avons beaucoup appréciée. La localisation est idéale, proche de la mer, avec une piscine propre et plusieurs beach clubs accessibles à pied. Honnêtement, tout était parfait. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement et n’hésiterons pas à revenir.

Even check in was from 2 pm,he offered to leave laguges in apartment tll check in.. Aparment verry nice,clean ,bright,verry clean and shining!!! Location amasing -wonderful pool and verry close to the beach!! All equipment in the apartment verry modern,new,have all that Y need!! There is like a Luxury smart home!!!! Der Vermieter Robert war super freundlich, die Kommunikation lief reibungslos, und auf alle Fragen hat er sofort geantwortet. The attention to detail was outstanding, from having plenty of towels, floaties, and a cooler for beach trips, to offering a variety of pillows for extra comfort. He even provided complimentary late check-out, which was so generous. Highly recommend this place!

Robert, the host, is amazing. When I asked if he has a crib for our baby, he bought a very good one, which was very comfortable for our baby. It’s a perfect place for families. Robert was also very responsive when we needed anything. Thank you so much for an amazing stay at your condo. We would love to come again.
