The room is clean and tidy with pure‑white quilts and duvet covers. The front‑desk staff are warm and polite, responding to every inquiry. The delivery robot brings items right to the room, which is smart and novel. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will stay here again.

出差住香蕉fun酒店，真的挺满意！床特别软，跑了一天业务躺上去瞬间放松。最加分的是有洗衣机和烘干机，出差换下来的衣服直接洗烘，不用大包小包带脏衣服，太省事。房间干净，办理入住也快，位置出行也方便，出差选这家很省心，下次过来还住这。

The hallway smells moldy,inside the room didn't smell fresh,no enough light in the bathroom,very tiny room ,the wall are paper thin,but the worst I find a cockroach on the room and they were doing construction in the upper floor with a jack hammer and slash hammer I ask that I want to check out early a day head but they refuse ,the only thing they give me a nicer room but you still can heard the noise I came to Canton Fair to conduct business but with that noise I could accomplish any thing....they have one iron for the entire Hotel and was never available.... people please think twice before you stay here.hi and not TV just a protector with very poor quality picture

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay atBANANA FUN Hotel. For the price I paid, it offered excellent value. The room was clean and cozy, with basic amenities that met all my needs. The bed was firm but comfortable, and the linens were fresh. The staff at the front desk were friendly and efficient, checking me in and out quickly. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, close to public transportation and many local attractions. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit。

The only drawback is that the hotel does not offer breakfast, but there are many breakfast options available downstairs.

Choosing this hotel for my trip to Guangzhou was truly a great decision! Before check-in, the staff patiently guided me on how to reach the hotel. During my stay, the staff always wore warm smiles and patiently answered all my questions. The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding and pillows were especially soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were very helpful and even taught me some Chinese, which was really fun! There are many excellent restaurants downstairs. It's definitely worth staying here!

There is no kettle in the room. If you need one, please go to the front desk to get it.

I was provided with a room without a window, even though I had specifically mentioned this during booking. Despite waiting several hours to check in, the room felt very closed and claustrophobic, which unfortunately ruined the overall experience of my stay. IDK If I got unlucky or they give such rooms to foreign travelers using booking.com cause I was one of the first to check in that day.

There were construction works everyday from 8 AM, which made it quite unbearable to be in the room.

I actually like how there were so many food and grocery stores nearby. And it fit the comfortable, quiet but accessible kind of place I want to stay in. The room had a lot of electrical outlets to plug in your chargers, which in this day and age, is super necessary. They also cleaned up the room and replaced the towels without our prompting. They also added in new toothbrushes and provided room slippers. When we requested for extra toiletries, they manage to deliver it very quickly. They have a laundry area as well and they provide other amenities free to take such as earplugs, dental floss, etc. And my favorite, they have an AI assistant to help play music, open/close the curtains and the lights.

The bed was not what we expected it. Probably because we booked good for three people but the bed was a double. So if you're the type who moves around a lot in your sleep and you're sharing a bed, it can feel very small. Though they clean-up the room, sometimes they miss lot of things. Such as extra towels as we booked good for three people but they sometimes provide only two of the items. This can be remedied by asking them for the extra towels or slippers, via wechat. Also, the room in the picture shows a really bright room but because our room had gray walls, it's not as bright as we would have expected.

A região do Hotel é boa. Tem bastante opção de restaurantes e mercados, o que seria básico para não ficar isolado tendo que gastar muito com transporte para ir a determinados destinos. A equipe do hotel são muito gentis e dispostos a ajudar. Eu fiquei cerca de 23 dias no hotel. Com certeza poderei voltar lá na próxima visita a China.

A falta de um frigobar e chaleira elétrica para complementar na melhor experiência de estadia. mas isso não é um detalhe que desabone a experiência como um todo.

Very, very noisy rooms, no cupboard no coffee maker or a kettle. I could hear the plumbing and there was a bang noise from somewhere in the plumbing. I don't know what it was but it was very noisy. Kept on going from something like 8 pm until 12 in the morning very disappointed by this hotel.

I like how easy the hotel is to find, there’s even a bus and taxi stop right out front. The room was nice and clean, the AC worked perfectly, and I appreciated the complimentary toiletries.

There was a cigarette smell even though it’s a no-smoking area. I guess it is just common in that country. The first night was pretty tough because of the smell, but thankfully it got much better over the next few days.

Это самый ужасный и вонючий отель в Китае. Пахнет сигаретами так что не возможно дышать. Там ужасно грязно.

На ресепшене сразу сняли деньги за все время и это было ошибкой. Когда показали комнаты там не было окна, все было грязно в комнате ужасно пахло и бегали тараканы. Когда попросили убрать комнату, просто зашли попшыкали аэрозолем и ушли. Мы уехали в другой отель рядом, дешевле и намного выше уровнем. Попросили возврат денег и нам только вернули половину. Этот отель мошенники и букинг ни как не смог помочь с урегулированием ситуации и возвратом денег.

My son was in 201. There was a small lizard there. So he got shifted to 204, where they got an even bigger lizard. So he came and stayed the night in my room 304 as there were no rooms available on the 3rd floor. I cancelled the remaining stay at the reception. They had the nerve to still charge 50% for my son's room even though he couldn't stay there due to the lizard problems on the 2nd floor. All in all, a pathetic experience. I wonder how booking.com lists such hotels on its website. Don't you have any responsibility for this?

Les photos ne reflètent pas du tout la réalité. Hotel vieux et très mal entretenu. Mauvaise odeur dans la chambre et mal aérée. Trop de bruit, on entend tout ce que font les voisins, même leurs discussions ou leurs moments intimes.
