I loved my stay so much that I extended it. I feel so incredibly safe, the staff are so supportive and genuinely you feel secure around them. It is clean, it is gorgeous and I like the ala carte breakfast as less food goes to waste this way. 100% the most safe I’ve felt in my 2 months stay in Bali till now. Also, next to hotel is a family small local grocery store where sweet and kind locals sit with their dog Keemu. The dog has two broken legs and is the most sweetest baby in the world. She and the locals have made me feel like it’s my own home and neighborhood. Such sweetness! Thank you Casa team.

25 miniutes walk from the centre of Ubud Large rooms, ours was particularly clean. We were offered welcome drink The staff are super nice and very helpful, they cleaned our room on a daily basis, changed the towels, no worries for us. They also provided laundry services off site for a decent price. The pool area was nice, the water was clean. The choice of 3 different breakfast meals every day is a very nice touch and the breakfast itself was tasty. Location wise, there are a lot of other restaurants in the area, within walking distance, if you don't fancy a trip downtown.

Close to Ubud, huge room . Stylish design , breakfast was nice .

It’s located on the road - I didn’t sleep all nights , super noisy, room 5 attached to the water pump- horrible experience. No cleaning during 3 days we stayed

Gorgeous boutique hotel. It was very quiet, comfortable and clean. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Quiet location, outside of the hustle and bustle of central Ubud.

Only 1 of the many power outlets in my room worked.

We stayed at this villa for two weeks and absolutely loved it. We had the best room, the King Suite with Pool View, with a balcony and a stunning view over the rice fields with geese. On clear days, you can even see the mountains and volcanoes in the distance. The villa was very quiet, peaceful, and comfortable - a perfect place to relax. The team was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The atmosphere is stylish and beautiful, yet still very warm and cozy.

Everything was great. Very modern art deco style throughout rooms & building. Dining/pool area was a perfect intimate little area for me to read/sunbathe & be outside in a nice setting without having to go anywhere. The breakfast was extremely generous & very delicious. Staff was very kind & super responsive/quick to address any questions or issues. Location was great for me & easier to transport luggage into/out of than many of the other places. Would return again!

The property itself is visually beautiful, and the staff were kind and polite. Unfortunately, my stay was seriously impacted by a strong mold problem, which made it impossible for me to sleep, feel safe or comfortable. There was an extremely musty/moldy smell in the room 1 & 3 , and visible signs of moisture and mold. As I only arrived to the property after a long haul flight of 18 hours at 12.30 am I was forced to spend the night there and as much as I tried to sleep, I experienced clear physical symptoms (irritated throat, fatigue, headaches), which raised serious health concerns even after only sleeping there for a few hours. I woke up very early to the strong smell and had to check out right after breakfast. mold is a health hazard, especially in humid climates, and should be addressed immediately and professionally. No amount of aesthetics can compensate for an environment that may negatively affect guests’ health. I truly wanted to enjoy this stay, but due to the mold exposure, I would not recommend this property until the issue is fully resolved. I hope management takes this feedback seriously for the safety of future guests.

A very cool and artsy hotel, with lovely staff and delicious breakfast. The location was ideal since I was looking to stay away from that bustling area with bars and restaurants, this was just perfect!

Chambre spacieuse décorée artistiquement, au calme très bien situé 5mn en scooter du centre ville. Personnel au petit soin et très professionnel. J'avais oublié mon sac a main et ils me l'ont renvoyé en gogek a 200 kms. Encore Merci !

What a wonderful place — super clean, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully detailed throughout. The staff were incredibly friendly, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. Each room has its own unique design, so definitely check the photos before booking. I loved the pool area and was amazed by the super-fast Wi-Fi — even faster than in most coworking spaces! It made working remotely a breeze. The location is perfect too — close to town but still quiet and peaceful. I rented a scooter here for two days and it was such a fun, easy experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The room felt a little enclosed, but the air improved quickly with the air conditioning and fan. Just a note for sensitive guests — the cleaning products have a slightly strong scent.

Ants all over the basin, and towels were mismatched and old. Also whatever powder detergent they were washed with still was on them which went in my eyes. Hence the non perfect score

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit tollen Zimmern

Das einzige ist das es keine Türe sondern nur einen Vorhang bei der Toilette gab.

Die Unterkunft ist etwas außerhalb vom Stadtzentrum Ubud, was mir sehr gefallen hat. Das Personal ist super freundlich und macht echt schönes und leckeres Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern eingerichtet und haben alles, was es braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen.

Ich hatte leider Ameisen im Bett. Das Personal hat sie sofort entfernt und nachdem draussen ein Köder hingelegt wurde, kamen sie nicht wieder, sie mussten aber trotzdem zwei Mal entfernt werden. Was man sicher mal anschauen dürfte ist die Dusche. Das Wasser braucht sehr lange zum warm werden und danach wird es schlagartig heiß.

El personal molt atent i amable! La decoració molt bonica i tot molt net! L'esmorzar a triar molt bo. Relació qualitat preu increïble. L'Hotel és molt tranquil ja que hi han poques habitacions. Nosaltres vam llogar moto i baixar al centre d'Ubud és un moment. També pots anar a peu, ho vam fer un dia i és una passejada.

L'habitació pot fer una mica d'olor a humitat, però no fa que l'estada sigui menys agradable.

- Toilette hat nur einen Sichtschutz durch ein Vorhang, somit nicht ideal für frische Paare 😉

Extremely clean, especially considering the typical cleanliness standards in Bali. The place is modern and very aesthetic. The staff were amazing – the room was cleaned every day. We initially booked three nights and ended up extending for an additional night. They even organised a birthday surprise in the morning. I literally cried when I had to leave! :)))

Sabah kahvaltısı da mevcut ücretsiz bir şekilde . Bir gün önceden kahvaltıda istediklerinizi seçiyorsunuz . 10/9 bir yerdi . 1 puanı düşürme sebebim de konum .

Sadece konumu merkeze çok uzak değil ama tercih olarak üst kat olsa daha iyi olurmuş çünkü yatak yerdeydi

Staff was extremely helpful, offered us anything we would need without us having to ask even. The rooms were spacious, very clean and really modern. Definitely have the Smoothie by glass in breakfast as well, you won’t regret it.

员工服务很好、早餐的选择有点少但是非常足够，房间很少所以住客也很少整体会很安静，酒店也提供了租借motor 非常方便我们，住宿周围很多餐馆，非常方便，这个位置去pryamid of chi 很靠近 ，只需要 4min 。

我住的房间晚上出现了很多蚂蚁爬到床上，但是第二天员工有帮我处理，希望这方面可以改进，房间有点潮湿可能是因为厕所是开放式的 很容易弄到房间很多水，但是整体的住宿体验非常棒

Property is beautiful and clean. Very friendly staff. Breakfast included was nice.

Wifi didn’t work in my room for majority of my stay. Blender woke me up at 7AM every morning. Shower was either boiling hot or cold. Hard to adjust the temperature.

Ubytování je skvělé a vkusně vybavené. Personál je milí a nápomocný. Snídaně jsou fajn jen když jste déle jak 10 dní už se jich přejíte, mají na výběr pouze z 5 jídel. I přes drobné komplikace s místními živočichy můžeme ubytování doporučit. Jako kompenzace za vzniklé potíže byla nabídnuta masáž což bylo fajn.

Die Unterkunft war extrem sauber und das Personal überaus freundlich. Uns wurden keine Wünsche offen gelassen und das Frühstück war jeden Tag hervorragend. Wer etwas mehr Abwechslung beim Frühstück möchte muss vielleicht außerhalb essen gehen aber für uns waren die verfügbaren Gerichte vollkommen in Ordnung. Alles wurde immer sehr schön hergerichtet, das Zimmer jeden Tag gesäubert und Änderungen in unserer Planung jederzeit angenommen.

Leckeres Frühstück und tolles Personal

Das Zimmer hat leider nach Abfluss gestunken, wir hatten kleine Ameisen, die aber halb so wild waren. Der Preis für das Zimmer ist dennoch etwas zu hoch.
