Just one nice stay during a trip to Munich. It was lovely, nice and comfy :)

군더더기 없이 다 좋고 괜찮았어요~ 주방 깨끗하고 물품들 잘 구비돼 있었고 화장실에 세탁기 있어서 빨래하기 좋아요 주차장 자리도 잘 마련돼 있어요 늦은밤이나 새벽 테라스에 나가서 별보기 정말 좋아요~

열쇠박스가 낯설어서 찾는 게 조금 어려웠는데 알고보니 벨 누르는 버튼 바로 옆쪽에 있었어요! 아파트 입구가 여러개 있고 다 비슷한데 숙소 넘버로 찾으시면 돼요

Byt v centru města, blízko k jezeru. Dostatečně zařízený.

Rozbité vstupní dveře, odemknuli jsme cca po hodině s velkými obtížemi.

In der Wohnung ist alles bis ins Detail durchdacht – als hätte ich sie selbst geplant. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet (einschließlich Kaffeekapseln und einer Auswahl an Tee – was in Ferienwohnungen erstaunlich selten ist). Für jeden Gast gibt es ein eigenes Set Handtücher. Eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Wohnung war leicht zu finden – neben der Adresse gab es eine ausführliche Wegbeschreibung. Der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage ist geräumig und hat einen separaten Zugang; zusätzlich besteht die Möglichkeit, direkt vor dem Haus für drei Stunden kostenlos zu parken (je nach Verfügbarkeit) – auf einer Autoreise ist das ein großer Vorteil. Das Bett ist sehr bequem (zwei Matratzen à 90 cm ermöglichten es uns, zu dritt – zwei Erwachsene und ein fünfjähriges Kind – bequem zu schlafen, ohne das Sofa ausklappen zu müssen). Ein Supermarkt befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, die Lage ist insgesamt sehr zentral – zur Uferpromenade sind es nur etwa sieben Minuten zu Fuß. Das Gebäude selbst ist zwar nicht neu, aber alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, auch das Badezimmer, sodass man sich rundum wohlfühlt.

Sehr sauber Wohnung hat alles was man für kurze Aufenthalte braucht , inkl Waschmaschine Küche gut ausgestattet inkl. Spülmaschine TV ... Lage zentral, Spar , Innenstadt sehr günstig erreichbar aber Nachteile s.u.

Ausblick auf Parkplatz Dadurch nachts zeitweise laut: alkoholisierte Jugendliche gröhlten nachts , Lieferverkehr morgens Bett für 2 Personen schwierig, da eine Person aus dem Bett kriechen muss (es steht an einer Seite direkt an der Wand) Einrichtung sonst ok (Ikea o.ä)

aus der Beschreibung ging nicht hervor, dass das Appartement in einen Wohnungsbau eingegliedert ist sowie auch die Entfernung zum See; das wären für uns wesentliche Informationen gewesen!

Gute zentrale Lage, schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber, sehr gute neuwertige Ausstattung (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kapsel Kaffeemaschine, Ventilator, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle). Tiefgarage und Fahrradkeller. Sehr aufmerksame Vermieterin, Kaffeekapseln, Tee, Spülmaschinentabs, Waschmittel, Spülmittel, Klopapier, Küchenhandtücher, Alufolie, Backpapier, Essig, Öl, Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker war alles vorhanden 😄. Gute Tipps für Restaurants, Badestellen und Ausflugsziele.

Balkonaussicht ist auf einen Supermarkthinterhof, werktags frühmorgens Anlieferverkehr. Wohnung ist in einem älteren Mietshaus. Schön wäre auch ein Zweitschlüssel, ist aber durch Schlüsselsafe handlebar. Alles in allem hat es für uns trotzdem sehr gut gepasst und wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Vše bylo super, určitě se příští rok vrátíme a ubytujeme cestou do Itálie. Možná ještě letos na Vánoční trhy. Moc dekujeme majitelům za ubytování.

Everything as advertised, Billy was very helpful. Ideal place for us to stay.

Billy was super helpful and kind, we got all the necessary info we needed. The apartment is only a few steps away from the bus station, highly convenient! But parking is also available. The apartment is outstandingly well equipped with machines and cutlery alike. Its a clean, cozy home with a great terrace view to the Mondseeberg. The owners placed informative booklets on the dining table with restaurants, leisure, programme recommendations and suggestions! The town centre and the lake are a couple mins away in walking distance. We will definitely come back in the future!

Not a problem, just a recommendation. The double bed has 2 separate mattresses, not a big issue, only for couples who sleep by cuddling together. A double-sized mattress cover could unify the surface, making the bed perfectly comfortable. :)

Nothing was perfect

Everything was perfect, kind staff, clean flat, definitely recommend it!

Absolutely perfect for my trip, excellent location excellent apartment and excellent communications.

It was nice n cosy with a well equipped kitchen. It was also very close to a grocery store which made our life easier. We cook most meals at home n drove for sightseeing. If you want a place quiet n far from city to chill n relax- this is the place.

… all was good except the door was difficult to operate but it was took a few tries to get used to it.

Cleanliness is top notch! Comfortable beds! Had a great sleep Close to Centre Spar is just next building!

Nice apartement, very clean, with everything what we needed.

Lovely that owner left loads of towels, toiletries, coffee, tea, dishwasher tablets etc. Extremely clean and well cared for. Great, quiet location near to lake. Secure building near shops and restaurants too.

Very hot so black out blinds would have made it easier to sleep and kept the sun out.

The property was very clean and modern. The host went out of their way to answer any questions and made sure we were comfortable. Would highly recommend this place to anyone thinking of staying in the area.

Myself, my wife and my year old son loved the apartment alot. It was super clean, spot one. The location of the apartment is really the best as everything is in walking distance. I would recommend others also to visit Mondsee and Billy's apartment. Surely i will visit again Billy's Apartment. Thanks Billy's for being such a nice host.

The flat is nice and clean. It was very easy to approach. The host Billi is very responsive and helpful.

It was a tiny bit uncomfortable the cold floors in the kitchen and bathroom. In the beginning of march we would expect it to be a bit warmer. Also, the heating towel rail in the bathroom was cold and It was not really clear how to turn it on, so in the bath it was a bit colder than we expected.

Amazing Appartments, 5 minutes by foot to the lake, kitchen is fully equipped, spar supermarket just behind the corner. As well wanna notice that owner Billy is very pleasant, always in touch, and helps immediately in case of any issues. Highly recommended place to stop to enjoy views around.

The apartment is perfectly suitable for a couple and one extra person. It was very clean and offered all the equipment one could expect. It was particularly appreciated to have a coffee machine with some coffee capsules available and to see a beautifully decorated Christmas tree, together with some tasty chocolates for all of us ! The towels were clean, and the TV functional, perfect to watch some movies on Netflix in the evening, after a nice restaurant in the city. Thanks a lot !

The apartment was clean and tidy. The owner was quick to response in case you need something in the apartment. And it’s easy to locate. It’s just 2mins walk to the Mondsee bus terminal and Spar Grocery mall is directly behind the apartment.

To my mind this is very convenient apartment that is located in the center of Mondsee. The apartment is good equipped and has everything you need for comfort stay. We have traveled by a rented car and the safety parking - underground garage - was big positive complement. Communication with the owner was easy and you may be sure to receive a prompt response at any time. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

The weather in the day we stayed).

The apartment is very nice! I stayed for a week with my family and found it very practical. The apartment is located in a very calm neighborhood with good car parking facilities in a garage. There is a super market within 100 meters and the lake can be reached within 10 mins by walk. The apartment has all the required furniture and utensils. Everything is clean and very well maintained. Billy is a very nice host. She responds very quickly and made sure our stay was hassle free. I would definitely recommend the apartment! Cheers

Everything was great. The apartment is nice and clean with a spacious balcony. The kitchen is very well equipped. Location is just in the center of Mondsee, close to the beach. Communication with the owner was smooth, as well as the handover of the key. Parking is available in the underground parking. We recommend this apartment as a nice place to stay in Mondsee.
