Reviewed Nov 26, 2025- Nous avons passé un agréable séjour: à commencer par les petites collations à l’arrivée jusqu’à la flexibilité de Joyce pour le check-out. - La maison est très propre, très spacieuse et très bien équipée. Nous y avons séjourné en famille (à huit) et chacun avait largement son espace. Nous avons aussi apprécié avoir une salle d’eau à chaque étage. Nous avons eu des soucis d’eau chaude et d’internet pendant le séjour, mais Joyce et Bernard ont été très à l’écoute et réactifs pour les résoudre. - Réactivité très appréciable en réponse à toutes nos demandes. - Nous avons trouvé l’emplacement idéal: à 5 minutes de la plage et des commerces (supermarché et restaurants).
- Le calage des rendez-vous avec les techniciens était un peu contraignant. - Nous avons aussi été un peu déçu que notre séjour ait coïncidé avec les travaux de la piscine car la piscine faisait partie des critères de choix du logement, particulièrement pour les enfants. Nous avons apprécié cependant que les propriétaires aient fait un geste commercial en nous remboursant un montant significatif des frais de location.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2025We had a lovely stay at Lakaz' Tamier. We were welcomed and showed around by Mike. Mike & Joyce were very accommodating with our requests and very responsive. We thank you kindly. The villa is very well equipped and in the centre of Flic-en-Flac tourist area. A 4-minute walk to the beautiful Flic-en-Flac beach in front of Villa Caroline. It is a 2 storey villa with the master bedroom at the very top with a private balcony. AC in every room :) and villa is nicely renovated. The parking is a little far from the villa, but if you are getting groceries or loading up luggage , drive to the back sliding door for easy access to the villa. We would highly recommend Lakaz' Tamier for future stay.

Reviewed Apr 5, 2025It's a great, well equipped, spacious and really clean property. The host was really helpful and always there to address questions and/or concerns and, yet, unintrusive. There is a convenient parking, in case you are with a car. Wi-Fi was good, beds are comfortable and kitchen is adequately equipped. The location is also nice - in walking distance to the beach, close to various places to eat and to a supermarket.

We had some very good welcoming drinks and snacks. The host (Joyce) make us felt very at ease. 100% recommended, beyond the value paid...
