Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Owner is responsive, room large and all included. Convenient location. Gym is nice but should be operating until 10 pm at least- now close at 7pm.
housekeeping can be better in making sure roll tissue /soap /towel /mineral water are enough/replaced because we stayed for 3 nights. we have to call owner and refill/get it ourselves.

AC not cooling enough (2nd room), 2nd Bed room is not flat, bends and depressed when sleeping. Deposit shouldn't be paid after 48 hours, should follow the hotels guidelines where immediately paid after checkout. Deposit RM100 was imposed before even the room keys was given.

Away from City and need to have self car or Taxi for all movements. Only few shops at walking distance.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2024Best apartment I have stayed in so far. Spectacular sea view from the living & bedroom The Apartment is clean and complete with all the amenities. The location is near to Kuantan famous Ikan Bakar restaurant and less than 10 minutes drive to city center. Will definitely stay here again if I'm back in Kuantan.
