Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Appartement à 15 20 mns en taxi de l'aéroport international dans le quartier de PIK, très bien pour un court stop Petit studio moderne, bien équipé (yc kitchenette), belle vue au 12ème étage dans un grand complexe avec grande piscine, mini market, etc Lit confortable, SdB OK Très bonne communication amont avec Mariam pour l'accès, flexibilité sur l'heure de sortie : merci ! Proximité immédiate du parc de mangrove, beaucoup de restaurants à proximité
Quartier chinois moderne, donc ne pas s'attendre à y trouver l'Indonésie traditionnelle, mais on le savait avant ...

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026It was a great place to stay before an early flight the next day, since it is close to the airport, but I would also recommend it if you are looking for a stay in Jakarta. The owner was very helpful and accomodating. The ammenities of the building are amazing, the room is small but functional, very clean and modern.

No tienen un sitio para poder dejar las maletas lo cual siendo un apartamento cerca del aeropuerto que mucha gente busca para hacer dia antes de coger vuelos largos lo hace comodo ya que te echan a las 11 am No corresponde mucho con las fotos no tiene terraza o por lo menos el nuestro

A 20 minuti a piedi da by the sea, dove abbiamo potuto mangiare in un warung. L’host ci ha inviato tutte le indicazioni per il check-in e il check-out e si è mostrata disponibile.
Niente - è stato tutto perfetto!

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Abbiamo alloggiato una notte qui per scalo a Giacarta. Posizione ottima per l'aeroporto che si raggiunge in 20 minuti di taxi. L'appartamento è piccolo ma ben pulito e con tutti i comfort. Vista eccezionale. Il complesso comprende anche una piscina meravigliosa. In zona ci sono vari ristoranti comodamente raggiungibili a piedi. Si vede che è una zona nuova e si passeggia tranquillamente. Vicino c'è una foresta di mangrovie che non abbiamo visitato per il poco tempo a disposizione. Ottimo appoggio per chi fa scalo a Giacarta.

Kleine kamer, maar met 2 koffers wel goed te doen. Deur naar de gang is niet geluidsdicht, maar niet veel last van gehad.

The place could do with a tune-up. There is a gas stove, but no pans, no knives either (so you are supposed to eat out) there is a washing machine, but no drying rack

Reviewed May 11, 2026Within seconds of being plugged in, the hairdryer provided by the host started smoking and then ignited into flames. The fire extinguisher could not be removed from the wall to be used, and the fire alarm was pulled but did not work. The smoke detectors in the hallway also did not work, as evidenced by how they did not go off even when black smoke filled the hallway. The staff were utterly unhelpful and did not appreciate the gravity of the emergency. The concierge kept asking for our documentation, rather than alerting firefighters or the authorities. The host was not reachable at this time. The staff at the hotel collectively kept us there for hours, repeatedly asking for us to provide the same account over and over again about what happened, even after we had done so and offered our contact information. After the fire was put out, we could no longer stay in the room because everything, including our belongings, were covered in soot. Despite this, the staff would not permit us to leave for hours, requesting that we stay until their boss arrived. They would not allow our Grab driver to drive us to another hotel after the whole ordeal until we agreed to provide them with a written statement, which we had already offered to do initially but they declined. Later on, the host charged us fees for the damages, even though the hairdryer was supplied to us, and we had no means of putting out the fire or efficiently getting help. Overall, the faulty hairdryer was one issue (not so much the fault of the host), but the utterly unhelpful concierge and staff were the bigger problem. The host and staff never asked if we were safe even though we could have been injured during the incident. A refund was never provided for the night we lost, the next hotel we had to book in a rush, or our many belongings which were damaged by the soot. Overall, this was one of the worst lodging experiences we have ever had. One would be better staying at any hostel or hotel elsewhere.

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026Es war eine super schöne Unterkunft , für uns perfekt . Hatten die Unterkunft für eine Nacht, da wir am nächsten Tag weitergeflogen sind . Die Nähe zum Flughafen war genial. Über Whats App hat alles super geklappt. Wir wurden bei Ankunft bereits erwartet . Dort wurde uns alles erklärt , der Schlüssel für die Wohnung in die Hand gedrückt. Alles unkompliziert und super gelaufen. Am besten war die super Poolanlage mit dem toll angelegten Garten . Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen , auch für länger.

The self check-in process was simple and smooth, which made arrival completely stress-free. One of the absolute highlights was the amazing view – truly stunning and something we enjoyed every day. Overall, a great stay with a perfect location, easy check-in, and an incredible view. Highly recommended.

Reviewed Jan 11, 2026De ligging is heel mooi en het ligt ook handig ten opzichte van de luchthaven en restaurantjes en winkelcentrum. De kamer was ook erg mooi en ruim. Ook de faciliteiten zoals het zwembad en de sauna waren super fijn.
Het is vrij gehorig in de kamer. Je kan de andere gasten horen hoesten. Daarnaast hoor je de vliegtuigen heel goed.

Reviewed Dec 8, 2025L’appartamento è situato in una zona residenziale molto ben tenuta e si raggiunge velocemente dall’aeroporto. La pulizia è impeccabile. Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono supermercati ristoranti. All’entrata di ogni palazzo è presente una reception e l’intero complesso ti da la sensazione di essere al sicuro. Mariam è molto disponibile e gentile,ci ha aiutato anche per un piccolo problema di salute. Consigliato!

Weinig ruimte om het bed. Geen plaats om je koffers neer te zetten. Geen tafel / stoelen.

Je ne savais pas que j’allais devoir me débrouiller seule et n’ayant pas pris de carte SIM, j’ai perdu du temps à chercher avec mes bagages et la fatigue du voyage.

For the price, Mariam has a meticulously kept (very clean floor!), apartment, with little thoughtful touches such as coffee/tea making facilities, 2 bottles of mineral water, washing machine, microwave, flat screen TV, disposable house slip-ins, rain shower. I could go on and on. The lovely view from Level 12 perfectly complemented my stay. Thank you Mariam.
