Staff are very friendly, location is also close to plaza & Grand Indonesia. Next to this hotel, there’s Kenangan & Fore coffee. Breakfirst also not bad, worth with money.

The entire room smell with smoking cigarettes when I first step in.

Acqua calda e climatizzatore funzionante. Ottima ed abbondante colazione a buffetcon molta scelta. Frigo AR e kit di cortesia. Staff attento premuroso.

Staff molto accogliente e disponibile.

La pulizia generale può essere migliorata

Modern and comfortable hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast

Aircon not very powerful, room too warm

I liked the loft-style room concept, it felt unique and quite comfortable for staying with friends. Overall, the experience was good and enjoyable. The location is also convenient, and I liked that there was entertainment and places to hang out downstairs, which made the stay more fun and lively. I also liked the hanging/chill space area where you can relax and enjoy the city view from the hotel anytime, especially if you want to smoke and just unwind at night. It gave a nice vibe to the overall experience. The staff were helpful during our stay, especially when assisting with the door issue. The property also has good potential because the atmosphere and concept are nice. I would definitely consider coming back again if the cleanliness and facilities are improved in the future. Not to forget, There’s kenangan coffee also next to our hotel.

There are several things that need improvement, especially cleanliness and maintenance. I saw cockroaches near the bed area, and there was also a rat during our stay, which was quite uncomfortable. The mattress also needs to be replaced because there were yellow stains visible. The facilities could also be improved overall, and it would be better to provide a rubbish bin in the living room area. Another issue was the room door battery suddenly stopped working, so we had to wait around 15 minutes for the staff to replace it.

Friendly staff, great location. Very good value for money.

Nothing. Sometimes a bit of weird smell in the alley.

Location, value, restaurant and bar

Went to Jakarta for two nights to attend a concert, and this was the perfect place to stay near the city center on a budget. The bed was huge and comfy, with very comfortable pillows, with conveniently placed plugs and fast Wifi. Was not expecting the smart TV. The bathroom was very clean with a great shower, and I liked that the sink was placed outside.

There was just enough closet space for one person, might have been more difficult for two. The breakfast buffet was good but lacked variety.

Bersih, lokasi bagus, pekerja baik

Breakfast is awesome. All the staff are helpful and friendly. They also try to provide help whenever you approach them. Good hotel it feels luxury.

Colazione abbondante, ampia scelta

Un po’ lenti nel servizio cena

I slept very well ! The breakfast was great We can hear the Adhan it’s perfect

The bedsheets have some old stain, the room is a bit small Not much isolation, we can hear everything in the corridor

1. The location located in the heart of the city. 2. Bantal lembut & selesa. 3. Breakfast tak banyak option sangat tapi okay lah boleh makan.

1. We just checked in & noticed that the room bau asap rokok yang sangat kuat. Did went to the receptionist requested to change our room but he said no rooms available at the moment. Next day baru boleh tukar bilik but turns out tak dapat tukar bilik pun. So we went to Indomaret nearest to buy air freshners since i am pregnant with a toddler and baby. My mom & sister got asthma. 2. We booked for 3 rooms & 1 room got problem with aircond & requested to change room. Yes we got the new room but we requested for an extra comforter. We did aware that theres extra charges of IDR50,000. We okay to pay but they said that theres no extra comforter at the moment. 3. My toddler vommited and we request housekeeping to clean up but they only sent mop to the room and ask us to clean ourselves. Mind you we booked for 3 days 2 nights stayed here. 4. The shower is not functioning well. Kejap panas kejap sejuk. 5. The location of the sink is outside of the toilet and thats should be okay buat the sink is too small & end up basah habis lantai. It would be better if the sink located in the toilet or put a bigger size of sink. Forgot to take picture.

Hotel eccezionale. Colazione abbondante.

Everything about this hotel was good and worth the money. The location is along a side road, so the Grab or Gojek pick-up and drop-off point is very convenient, right by the road. The bedroom was also good and clean. It’s a simple hotel, but it offers comfort in its own way.

Nothing

The place felt like a modern hostel vibe especially the lounge and common areas yet it was a full fledge hotel. The staff were very good and fantastic. I loved the lounge and restaurant area. Breakfast was also great overall. Location wise its near the Central Business District yet not right smack on the main road so its nice and quiet with many great places which is walkable to eat around the area

The wash basin or sink was a little bit too small for my fancy.

The staff was really nice sorting out the issue with a/c and changing the room for us. Bed was comfortable, good shower and big screen tv with youtube and netflix. Just around the corner is street (Jl. Taman Setia Budi II) with good food options. Nices cafes and streetfood stalls.

Very good room, excellent staff. So comfortable 10/10 Can’t recommend enough, i’d stay here again without doubt. Ms. Virgi, Mr, Fikar and Mr. Ihsan deserve a mention for all the help they gave me during my stay, thanks so much.

Nothing, everything was top.

Excellent breakfast and nice sized rooms. Great staff, good location and vibe

Wasn't overly happy with the cleanliness of the room initially, but was happy later.

Location was great. Breakfast is good. Stagg friendly and very clean

None

The hotel is nice for the price they offer

The rooms was small.

Good breakfast and the staffs are very helpful and friendly.

Very nice property in a good Area where you can easily Walk around alone. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

The sheets were a Bit Dirty but only at one side so I would sleep on the other side of the bed.

Hezké a vkusné pokoje. Pohodlná postel, voňavé ručníky. Hotel není velký ani hlučný.

Jidlo v restauraci nebylo moc dobre.

Good value small business hotel in central Jakarta.

Twin room bit small but price was cheap.

I would like to express my huge thanks to Chef Sofian and the kitchen team for preparing such an authentic Indonesian dishes I had really missed those flavors for instance (Soto mie, Indomie corner, Bubur section, Bihun goreng and traditional herbal drinks) everything was so delicious!

If I may share a small thought in mind, it would be nice to have a bit more space in the bathroom to place toiletries, as it felt a little limited. Moreover, some areas of the room, such as the wall paint, it could use a bit of maintenance just to keep the room’s well maintain appearance at its best.

Colazione varia a buffet.Ottima qualità del cibo ,bevande calde e fredde.Personale molto accogliente e super efficiente.

Čisté, moderně zařízené pokoje, dobrá snídaně, v blízkosti nákupního centra, což jsme využili před odletem domů. Na letiště cca 50 minut taxíkem.

The room. I booked the loft. Is like house but actually a room. The next building u can do laundry. Inside my room they provide simple snacks and drinks. The best part is Gratis😍👍🏻

Staff gentile e cordiale Buona posizione e struttura accogliente.

Clean, new and the staff is incredible friendly! Absolute great place to stay in jakarta

Nothing

Great Breakfast, Clean Hotel and Comfortable Beds

The breakfast was satisfactory

Im not into spicy food so that s the only thing i did not enjoy. I suggest food for general population be also served. However, i ordered salmon from dinjng bite size resto and it was perfect! Congrats👏👏👏👏

Variety of food that caters variety pf people during breakfast buffet

I booked a 5-night stay at this hotel for my parents during the riots in Jakarta between the end of August and the beginning of September. Despite the situation, my parents felt completely safe throughout their stay. They were even able to walk around the neighborhood to get lunch or dinner and pick up essentials. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. When they saw that my parents had brought fruit from the local market, they offered to peel and cut it, then brought it to their room with cutlery—such a thoughtful gesture! The breakfast was FABULOUS—far better than what you'd find in many European hotels, even those charging much higher rates. One morning, my parents had to leave early and missed breakfast. When they returned around 10 AM, the chef still offered them a meal and personally cooked it according to their dietary needs. The room was spotless and without any issues. For the price, this hotel far exceeded expectations. I highly recommend it and will definitely book it again for my parents in the future. Many thanks to the staff for taking such great care of them!

Nothing.

Beautiful place near (by car) from malls and business centre. We loved this place, they offer a social area where you can have some drinks and chill by the pool table. The room was very comfy and the shower was soooo good, very good pressure and hot water. Breakfast was also great. Very clean room and lovely staff.

Nothing bad.

Great location and nice modern rooms. The room is spacious and comfortable. They have very friendly and supportive staff. The breakfast buffet included a wide selection of tasty food.

The corridors can be extremely noisy since they echo really loud. The sink was too small and it's in the room, so I hated the mess it could cause. It was uncomfortable for me to even wash my face.

L'ambiente

Tutto abbastanza ottimo , colazione a buffet veramente buona e staff molto gentile
