The Oni Bisma

Magnifique!

Rooms are big and clean and comfortable. Moki was a fantastic host.

Super friendly people. Spacious and clean rooms.

O quarto era confortável. O ar condicionado funcionava super bem. Havia um mini fridge no quarto.

Fantastic place

Staff are so helpful, very clean

Nice comfortable stay 10/10! Very friendly family run business and 2 fun dogs.

The quiet area in a busy place, bed sheets were clean.

It felt very eerie and unsafe, nobody on the property to greet you or help you and a padlock on the outside of your room door, I left in the middle of the night because I felt very unsafe.

Comfy beds and a lovely room with a beautiful view of the rice fields. Nice quiet area away from the busy main road. Our little balcony area looked over the rice fields so that was nice to sit of an evening as the suns going down. Staff were all so friendly and welcoming too.

Nothing, everything was spot on

Accueil incroyable

great staff, great location

pillows are too big. The place is a bit dated, bit hard to find

This is the most helpful place we have stayed at in ubud, when I got a upset stomach they went to the store and got us some medication, connected us with affordable scooter hire, if you want a place to call home and be looked after, this is the place for you, more than just a room to stay.

Lovely room and location. Very quiet with views over neighbouring rice terraces. Friendly host.

The location which close to centre but tucked away from the busy street with nice views of rice fields. The staff were very helpful

Some parts of the room needs decorating as paint flaking off

Quiet and amongst rice paddies. Staff were excellent. Room had a little fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Pool was fabulous!

Nothing

Great location, very comfortable bed, very friendly host and staff

A little hard to find. It could use a repaint but it’s ok, some paint flaking off one wall. There was really nothing not to like though. I’d gladly stay there again especially at the Price!

The property was lovely and clean. The staff were so friendly. Great location right in the centre but also very quiet and peaceful.

Nothing I didn’t like.

Loved this property! In such a good location close to everything in Ubud but also away from the crazy streets. The staff were 1000/10 so so friendly and helpful! Can’t recommend this place enough :)

Very helpful and friendly family run business.

Access to the location is tricky but accommodation is very close to the major city attractions.

Great family and clean and nice room! Close to the center! You can rent a motorbike from them as well. Good facilities, nice bathroom

getting there with a motorbike is a little hard because of the narrow street.

Nothing it’s literally horrible to access

Didn’t even stay took one look At it and booked accommodation elsewhere

Nice room, just like in the photo. Close to the city center—only a few steps from the main road, yet far enough not to hear the busy streets. Good to know before you go..taxi cannot stop/reach the house as the final path is narrow. It is 4 minutes walk from the main street.

The room was not cleaned even once during my stay, and the trash was not emptied either. This was quite disturbing. I also found hair in my bed upon my arrival.

It is perfectly located, close to the center, but in a quiet area where you can sleep without traffic noises. The bed is comfortable and the room is spacious

It doesnt really look like in the pictures. It is older and humble. And don’t count on the swimming pool, looks like a fountain almost.

The spacious room, cleaned on request. The great shower, the balcony around the cornerroom, and of course the view over the rice fields.

Of any, the wifi was a bit slow. Not a stable connection. Also be aware that you have to walk or motorbike the last 400 meters, as you cannot reach The Oni by car. Which adds to its secluded location.

A wonderful place that I highly recommend, It’s very quiet, just a 3-minute walk from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet you can’t hear it at all. The large room is beautifully decorated, with a desk and a lockable wardrobe, a comfortable bed (firm but not too much), air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a functional bathroom with nice hot water. The family is adorable and discreet. Moki is always in a good mood and full of great advice. He will gladly help you and provide useful recommendations. He won’t hesitate to pick you up or take you somewhere on his scooter if needed. You can rent a well-maintained scooter on-site, and there is space to park your own. There is a water dispenser available, as well as bottled water in the room, along with a kettle and cups. You can also enjoy a swimming pool surrounded by lush greenery, always refreshingly cool and not overly chlorinated. It gets sunlight in the morning and shade in the late afternoon, with an outdoor shower and two confortable lounge chairs (towels provided). Since there are only three rooms for rent, I always had the pool to myself. There’s also a terrace with a view of the rice fields, perfect for workouts, yoga, and sunsets. Moki cleans the house daily and will offer to clean your room and change the sheets and towels whenever you prefer. You can also request it anytime you need. In just a 3-minute walk, you’ll find two quality warungs (one for a quick snack and another with a beautiful setting and a varied menu). The nearby coffee shop is also fantastic for morning coffee and French pastries, all with a view of the rice fields and the sound of birds. One more minute on foot takes you to a lively street with various restaurants, spas, a pharmacy, ATMs, shops, tattoo studios, and more. This street leads directly to the Monkey Forest in just 15 minutes on foot. In 10mn on foot on the other side you can reach the city center and the market, and a beautiful walk in the rice fields with several warungs.

Nothing negative to say—I ended up extending my stay by 9 more nights after spending a week there! A wonderful place that I highly recommend for solo travelers and couples. As a solo woman I felt completely safe, it's really a family atmosphère and the surrounding are safe.

Very friendly host and the location is perfect: in the ricefields, a little bit away from the busy Ubud life, but still close enough to everything. I was able to rent a scooter from the host, even for just a few hours to visit a temple. The pool is nice and the bet was comfortable.

There was a dog, who was sick and coughing all the time, so I woke up many times during the night because of this.

The staff was very nice and willing to help with anything

No hot water, I am not sure why

Loved how quiet the homestay was, tucked away from the Main Street (which is only a 5 min walk away) The room in the homestay was amazing, overlooking a lush and green rice field which was great to look out onto on the balcony. The room was also very spacious! The host were amazing; very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again

Nothing : )

Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location near the centre but down a quiet road so still get a peaceful nights sleep! Thank you very much.

The bed linen is snow-white. The towels smell delicious. The mattress and pillows are comfortable.

-

The place was on a fabulous location -surrounded by rice fields , yet in the centre of Ubod Lovely family guest house , new , clean Felt safe and well looked after They also had a water refilling station which was awesome

No signs to show you where to find the place -bit tricky as it is down the rice field lanes

Friendly host but a little bit to far away from center. Comfortable bed, nice views

Staff really nice Great location Great value for money

The hotel has two dogs- one was constantly making a noise like it was being sick including during the night - you could hear this from the hotel room…

Loved the cold pool, fresh and clean. Comfortable bed, fridge in the large room, great aircon and WiFi, great hot shower with good water pressure, decent clean towels and pool towel. Power points and lamps beside the bed. No top sheet or duvet cover but light duvet was fresh and clean - I would've felt comfortable asking for a sheet if it was a concern. Wardrobe with hangers. Upper-level rooms have view over rooftops and paddy fields. Small table and chairs outside my door, plus a convenient drying rack. Friendly helpful proprietor and family, happy to take guests to places by scooter, took me to the next hotel when I couldn't extend further here (originally booked 3 days, extended 2 more, fully booked after that). Great quiet location away from busy-ness but walkable to most places. Excellent, very well priced garden restaurant (Warung Gurai) on the walkway from Jalan Bisma to hotel. Be aware that a car can deliver you only to the walkway on JL Bisma, you walk 3-4mins from there, or scooter there.

Two little dogs, Bro and Bron, bark as you approach the entrance at night, can give you a bit of a start at first, but they seem harmless. Rather than bark, Bro coughs as if a fishbone is stuck in his throat. Regardless, I'd happily stay here again.

Fantastic location, lovely staff, clean and tidy, huge room

Nothing, all was fantastic

Very clean, great location and wonderful people.

N/A

The room was very spacious and super clean. The environ was very quiet surrounded by rice fields. The property was nice. The host provided all the necessary and was very friendly.

Nothing.

Mejoraria la limpieza del baño. Y falta de jabón. El resto todo perfecto. 👌

Rauhallinen sijainti keskeisellä paikalla, avulias henkilökunta

Pieni uima allas alue

Super herzlicher und unterstützender Gastgeber! Hervorragende Lage und wunderschöne Unterkunft! Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

Room was spacious and nicely furnished, quiet for not being too far from the city centre.

Can't do the final 200m by car, would need to carry bags. The bathroom needed some fresh paint and the toilet spray gun kept leaking.

Lovely stay at the Oni Bisma! The room is as shown on the photos, it’s clean and has everything you need. The host and his family are really kind people, always listening and helping you if you have any issue, notably for scooter rentals. The place is ideally located next to Ubud Palace and the Monkey Forest. I strongly recommend, good value for money 👍

Great location just a few minutes walk to Ubud centre, amazing host, very kind and friendly! Always around to talk and for any help you may need. Felt very safe and cared for as a solo female traveller. He also went out of his way to take me on a tour to 3 different water falls, really enjoyed my stay here!

Only criticism was that it could have been cleaner and the fridge was noisy in the room, but my cleanliness standards are probably higher than most people's.

The owner was super friendly. The location was off the road which made it really authentic! Bedroom doors were amazing !

The earthquake 😂

Vrijwel niets.
