Clean and comfortable.

The apartment was on 3rd floor and no lift. If you are travelling light, it is an excellent appartment. But if you have luggage then you should be able to carry them to the 3rd floor.

L’emplacement était vraiment top. Nous étions véhiculé mais même à pied on était proche de tout. La deco était super belle. L’espace dans la chambre a été super bien pensé.

L’extérieur n’était pas top. La pluie tombait le soir, du coup les tables et chaises étaient trempée tous les matins. Il n’y a pas forcément d’endroit abrité à l’extérieur pour profiter. Aussi l’eau stagne dehors et nous devions faire attention là où nous marchions. Il faut savoir aussi qu’il y a 3 appartements au même étage et que de ce fait l’extérieur est à partager.

Logement et emplacement au top. Très propre et équipements de qualité. Je recommande vivement.

La terrasse est commune aux deux autres logements de l'étage mais ne nous a pas gêné.

Le studio est parfaitement équipé, neuf et propre avec une vue sur grand baie Le personnel est très sympa j'ai été agréablement surprise de voir que le ménage y était fait tous les deux jours Merci encore

Studio TRÈS propre, confortable, et ca sent très bon.... 🙂 Je me suis senti très à l'aise, et l'hote est réactif lors des contacts sur watsapp. Très bien situé

Alojamiento muy bien ubicado cerca a la bahía , muchos comercios y restaurantes cerca. Caminando se llega a la playa y a un mall, tiene un pequeño estacionamiento que si está ocupado igual encuentras espacio en las calles aledañas y es seguro dejar el carro ahí, ya que la estación de policía está al frente. Cuenta con lavadora lo que ayuda mucho en estancias largas. El internet es muy bueno.

Very nice equipped apartment with a really good location. The building is located with the police station and several good restaurants nearby. Distance to the beach is 7-8 minutes walk. The apartment is distinguished by the fact that the host has carefully thought about what you could need during your stay. Among other things, the apartment is equipped with a washing machine which is highly appreciated by travel-light guests. From the apartment there is direct access to a roof terrace with a good sea view.

There are limited parking options very close to the apartment but in the evening hours you can easily find free and available parking spaces by the beach which have video surveillance.

Location, clean and tidy. Had everything that I needed.

On concern was that it says parking, but in reality it is off street parking and you have to take what you can get. There were good options about 50 m away so was not a big issue. But being new to Mauritius, and in a hire car it did concerns just a little to have the car out on the street. When I was searching for places I did specifically check that there was parking. Was not a problem in the end, should be clear on booking site.

Great location and value for money. Staff an absolute delight and accommodating, going out of their way to help. They let me leave my luggage after check out in a secure place until my pickup for the airport. Lend me an umbrella as well.

Be avised the terrace showed is not private, but it’s not a big deal.

Clean cosy studio apartment, well stocked with large fridge freezer and washing machine. Access to large terrace with views over the bay. Great base to explore the area. Friendly and helpful hosts.

Only seating was tall breakfast bar seats - not for everyone but a good use of the space.

The apartment was compact and bijou. Very bright, modern and stylish with great design and use of space. The TV on the wall was perfect for nodding off to after dinner!!! Great terrace with STUNNING views! 5⭐️

The views come at a small price. On the 3rd floor and no lift. After a few drinks it seemed further…

Its quite a good location with a nice responsive host. Plenty of restaurants around, there is no beach right in front, you have to go left or right but still quite close.The appliences in the appartment are nice. 2 coffe makers for american style and capsules. The view is nice thou the trees grew a bit higher and less sea is visible then the pics of the property. Police station is nearby so its safe I guess.

The appartment is really tiny, the air conditioner will blow at you wherever you are, and when its off, since its the last floor, the apprt will get hot really quick. There is no avoiding the aircon blowing at you and even at 27C you might still get sick :( There is no option for the place to be completle dark so at 6 am the room is fully lighted. At some points one can see the inside of the appt because the curtains cant fully close the view. The terrace is nice but you share it with 2 other appt. We had smokers so even cigarett butts were on the floor. I assome the wind blew it off the ashtray but still, the floor on the terrace sasnt clean at all. There is a stupid gate on the last floor that made me angry everytime passed by, its a challenge to open and lose it since its so old and I dont understand its purpose.

The place is really clean and close to restaurants, beaches, etc. The lovely lady looking after the apartment is also very cheery, kind and helpful. Just wanted to highlight that you'll have to take the stairs to go up to the apartment, we didn't mind it though.

The room was modern with everything we needed for our stay, aircon was a welcome amenity, host was super friendly and helpful

There were issues with the hot water and smelly drains for more than half of our stay, parking wasn’t great

There was a bottle of water in the fridge. Kitchen fully equipped. Washing maschine. Nice shower gel. White bed linnen. Good mattress. Beautiful large terrasse. Cleaning supplies. Very clean. Lovely interior design

Great location in the center of gran baie. Check-in and communication with the host was easy and very friendly. Clean and equipped with all you need.

Only one table for all the apartments - there is enough space for more wich would make it more comfortable for all guest to sit outside.

The apartment and the location are great, especially for a couple. Everything is close by, including some of the best-rated and delicious restaurants in Grand Baie. Housekeeping did a wonderful job, making our place clean and with fresh towels. But the biggest pro of this place is the landlord - Faheem is just amazing. He helped us with plenty of things, was always very responsive and you could tell that he really cares about your stay. Small problem with wifi- fixed in 10 minutes. One light went out - no problem, replaced right away. We needed a scale to check if our bags are under the limit after buying souvenirs- he bought one right away next day. After speaking with him you can tell that you are in good hands. And this comes from a guy who has over 7 years experience in hotel industry. Strongly recommend!!!

Everything were amazing from Day 1. There was lack of nothing in this studio and it has a nice sea view . We were impressed by the cleanliness, location and the service received by Mrs Farzanah.She has been helpful and always kind to us during our stay. We will be staying there again.Also a special thanks to the owner ,Mr Faheem who checked on us while he was away. We recommend this studio.

The TV didn’t work but I wasn’t too fussed. The water was either very hot or cold and was difficult to regulate the temperature. Luckily it’s hot enough to have a cool shower. I would still stay there again regardless

Great location, the host is very friendly and even left me a personalised note and a small gift as I did let him know it was my birthday. He is always reachable. Great view from the top, the location is great. You have access to everything walking distance.
