The hosts are clearly very thoughtful in providing items to enhance your stay. The interior of the unit is very comfortable. The equipped kitchen is very capable of supporting family meals. The selection of board games was also popular and it was nice to be so close to the pool.

The overall Condo property has lingering damage which impacts the first impression, but lovely inside. Procedures for interacting with gate guard could be added to the instructions, even with gate codes be aware they may approach for information.

Facilidades y detalles que hicieron me sintiera como en casa. Desde la cocina, hasta el Laundry, la sala terraza, baños y los cuartos.

1ero. Última noche hubo relevo de carga de energía eléctrica por varias horas y el apartamento no estuvo preparado para asistir en la necesidad. Aunque tenía pequeñas linternas y 2 pequeños abanicos de escritorio no estaban aptos de baterías para funcionar. Y al estar cerca de la marina el olor desagradable que emanaba del sargazo descompuesto NO permitía abrir las ventanas para mejorar la ventilación. Salimos a buscar comercio para conseguir baterías y poner a funcionar los artículos del apartamento, pero todo estaba cerrado por seguridad ante el asunto energético. Se notificó situación al anfitrión, pero NO les fue posible colaborarnos al respecto. Así que nos tocó esperar varias horas hasta que regresara la luz. 2do. La piscina requiere mantenimiento en limpieza, solo en una esquina de ella funcionaban los filtros, el resto de ella no estaba en condiciones de uso (demasiados insectos variados flotantes). Fuera de eso pudo ser todo PERFECTO. De hecho lo consideraríamos nuevamente para una próxima estadía y también lo recomendaríamos a familiares y amistades.

Es tal y como ves en las fotos. Súper cómodo con lo necesario para poder cocinar. Hay supermercados cerca. Camas cómodas, baños limpios y aire condicionado en todas las estancias

Por poner una pega, la piscina la cierran muy pronto entre semana.

The details, the snacks, the amenities were all amazing. They thought of everything.

The pool is beautiful but a few things need a little attention. Really not an issue at all.

Very welcoming and incredibly clean with welcome drinks and snacks. Bathroom products and towels of good quality.

There is nothing that I didn’t like. Maybe it looks a bit rundown from the outside but inside it is lovely with thoughtful extra touches and a homely feel.

Apartment had a nice view. It was very clean, comfortable and equipped. Highly recommend.

Great room, great location, great host. Perfect place for a flawless trip! Will definitely return!

My only suggestion would be to add a toaster oven to the kitchen.

The apartment was very clean. It was nice they got us the pack-n-play for our littlest one. The washer and dryer was very helpful to our family. Parking was close, but we had to talk to the guard or get someone to let us in every time. Eventually one of the other tenants gave us their pass code to let us in, otherwise we would've had to park on the street and trek our large family with littles up the hill every time, including arrival and departure with all of our luggage. The apartment was very close to some good restaurants and bakeries. It was also pretty close to the rainforest and beaches. We went to 7 Seas Beach. We randomly happened upon Luquillo Beach after stopping for food, and it was very dirty. I attached a picture of the balcony view.

The communication was interesting. Really great at first, and then null. The website said we could write in English or Spanish, both was fine. Initially I started off in Spanish, and then when we got there I wrote in English because I was confused about payment stuff, so I wanted to write in my language to come across perfectly clear, but when I did that they just ignored me until I spoke in Spanish lol. The beds were so hard, the floors were hard and crunchy on your feet after a few times in and out of the apartment. The couch was hard as a rock. We picked this place because it had a pool, and it was closed!!!!! Looks like it's been closed for a while too. That was extremely disappointing. I attached a picture of the pool view.

The place was absolutely clean and so well decorated. Was close to all best places.

Probably having hooks inside the bathroom for hanging hand towels or big towels would have helped.

The view from the patio, parking was close, good distance to gas, groceries and restaurants. There’s a nice beach within 3miles. Gated community , I felt safe. Individual ac which we loved. Clean with plenty of dishes to eat on and cook with. Loved sitting on the patio drinking coffee every morning and chilling every night. The pool area is super chill. Hearing all the frogs and birds was very soothing. The kitchen is easy to keep clean, the floors stay cool. We will definitely return.

Apartment was lovely, clean, had nice hospitality touches from hosts, well stocked kitchen, close to lots of activities, laundry, great for 4 of us. Terrific launch point and nice place to come back to at night. Hosts very responsive to us.

The pool was totally closed and has been for a long time. Old caution tape is wrapped around it and the area looks damaged. After booking we received an email saying the big pool was closed but small pool was open. But when we arrived the person at the gate said the whole pool was closed. So it wouldn’t have been any fun to spend a whole day there, but since that wasn’t in our plans it worked out.

The location was optimal for what we had planned on this trip. We had a boat tour scheduled and we were only 10 min from the marina. We were also close enough to El Yunque, Luquillo, and a few of the restaurants we dined at. We really enjoyed our stay. When we first walked in, we immediately noticed how simple and clean everything was. There was plenty of room and bed options. There were only 3 of us but had more people come, there would have been room for them. We also liked that there is a pool near by, which we used two of the days. I greatly appreciated the coffee and almond milk that was stocked for us, especially being that I am lactose intolerant. Should we return to Fajardo, this will be our go-to spot to stay :)

While we appreciate the gesture, unfortunately one of the snacks the hosts left for us was slightly open (an accidental puncture) and it caused small ants to come in. There were also no hooks for towels in the bathroom or bedrooms. It's a small thing but when we went to dry our hands, we could not keep a small towel in the bathroom as there was no where to put it.

Thank you so much, Karla, for sharing your beautiful home with us. The pictures do not do this home justice. It looks so amazing in person. We are looking forward to staying here again.
