Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Het is een geweldig appartement op een top locatie vlakbij het vliegveld. Goede service en prima faciliteiten. Op loopafstand heb je een grote winkelcentrum, eetgelegenheden, supermarkten en kleine winkeltjes. Communicatie met Host Jess verloopt goed en snel.

خدمة الشقق الخاصه جدا سيئة ، وصلنا ومعنا 14 شنطه ولا يوجد من يساعدنا ،، ورفضوا حتى اعطاءنا عربات الشنط لانها تابعه للفندق ف اضطررنا لسحبها بالكامل ،، ونظام المسابح سيء لعدم سماح نزول فقط نزيل واحد

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Sehr schicke Anlage mit toller Poollandschaft. Sehr schöner Blick. Die Wohnung ist funktional und nett eingerichtet.
Ich musste noch vor unserer Komodo-Tour eine Checkliste ausfüllen, Reisepässe hochladen etc. Das hätte ich gerne weit vor der Reise erledigt. Die betten sind sehr weich und dadurch unbequem.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026La communication par whatsapp avec la propriétaire était impeccable: très réactive, aimable et serviable. La préparation du séjour, les informations communiquées afin que tout se passe au mieux ont été préparées avec beaucoup de soin. L'emplacement est très chouette, proche de l'aéroport et à proximité immédiate du quartier de nord de la ville, très moderne et animé. La chambre est petite mais accueillante, l'AC fonctionne bien et le petit balcon offre une vue extraordinaire sur le parc arboré juste en dessous des tours, et sur la ville. La décoration de la chambre est très sympa, les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié. La piscine est accessible depuis le lobby. Elle est très grande, pas très fréquentée et super propre; il n'y a pas beaucoup de chlore. La qualité prix de ce logement est vraiment très avantageuse.
La propreté et l'état vieillot, parfois en mauvais état de la décoration ne sont pas à la hauteur de ce que l'on peut s'attendre en regardant les photos. Le drap de lit avait une vieille tache (il était fraîchement lavé - je précise) et il y avait des cheveux dans la salle de bain. Il n'y a pas de stores ou de rideaux dans la chambre pour éviter le soleil de vous réveiller à 6h du matin.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Host Jess had alles perfect voorbereidt. We hadden een heel fijn verblijf. De zwembaden zijn heerlijk en erg groot, nooit druk. Het winkeltje beneden is perfect, ze hebben alles wat je maar nodig hebt. En het is op loopafstand van allerlei leuke winkeltjes, malls en restaurants.

Reviewed May 28, 2026This was an extended stay from our previous trip. This time, we stayed in a bigger unit with a couch and a larger kitchen/dining area. However, we personally preferred the view from the previous unit, as this one faced the bridge instead of directly facing the ocean. That said, all the facilities, amenities, ambience, and overall experience were still great, just like our stay in the previous unit. Thank you, Jess, for having us.
Just a very minor personal observation: the shower room itself (not the whole bathroom) felt smaller compared to the previous unit I stayed in, despite this unit being a larger apartment overall.

The unit was clean, well-equipped with amenities, had a great ocean view, and the room itself was especially thematic and unique. The ambience around the Gold Coast apartment was also nice, calm, and quiet despite being close to a busy street. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would love to come back again.

Reviewed May 11, 2026De host is super vriendelijk. Ze geeft heel veel tips en geeft je een warm welkom. Het is een mooi complex en ligt vrij dichtbij de luchthaven. Er is een winkelcentrum in de buurt en je kan ook redelijk dichtbij naar Aloha, een aangelegd strand met restaurantjes.

I just wish the bed would be 180x200 cms and the shower a bit bigger. But it's no big deal.

Reviewed Mar 27, 2026The apartment is clean, neat, and well-maintained. All facilities work properly and the teddy bear theme makes the place unique and family-friendly. My little son even asked us to buy a teddy bear when we checked out because he really liked the decoration.😊 The sea view is beautiful and the location is very close to PIK beach and other interesting spots. I also really appreciate the Qibla direction sticker in the room, which was very helpful for us. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay for our family.
Only minor details could be improved, such as checking the cooker hood ventilation and ensuring some hidden areas in the bathroom are cleaned more thoroughly. Overall, everything was good and comfortable.

Everything was really well organized from check-in to check-out, and the stay booklet explained everything clearly. The location is great—close to the airport, with malls and supermarkets just a short walk away. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, and had a lovely balcony with an amazing sea view overlooking Linggi Bridge. Everything was perfect, and we had a great stay! Will visit again :)

Reviewed Dec 6, 2025Nice apartment 33G on the 33rd floor with view from the balcony over the river and sea. There is a big swimming pool on the ground floor. You can also take an excellent buffet breakfast for 210.000 IDR. The communication with the host Jess was very efficient.
At rush hour the wait for the elevators can be long.
