Many aspects we don't like. Cleanliness in particular. Strong odour coming from the toilet and bathroom, stains on linen, towels, bedsheets and carpet. Mouldy shower. Dangerous electric. Poor communication.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2025Onze accomodatie die we in eerste instantie hadden geboekt was toen we waren geland op KLIA (om 21.30) plotseling geannuleerd. We moesten dus dringend op zoek naar een nieuwe accomodatie. Gelukkig konden we zo laat (00.30 uur) nog inchecken. De locatie is ook geweldig. Direct vast aan het Times Square winkelcentrum.
Hoewel het gebouw prachtig was zo teleurstellend was de kamer. Het was overal viezig. De bedden zaten overal vlekken op. Gelukkig bracht de host op verzoek nieuwe lakens. De badkamer zag er ook niet fris uit, zodanig dat we er niet hebben gedoucht. Ondanks de last minute check in mogelijkheid was de prijs erg hoog voor dit verblijf.

We had a shock when we arrived as the Agent said the booking is cancelled because I, didn't confirm via WhatsApp and there were no Two bedroom apartments available.I had already communitcated to him via booking .com,so his attitude was very upsetting. He told us to go ahead and cancel the booking.After an extremely unpleasant verbal encounter with the Agent, he agreed to give the two bedroom apartment the next day and till then two one bedroom apartments were given on two different floors.If this didn't happen it would have been a wonderful holiday.

Appartement vétuste, il n'y avait pas le nombre de couchages noté pour l'appartement, le Canapé lit proposer n'en est pas un, mes enfants ont dû dormir à deux dans lit simple. une seule qui est pour six personnes en sachant que vous devez avoir obligatoirement votre clé pour emprunter les ascenseurs donc séjour assez compliqué.

Appartement sale, vétuste, tout les équipements datent des années 70, corbeilles à papier métalliques rouillées. Les abat-jour des lampes dans la chambre avec des auréoles, cassées... Baignoire, douche encrassés. Les draps étaient tachés. Il y avait des cafards partout, dégoûtant ! Je ne vous le recommande pas.

Pokój tragicznie brudny. Stare podarte prześcieradła. Stare poduszki. Na jednym z łóżek niezmienione prześcieradło po poprzednim gościu. Zmieniono na naszą prośbę. To lóżko przypominało pryczę wiezienną. Pozostale lozka i materace mega niewygodne. Stare zniszczone meble, brudne ściany. Pleśń i grzyb w łazience. Karaluchy i takie żyjące i nieżywe na scianie. Brudne firanki i okna. Śmierdzący dywan i ogolny zaduch w pokoju. Do kuchni wieczorem balem sie wejsc. WiFi udało się zorganizować po godzinie prób Pana z obsługi. Zaoferował nam swoją kartę sim aby zrobić hotspot ale w końcu po ponad godzine zadziałało WiFi.....które było przez ścianę z innego pokoju. Jestesmy kolejny raz w Azji, zwiedziliśmy wiele krajów ale nie spaliśmy nigdy w takim brudzie za tak wysoka cenę. Zdjęcia na booking nie odzwierciedlają warunków, podobnie ocena. Ogólnie straszne miejsce. Jak ktoś chce sobie zepsuć pobyt w Kuala Lumpur to to mieszkanie jest do tego idealne. Nie wiem skąd tak wysoka ocena tego mieszkania, mogę się tylko domyślać.

The property has outsourced its rooms/apartments to external operators who are managing poorly. This has resulted in a lack of cleanliness, unreliable internet and prices inflated by at least 35% to 40%.

The flush is not strong enough and there is no safebox and the cleanliness of the bed can be better. Digital door lock will also feel safer.

Reviewed Apr 4, 2025La ubicación es muy buena, está en un centro comercial al que puedes ir sin salir a la calle, y en unos 10-15min caminando puedes llegar a una de las mejores zonas comerciales (PAVILLION). La cama principal era cómoda, aunque algo pequeña, pero la individual (éramos 3 personas) era bastante incómoda.
Las fotos no se corresponden en nada con la habitación que nos dieron. Al entrar había una mezcla de olor a tabaco y a perfume de hombre (mayor). Cuando echamos un vistazo vimos muebles viejos, mal cuidados, y encontramos mucha suciedad por donde quiera que miráramos (mesas de noche, ducha, lavamanos, cocina, etc.). Las toallas estaban viejas, deshilachadas e incluso agujereadas, los armarios olían a cerrado... incluso el gimnasio estaba extremadamente viejo y descuidado. Muy mala experiencia con esta habitación.

Die dritte Nacht habe ich mehr bezahlt als die beiden vorangehenden Nächte. Da hat sich jemand bereichert. Völlig willkürliche Preisgestaltung. Ich empfehle besser ein anderes Zimmer zu buchen als zu verlängern.

The property is not maintained properly which seems the property looks very old. Bathrooms are very outdated. As we had to stay for 8-9 hours to catch a flight, it was not bad.

The parking is actually very pricey because you have to park same basement with Berjaya Time Square Mall, But safety is guarantee in basement, just pricey. Can park outside but at your own risk that's just about it.

Very dirty. I only slept for 2 hours. The sheets are very dirty. There is also a weird smell. When i asked if i could just pay the cancellation fee, i was offered to change room. The second room has a little bit cleaner sheets. And it is 8pm already. But when i took a shower the next day, even the towels are very dirty. Still a weird smell. I almost used up my perfume to make the room smell nice
