La vista

The location was very convenient to access nearby restaurants and ocean activities. You really need a car to access the area, but everything is very close, just not really walkable. Condo itself was extremely clean and bright, lots of natural light. Beds comfortable. Big space for a studio. Very high tech. Excellent wifi. Well equipped kitchen. The best thing about this condo is the view…just magnificent!! Host was great with communication and responding to queries.

The area itself has some nearby clubs and is close to the marina, but you really need a car to fully access all the excellent things in the area. In the condo itself, there is very little space for putting clothes, especially if you have a longer stay. Door to the condo was difficult to lock, needs adjustment. But faults were very minor in comparison to all the positive aspects of this property.

Wow there is no beach close by isolated no cafe no restaurants Close by to walk to couldnt get coffee. The apt didn’t have basic essentials like oil salt for cooking in kitchen or coffee

Location is bad isolated super loud at night the cars racing loud music screaming drunk people. The beaches have bugs that bite u oOMG my whole body

The views were truly incredible. The kitchen is tiny, but has everything. Very well stocked. There is a washer dryer in the basement( communal ), as well as a pool. The patio is just amazing off the dining room. Every window opens up in this place. The beds are super comfortable, I slept so well.

This apartment is labeled as beachfront. While it is right up against the water, there isn't actually a beach. It's mainly rocks. You have to drive about two or 3 mi to get to Seven Seas Beach which is the closest beach. Just an FYI, in case someone was looking for a property that you can just walk out to the beach. We could have used more towels.

Everything was perfect. view took your breath away , apartment so modern clean and fresh , lovely finish . Bed amazing best nights sleep ever . Pool biggest ever and location of it .

Need a car to explore area

The view during the day and night was TRULY amazing. The beds were comfortable. The host was easy to reach, we got welcome chocolate & drinks free of charge!

The water to shower does not get hot or warm, so we basically showered with semi warm water. The kitchen sink never had water to rinse things off if needed & there was small ant problems all over the counter in the kitchen.

Everything was top tier in this place! Our host/owner Edgardo was exceptionally the best! He even had information on excursions and locations that most host wouldn’t have! He went over n beyond for us! We will be back again!

The experience was extremely pleasant and relaxing. We appreciated the cleanliness, comfort and tranquility of the place, which allowed us to fully enjoy our stay. Also we felt secure with the security policies and procedures of the building.
