I don’t set high expectations and all is well.

Facilities are good. Good furniture and mattress. Air condition good. Beautiful sun rise and sun set view.

Housekeeping needs improvement. Bedsheets and quilt cover dirty. Got black spots stains. Dining table sticky, we have to wipe it a few times. Dining area lights lopsided.

The appartment is super spacious with a gorgeous KL view from the balcony. Everything is safe, clean and well taken care of. Mr. Parvez was so kind, helpful, and quick with replies, which made our stay even better.

Nothing to complain about at all.

The behavior of the hotel representative is not good and not receiving the guests in a proper manner and no one available to carry luggage to the room. This is not proper hotel suites, it's just an furnished apartment given on rent for daily basis.

Attitude of the person in-charge and he is reluctant to come to assist guests for the early morning check-in and felt disturbed by the time we checked-in. No breakfast option in this suites, No nearby restaurants or supermarkets to buy the needed items

The house was cleaned and tidied. Smell fresh.. Easy to clean my laundry because there is washing machine available.

But for the cooking utensil like frying pan, rice cooker not available. Furthermore, I'm very disappointed regarding parking. When entrance fee need to pay RM11 and you will pay another 11 ringgit when you going out. We paid an expensive suite then need to pay again for the parking..this is too much..this is my first time came here and should be the last.. thanks

In the early statement during booking, there is a Damage Deposit which will be refundable, but after the Bill is printed it becomes a Service Charge which becomes an additional price to the total booking amount.

L'immeuble est bien situé au sein de Kuala Lumpur, mais néanmoins quelque peu en périphérie de KLCC : environ 20 mn de marche pour rejoindre les tours pétronas ou le quartier de Bukit Bintang. Il est relativement luxueux avec un grand hall d'entrée parsemé de canapés et un accueil nuit et jour. L'appartement loué était très grand avec une terrasse et deux chambres, chacune avec une salle d'eau et une excellente literie. La cuisine était bien équipée. Au dernier étage grande piscine et sauna.

Nous avons eu quelques soucis avec la machine à laver, mais le gérant, M. Parvez, toujours disponible et très réactif, a réglé le problème en quelques heures.

It is super hard to get the key once you arrive, I have to wait for long time. Also, we need to really have an appointment before getting the key. The view from the apartment was okay, I was expecting to be able to see Twin Tower, but I couldn't.

The location is really great and convenient for exploring the KL. Very close to the park. The apartment is big and clean, enough space for everyone. The apartment has washing/drying machine and washing detergent was provided.

There was no salt or paper or oil (or anything like that) in the kitchen. Therefore, I would say, the kitchen is not really for proper cooking.

Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Bedrooms were nice with good beds, en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning and ceiling fans. Swimming pool in apartment complex is an added luxury. The owner/manager does utmost his best to make you feel settled in, welcome and provides for a good stay in KL.

Be aware that this apartment is privately owned - it is not part of Crown/Crowne properties so the name in the title can be a little misleading - we booked this very last minute so did not check it properly so it is just something to be aware of as apartments are still very good. Location makes it slightly longer walk (only extra 5 or so minutes) to find nice places to eat and areas around Petronas Towers and KLCC Park.

This is an honest and sincere review of the apartment 212 through what is called via Booking, “Crown Suites The Manor.” It is clearly the worst experience anyone would imagine. It IS a Scam❗️The apartment isn’t prepared to be a livable place. Here are, Basically, the bad things: 1- unclean and stinky apartment. I feel they used unclean and old floor detergent wet sweeper. 2- I found rotten food in the oven 🤮, which resulted in a very bad smell during our stay. 🤢I tried praying perfume and anti odor spray to eliminate the smell but we were unable to. The only thing the man suggested was saying, SORRY! 3- furniture is either shaky or broken. They are also not clean. Stains everywhere! Never been cleaned. 4- unsafe electric outlets. 5- chicken cookware is unclean and stained. 6- Bedding were unwashed and unclean and smell like someone used them before us. ❌ 7- why would I pay for service fee if the service is terrible ⁉️ If the above issues resolved, it could be a nice place. Otherwise, I do NOT advise you to book here. Save your money, book somewhere else.

Property initially seemed good on photos until you get there and realise how poorly maintained it was.

The toilet pipes were leaking very badly from the ceiling and it leaked into the shower, which was really disgusting (I have videos of it). The place was not cleaned properly, with stains on the toilet seats and on the dishes, with uncleared crumbs on the dining table. To top it all off, the laziness and attitude of the host/manager taking care of the apartment was unbelievable! He was finding all sorts of ways not to do his job, and was being difficult. And even on the last day, he tried to pull a fast one, claiming that he gave me two keys when clearly only one was given. For anyone reading this, please don’t fall for this scam.

It's a nice budget residence suite yet quite spacious with comfortable beds. It is not a hotel. The wifi is the best! The host was attentive in responding to our queries while in KUL. It's about 15 mins walk from KLCC and Pavillion, though not an easy walk if you have small kids or elderly. It is in a quiet location. Having a kitchen was a plus and they provided extra water bottles when we requested. Just outside the residence are some local eateries, but everything else is quite a distance unless you take a grab, order in or use the MRT that is just near the residence. The pool is small but lovely. I loved the shower and there were basic toiletries like small shower gels, hand wash and dental kit sets. The washing machine dryer was helpful but there was no manual we had to figure it out ourselves.

Please note, city view and rooftop pool does not have the main landmarks, KL Tower, Petronas etc though still nice. The photos in their gallery are deceiving. Though a residence suite, it doesn't have beverage condiments apart from instant coffee packs. Everything else including sugar you need to buy. There is no microwave though there is an oven and cooker. But in this day and age and with lots of food orders it would help if there was a microwave. Plus need for oven dishes. Please note that you might need to ask for bath floor towels and bring your own or ask for extra set of towels for the pool. For a bigger family, apart from the dining table seats, there is only 1 3-seater couch. This is not a problem if you are not staying indoors much.
