El personal muy amable, y la ubicación muy bien.

Las habitación olía mucho a humedad, y en el baño como era bañera y no estaba pegada a la pared se salía el agua. Por otro lado tenía cortina de ducha que recomendaría cambiar.

We loved the ambience and the decor of the property. The room size was very good and the location was very accessible.

No swimming pool and no eggs over breakfast. I am not sure if we had to ask for one but nobody was having it so we assumed that it was not part of the spread.

La chambre sentait la moisissure. Un cap de bain était carrément sale, l’un des taies d’oreiller était sale aussi et l’autre oreiller était enveloppé dans un drap sans taie bien sûr !!!

- The location is central and the building itself has traditional character. - Staff were polite in conversation and initially acknowledged the issue.

- We were not given the Deluxe Double room that we had booked. - The alternative room was not clean, had a strong smell, and the bathroom was very small. - The room was next to the office area, offering no privacy. - We were asked to “wait until morning” despite staying only one night. - The refund process was extremely slow and required repeated follow-ups (not resolved yet) - We were asked to send a copy of our credit card via WhatsApp, which is not a secure or appropriate practice.

L'accueil chaleureux par Ahmed, qui a bien voulu nous accueillir plus tôt que prévu avec un thé, parce qu'on était trempé, La gentillesse de Youness pendant notre dîner, L'excellent hammam et massage prodigué par Hanane, douce et bienveillante, Un moment hors du temps dans cette magnifique ville.

Magnifique riad parfaitement décoré dans le style marocain traditionnel et bien situé dans la médina (avec une très bonne signalétique dans les rues pour y accéder),à 5 minutes à pied de la Kasbah des Oudayas et 20 minutes à pied des autres points forts de Rabat. Très bonne literie, restaurant délicieux, super terrasse sur le toit où prendre un excellent petit-déjeuner à la marocaine. Excellent massage au sein même du riad. Mention spéciale pour le personnel, particulièrement attentionné et professionnel. En un mot que du positif, je recommande absolument cette adresse si vous allez à Rabat.

Il riad è in una posizione molto centrale, vicino a tutte le attrazioni turistiche ed al mare. Facile l'accesso dalla strada carrabile, luogo silenzioso. La corte centrale è bella, anche con mobili di pregio ed il personale è molto cordiale. La colazione discreta

Il riad è datato, molte cose andrebbero manutenute o sostituite e soprattutto la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare. Le lenzuola del letto erano sporche e i cuscini datatissimi. Nella stanza appena entrati c'era un brutto odore e non era assolutamente piacevole. Stanza piccolissima, non era possibile scendere lateralmente dal letto. Peccato perchè avrebbe tutte le carte in regola per essere un luogo bellissimo e soprattutto il costo per quanto offerto è estremamente alto

Un séjour merveilleux dans ce Riad digne des Mille et Une Nuits. Situé en plein milieu de la médina de Rabat. L'atmosphère y est apaisante et chaleureuse. Nous tenons à souligner la qualité de l'accueil : malgré notre check-in tardif, le personnel s'est montré d'une grande gentillesse, nous offrant un thé de bienvenue et acceptant même de nous servir à dîner. Tout était parfait, du service attentionné à la qualité des repas (petit-déjeuner et dîner excellents). Un grand merci à toute l'équipe !

Our stay at Dar El Khebira Riad in Rabat was exceptional from start to finish! Very artsy and traditional Riad - we loved every space of this hotel/riad 😍 A heartfelt Thank You to the Front Desk/Concierge Mohammed, Younes, Fatiha (the strong and talented Spa Therapist), and Fatiha (the brilliant Cook), for their warm hospitality, constant attention, and kindness. The breakfast (local produce and freshly cooked) was absolutely delicious 👌🏽🙌🏽🙏 My daughter and I are very grateful for the help, the comfort, and the genuine warmth we experienced throughout our stay. From the perfect location (inside the Medina Rabat) to the top-notch comfort of the rooms, everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended! ☺️

I was told that the 45 min Hammam + 60 min massage would cost 600 MAD, and just the Hammam is 300 MAD, however, 2 other taxes/rates were applied to my final bill and instead of 900 MAD (my daughter had the Hammam treatment and no massage, while I had the duo treatments), I ended up paying 1080 MAD which is 180 MAD more and I don’t even know “clearly” what is the extra for. The concierge wasn’t able to help me understand it either. Apart from this, everything was wonderful.

un petit bémol pour la taille de la chambre avec un accès vraiment très limité d'un côté du lit. Une nuit sur les deux avec pas mal de bruit extérieur ( dans la médina le jeudi soir).

Location is very convenient. Staff (Mohammed) friendly and helpful We only had to stay one night.

Room was very dirty. (Floor was so bad I couldn't walk on it in bare feet) There were tiny slivers of broken glass on the rug. Extractor fan in the bathroom "sprayed" black dust into the bathroom so we couldn't use it. Only 2 coat hangers provided for a double room for 2 people? No bath towels until we asked (twice)

The location was great on the centre. The facilities and rooms were very nice and unusual. The staff were incredibly helpful and nice. Breakfast on the roof terrace was lovely too.

1. Beautiful Riad culture throughout the building, well maintained and not only cosmetically. 2. Excellent water pressure in the shower; many 5 star hotels could learn from that. 3. Nice terrace.

45 MAD accommodation tax p/person p/night upon check-out was a bit of a surprise. Didn't see anywhere when making the reservation.

Then decor, the style and most of all the staff were fantastic.

Die Lage ist sehr charmant und angenehm mitten in der Medina, aber trotzdem ruhig in einer Sackgassen. Ideal fuer Touristen!

Was fuer Touristen ideal ist, ist leider fuer die, die aber in einen anderen Stadtteil pendeln muessen, sehr aufwendig: langer Fussweg durch die Medina und anschliessenden Schwierigkeiten, ein Taxi zu bokommen, eine enorme Schwierigkeit.

Les personnels sont serviables et à l’écoute et surtout leur responsable. Elle a bien géré nos problèmes rapidement

We had a wonderful stay at Dar El Kébira. The location is excellent — right in the heart of the medina but still very peaceful and easy to access. It's the perfect base for exploring the magic of Rabat’s old city on foot. The riad itself is beautifully decorated and very clean, with an elegant traditional design that creates a warm and authentic atmosphere. The staff were kind, professional, and always ready to help — we truly appreciated their attentiveness and warm hospitality. While the room and bathroom were a little on the smaller side, they were well-maintained and comfortable enough for a short stay. Everything was spotless, and the amenities provided were thoughtful. Overall, Dar El Kébira is a lovely place to stay with top-notch service and a perfect location.

The stay at Dar El Kebira was a great experience. It is very well located close to the Kasbah of the Udayas. Staff was very nice and helpful. We had an excellent light dinner there the first night (vegetable tajine and for dessert oranges with cinnamon). Breakfast were delicious and very generous. Thanks for the kindness of Hamid that made our two days stay even more pleasant. For the second night we went to another good restaurant Dinarjat,

Well located near the Harbour and Medina with very helpful and freindly staff. Sumptuous Breakfast and the staff were very helpful catering for Vegetarians and others with dietary restrictions.

A little tricky to find in the maze of alleys until you get oriented but on our first day someone came out to the main road to get us.

We were warmly welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. The riad is gorgeous. Great location and comfortable room. We had two delicious dinners in the restaurant and enjoyed the generous breakfast each morning on the rooftop. The staff was exceptional. The room could have been a little cleaner, but that is typical for riads. Definitely recommend!

Some internal building works going on , and we booked a suite for two nights, when we arrived, the suite wasn’t available due to the building work so we were offed a double room , which was below the Hamman and seemed damp and had a chlorine type of smell ( we were given a breakfast free on arrival as a jesture because our room wasn’t ready …… we had two half bottles of wine which they charged us for ….. l think we should have been given those free as the rate difference between the double and the suite was more than the free breakfast…….. only a small quibble but you asked the question.…… noisy outside

You need to walk with your luggage about 300 m from the main road to the Riad on uneven small street. On way back you get assistance but on way to you have to make it on your own :-)

Every single thing was perfect - the best hotel we have ever visited, anywhere Facilities were exquisite, comfortable, prepared with great care. Staff here work as a team, and were the perfect hosts - making us feel like guests not clients.

Simply beautiful! Every detail had been thought of ... from the warmest smiling welcome, to the comfort of the lounge, the spacious luxurious bedroom, gorgeous bathroom in classic Moroccan style, excellent dinner. Friendly and courteous staff who work well together as a real team.

There was a private party in our riad the first night with many guests and live music... fun but a bit loud. When we returned to our room, the organizers were like "who are you?", they did not seem to realize this was hotel too :)

The breakfast was good. The staff was wonderful. We stayed in 4 Riads during our trip visiting 3 cities in Morocco, and this one was.wonderful. Beautiful traditional tile. Very safe. I can't get over how hot the water get and how wonderful the water pressure was.

Everything was great. The bed is a bit soft.

It gave a very authentic feel to my stay.

My first room had termites which I didn't notice until nighttime when I got into bed and my pillows were covered with sawdust. They changed my room the next day. Nothing was given, not even an apology. The rooms were very dusty. While there is daily house keeping it is obvious they only do a superficial cleaning without moving anything. I had one load of laundry done, was told it would be around the equivalent of $30 USD. Then they tried to charge me over $50. The furniture is old and uncomfortable. The bathrooms need updating and the whole place needs a deep clean.
