Accueil chaleureux; les hôtes sont toujours attentifs au bien être de leurs clients. L’Auberge est située dans un endroit calme, à quelques minutes de marche du centre-ville de Grand Baie, de la plage, du Super U … Les studios sont grands, bien équipés, propres, avec une petite terrasse.

Les hôtes sont charmants et très serviable, toujours présent pour donner des indications et bonnes adresses. La chambre était encore mieux que ce que je pensais. Très propre, très spacieuse, confortable, avec clim, terrasse, etc. C'est calme, la wifi fonctionne bien, la cuisine est bien équipée. Le ménage est fait tout les jours, ce qui est très agréable. La douche est propre. C'est très bien situé pour visiter le nord de l'île.

Le frigo fait du bruit, mais c'est largement vivable, ça ne pas empêché de dormir non plus. Sinon petit point négatif car je suis très sensible à la lumière : la porte est en vitre teintée donc laisse traverser toute la lumière. La nuit la lumière du couloir s'éteint à 22h donc c'est assez gênant je trouve. La fenêtre de la cuisine et de la salle de bain ne se ferment pas complètement donc on entend tout ce qu'il se passe dans le couloir et inversement ... Pas très intime quoi.

Sehr nette Besitzer. Waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben gerne weitergeholfen. Das Studio war gut ausgestattet. Nicht neu aber man hatte alles was man brauchte.

Leider war der Boden nie sauber. Wenn man barfuß im Studio ging, waren die Füße immer dreckig. Auch in der Küche waren die Gabeln und Messer noch schmutzig von den Gästen vor uns. Die Balkontür war sehr verzogen durch die Luftfeuchtigkeit und nur mein Mann konnte sie schließen- mit etwas mehr Kraftaufwand.

Le manque de certains équipements comme un sèche cheveux.

Persone molto gentili che mi hanno lasciato la camera fino al pomeriggio prima della partenzae... la posizione comoda.

Struttura molto vecchia, piena di scarafaggi nonostante ho cambiato due camere spesso si annidavano tra l'aria condizionata e le tubature del bagno e gli infissi molto fatiscenti...In cucina non hanno l'acqua calda per fare i piatti. La porta finestra del terrazzo con chiude a chiave a causa del legno molto vecchio, situazione che genera poca sicurezza visto il piano basso... In generale si ha la percezione di poca manutenzione.

Wir hatten einen herzlichen Empfang durch den Vermieter. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Das Appartement war sehr geräumig und hatte einen schönen Balkon.

Amazing place, the owners are lovely. He took nearly an hour to explain me everything (about the area, places to visit etc). Parking outside is easy. In a quiet neighbourhood but not far by walking to the beach and center. Room had everything I needed with a kitchen.

Auberge Miko is a self-catering, budget style lodging, not a 5-Star hotel on the beach. It is however a very close walk from the beach and a number of restaurants, in the centre of Grand-Baie. Rooms have A/C and a kitchen and and offer good comfort and value. It was the perfect place for my exploration tour of Mauritius. What makes Auberge Miko really special are the hosts, Vivek and Lena (as well as Chili), who make sure that every expectation is met and are always available for excellent advice and support as required, without ever being intrusive. They offer a real sense of genuine hospitality and care, which is rare and was much appreciated.

Понравилось гостеприимство хозяев, расположение гостиницы. Близко рестораны, супермаркет, ближайший пляж для купания La Cuvette. Удобно добираться на автобусе на север острова и в столицу. Номер тихий, со свежим воздухом, кондиционером не пользовались, уборка ежедневная, завтраки не брали. Отличное соотношение цены и качества. Всё отлично. Рекомендую к посещению.

L’accueil et le relationnel sont les points forts de cette auberge ! Toujours avec le sourire, toujours prêt à aider, de très bon conseil et de très bon contact. N’hésitez pas à demander conseil auprès de Vivek !

Il n’y avait pas de volet donc très lumineux des le lever du soleil.

Les hotes Vivek et sa femme, rien à dire, tellement acceuillant. les chambres sont sympathiques et confortables, on s'y sent bien. les échanges étaient enrichissants. On y a passé qu'une nuit avec mes cousines mais on se sentait comme chez nous grace à eux! Merci à vous.

Great property. Quiet, relaxing and very close to shops, restaurants and beach. Host were very accommodating and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place while in Grand Baie!

Great spacey rooms with a balcony and a lot of place to move around which was really nice, the owners are very informative and extremely nice to talk to - and can help you with everything that you need. For me the best place to stay in town.

The best thing of this property is the host - Vivek . His wife was away on vacation so i was unfortunate to receive her hospitality . Vivek vibes are super excellent. What a gentleman. The place is a home/ villa converted to a business. It’s not a hotel . The sweet cute puppy dog is the well behaved in the world. Im guilty of feeding him tit bits during my breakfast. The place is not far from the beach - just a 5-7 mins walk.

The place has no elevator. Stairs to climb- although Vivek helped me with my bags. Thanks Vivek. The place is not a hotel so it does not have that vibe. It’s a lot quieter and dark- maybe a slow music can make it lively. The room cleaning staff was on holiday bcoz of national holiday. I had to compromise by not getting house keeping. The toilet does not have a bidet shower. This is becoming a very important thing for travellers. Water cleaning of private parts is the bestest . Using toilet paper immensely is not good for environment. Lots of tender trees are cut and crushed to make rolls of toilet paper.

The hosts were amazing and really caring! Lena and Vivek are so welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. They were flexible with the payment and they were always reachable in case I needed something! The location is amazing, just a short 6 min walk from the center of grand bai! Would definitely recommend this place!!

The property is situated exactly where it says on the site. Vivek and Lena are a wonderful couple who take pride in running this lovely stay and do everything in their power to educate travelers about the activities they can take part in, places they can visit, food they can try. The rooms are clean and well ventilated. The system of locking the gates to the guest accommodation with an individual key offers security. It's proximity to all the places of interest in grand baie is convenient whether you are looking to have street food, food in a French restaurant or food in a creole restaurant or simply sit on a beach. It's also very close to a large super market which will help you buy your little supplies if you are looking for them.

I loved the attitude of willingness to assist from the owners of Auberge Miko..they never said no to anything..they were friendly, helpful and o so friendly. Vivek would not allow us to carry our bags of groceries to the 2nd floor..he did it all. My stay was so pleasant I would recommend them to all my families and friends. Would go back there in a heartbeat. I could not have wished for a better host. From my first interaction with him I knew my stay was going to be very memorable. I do not have the words to describe their pleasant, friendly and helpful demeanor.

Three minutes walk from the main road and bus services. Hosts were excellent and very friendly. Room was a studio, based on the ground floor and was clean and tidy. Cooking facilities provided, but not used. Shower area could do with some improvement, but generally no problems. Area was very safe and quiet, with restaurants on the main road and shops only a few minutes further walk a way.

We stayed at the end of October for 10 nights and it was wonderful. Lena & Vivek were so friendly and welcoming, our apartment was perfect and honestly could not have asked for more. Chilli was also a delight! Can’t wait to come back, will definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in Mauritius.

Centrally located, but just far enough from the hustle and bustle of the main roads that you get a good night's sleep! All basic amenities are provided and running water. Vivek and Lena are super friendly and very helpful. Chili was a good host too. If you need recommendations or directions (especially on your first day), they are more than happy to help you. Vivek is an excellent host, very friendly and helpful also in suggesting places around Grand baie. The room was bigger than expected and had a full fridge and kitchen corner, plus a balcony with outdoor sitting. Very good wifi. Excellent location. Very quiet, so I could rest. I really enjoyed staying at Auberge Miko. Booked for 2 nights and extended for 2 extra nights. I would definitely recommend it!

Good Location to all the services. Close to shops and restaurants. Easy access to malls and the beach front.

The bed was a bit soft and I have a back issue. But it was fine.
