Reviewed Sep 9, 2025Location, quiet neighborhood, size of the room.
There are three bedrooms and one shared bathroom plus a small kitchen in this accomodation. One toilet, one shower, for 6 people. Kitchen and bathroom are not cleaned on a regular basis. We had to ask the owner to please clean the bathroom because it was really filthy (another guest had apparently cut his hair in the bathtub/shower...). Same for the kitchen. One roll of toilet paper for 2 guests for 6 nights. Again, we had to ask for more. After our first night here booking.com informed me that the host had apparently canceled my reservation because we had "not arrived". When asked about that we were told that she wanted to avoid some form of payment to booking.com. Our payment, on the other hand, was requested via Paypal which, in connection with the "cancellation" seemed a little shady.

Reviewed Jan 11, 2025The location is excellent. The hosts Cindy and Andres were very accommodating. They even went out of their way to purchase a phone SIM card for me as I did not know where to get one, and then they set it up for me as I could not speak Spanish. Nothing was too much trouble.
It was all good.
