New Lynn Dream guest house

Clean, Tidy

Very clean and modern inside.

Parking space was a little tricky to get into but fine once sorted.

Just fabulous. Clean, modern, everything you need on a getaway. Great hosts. We left a teddy bear in one of the beds….crisis averted thanks to the hosts xxxxx Highly recommend

Everything! Comfortable, clean, spacious, very well catered for, had everything you needed. Location was perfect, quiet and good parking. Easy check in and out.

Nothing, we loved it!

Lovely comfortable 2 bedroom unit in quiet location will stay again!

We had a lovely stay. The unit is modern, had everything we needed, quiet and comfortable. It even had a family of pukekos living under the deck, to greet us on arrival.

The duvet on the beds could be bigger. When one person rolled over, the other ended up in the cold. The back door in the kitchen could do with some blinds. Could do with more seating in the lounge (maybe a bean bag?) There were 4 of us. Mentioning these things for feedback but they’re definitely not the end of the world ☺️ We still enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable guest house and convenient close to Lynnmall and shops

Wouldn’t say nothing was wrong at all

Very clean and easy check in instructions. Great location.

No complaints.

The house was immaculate and so well-stocked. The host was responsive and check-in instructions were clear. One of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed in and it made for a great stay!

Tres bien équipé et cote à l'écoute et disponible. Très bonne situation géographique : Proche du CBD d'Auckland et du Parc naturel de Waitekere

Very modern, clean and comfy. Stylish decor and spacious. And as a bonus - Good coffee! Great communication with owner.

Air conditioner wasn't quite up to the Auckland heat. A very hot evening.

By far my favourite accomodation that I have booked through booking.com! Clean, had everything I needed rite down to washing powder. Comfortable beds and was just really pretty to look at ! The bonus was the balcony with chair and tables . Perfect for a quiet drink in the sun. Thank you !

There was nothing that I was unimpressed with.

Very clean and tidy, well stocked and organized kitchen facilities. Location is great for us as we were visiting friends in the area. beds were very comfy.

The bathroom door hinges need fixing as the door doesn't sit in its frame properly. The toaster didn't seem to work. Could also use instructions for the coffee machine as we couldn't get that to work either. Heating lamps in the bathroom did not work.

Beautiful mini house, loved our stay loved the house it was perfect from cleanliness to the layout kids loved it thank you so much highly recommend and would definitely be back.

Lovely place. It was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Perfect place for a little R &R. We need to stay longer next time to enjoy the view from the deck. Hope this place will be available next time we drive up to Auckland.
