Ubicación muy buena. Paseo marítimo al lado y cerca de terminal de Ferry. Buenos anfitriones. Apartamento muy amplio.

Se escuchaban los vecinos bastante al caminar encima.

El apartamento es perfecto y tal cuál se muestra en las fotos. No le falta detalle y su ubicación es muy buena ya que no está justo en el centro (por lo que se aparca con mucha facilidad) y está a 5-10 minutos andando. Además, el anfitrión es súper amable y está siempre pendiente. Si volvemos a Horta, sin duda repetiremos!

Wonderful accommodation in Horta and very close to the marina. Property had a/c which was very welcome and bedrooms were large with lots of space for clothes/suitcases. All aspects of the house were of a very high standard and lovely to sit out on the patio in the evenings. Property is accessed via stairs (not a problem) and in a quiet street.

Beautiful grand modern apartment.

It’s possible to accidentally lock yourself at the terrace. Almost happens to us.

Wow! One of the best accommodations we’ve ever stayed in. The check-in instructions were easy to follow, and we were fortunate to be allowed an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated. The space itself was huge, beautiful, and incredibly comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was a delight to cook in and had everything we needed, even an outdoor clothesline which was such a thoughtful touch. We especially loved the beautiful terrace and the fantastic location. Everything was within walking distance, including restaurants, cafés, the waterfront, and the ferry. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day for a longer visit!

Super Lage direkt am Hafen von Horta. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern erfolgte ausschließlich schriftlich und telefonisch, dieser war jedoch stets erreichbar. Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für Größe und Ausstattung der Wohnung. Auch in der Küche war alles vorhanden.

Wohnung war auch im Mai noch recht kalt und schwierig beheizbar, da lediglich eine zentrale Klima- und Heizanlage. Keine Vorhänge im Schlafzimmer und in der Küche vorhanden.

Het appartement op zich was netjes, veel licht en een goed terras. De ligging was op wandelafstand van de markt,wel een eindje verder als je bijv nr de cafeetjes savonds wil gaan,bijv bij de Peter. Maar als je de boot wil nemen naar een ander eiland,ligt het heel dichtbij.

Helaas hoor je in het appartement alles vanop de straat in de slaapkamer,maar rond 11 u s avonds is er wel geen verkeer meer,dat dat ging. Maar de bovenbuur...daar hoor je alles. Ze stappen constant,ik denk over een houten vloer en dat stoorde ons enorm. Ook konden we gans hun gesprekken horen.

Le logement est spacieux, fonctionnel et bien organisé. Par beau temps, la terrasse permet d'avoir d'agréables moments de partage.

In der Ferienwohnung haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die grosse Küche, die bestens ausgestattet war, sowie die schöne Terrasse, die wir aufgrund der Jahreszeit ( Dezember) allerdings nur einige Male nutzen konnten. Das TV hat Internetzugang, so dass wir über youtube deutsche Nachrichten, Filme und Musikvideos sehen konnten.Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, so sind das Terminal Maritimo (Fähre nach Pico) und die Markthalle schnell erreichbar. Auch die Parkmöglichkeiten im öffentlichen Raum sind gut. Die Kommunikation mit dem Objektmanager war hervorragend, wir bekamen schnelle Hilfe bei einem Problem, er war sehr aufmerksam über den ganzen Zeitraum unseres Aufenthaltes. Leider konnten wir keine 3 Wochen bleiben, sondern mussten nach 14 Tagen wechseln. Einziger Wermutstropfen war, dass es im Wohnzimmer keinen Heizkörper gab, den wir an einigen Abenden vermisst haben.

Die Unterkunft war perfekt. Wir waren zu zweit 5 Nächte dort. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Die Küche bietet alles was man braucht und auch sonst fühlt man sich sehr wohl in der Wohnung. Die Nähe zur Fähre und damit auch der Weg auf andere Inseln ist hervorzuheben. Spontane Ausflüge nach Pico sind von hier optimal zu unternehmen. Außerdem kann man entspannt in wenigen in den Stadtkern laufen. Die Schallisolierung war nicht 100% perfekt aber man hatte trotzdem komplett seine Ruhe und konnte den Aufenthalt sehr genießen.

Wunderbare große und gepflegte Wohnung mit Fliegengittern an den Fenstern, alles da was man braucht, schöne große Terrasse. Laufentfernung zu diversen Restaurants. Parken keinerlei Problem.

L'appartement est très agréable et bien équipé. La terrasse est particulièrement appréciable. Il est bien situé, à proximité du centre ville et à deux pas du port pour les départs en ferry. Très bonne réactivité de notre hôte Tiago.

Pour les séjours de début août, un festival de musique a lieu à proximité. Difficile de dormir malgré les boules Quies, mieux vaut participer à la fête ;)

This is accommodation is a great value for money and has everything we could have ever wished for, and more. The location is fantastic, just next to the port and the waterfront promenade. Horta's city center, including some restaurants, bakeries and landmarks are reachable by walking. On the other hand, the nearest supermarket is located some 2km away. We had a rented car and we could always easily park it on the street just outside of the property. The communication with the hosts was straightforward and the information they shared with us was detailed enough and clear. The property was easy to find and to access. Our appartment was located on the 1st floor, so be prepared to climb couple of stairs as you open the front door, since there is no elevator. However, the appartment itself is really amazing. Decorated in a very aesthetically pleasing modern style and arranged in a smart way, offering ample space and a lot of daylight. Everything feels fresh and looks new and unused. The entire appartment was clean and spotless and it has all the necessary amenities and wifi. The kitchen is well equipped, including a coffee maker and a washing machine. The place also features a large terrace, which provided for a lovely seating opportunity outside. Overall everything was troublefree and we really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and relaxing place.

It's only one block away from the harbor and it's not an entire 5 minute walk to the ferry terminal. There is a nice bakery by the harbor that two blocks away and its a good source to get your breakfast, they open around 9am. Everything is a walking distance in this town so it's a great plus if you plan going around here. The property is big and space full and there is all the necessities you needed. The host quickly replies if you have any issue with the property. For the price it exceeded way above my expectations. I totally recommend if you have a chance to visit Horta.

Das Appartement ist groß, sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet und in perfekter Lage. Zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend. Der Check In und die Kommunikation waren unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.

Bovenburen waren goed te horen maar geen overlast van gehad.

Beautiful, clean, big and has what you needed. Nice big open kitchen and balcony area. Washing machine was a lovely add as we were half way through our holiday so nice to get a wash done.

Would be good to have fans when it’s hot in the evenings. It got really hot and you can’t have the windows open due to the mosquitos and the road lights so it was quite uncomfortable.

Il n’y avait que l’extrême minimum dans l’appartement. Très peu d’ingrédients pour la cuisine (il a fallu acheter), un rouleau de papier de toilette, pas de matériel de ménage pour faire la vaisselle, pas d’aspirateur ni de balai. De plus il y a eu le bruit des voisins quand ils sont arrivés.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Optimal im das Stadtzentrum zu erkunden aber auch schnell außerhalb der Stadt zu sein. Generell ist es eine sehr schöne Stadt!

Alles in allem war es super. Leider konnten nicht alle Fenster richtig geschlossen werden und die Balkontür war nicht abschließbar. Aufgrund der Lage kann es nachts etwas lauter sein. Ich würde trotzdem jederzeit wieder dorthin.

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sodass wir uns sofort Zuhause gefühlt haben. Insbesondere die große, sonnige Terrasse hat uns gut gefallen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sodass man gut kochen kann. Zudem fanden wir bei unserer Ankunft etwas Obst und Milch vor. Die Wohnung befindet sich am Rand des Zentrums, sodass man problemlos parken und dennoch die wunderschön Stadt Horta sehr gut zu Fuß erkunden kann. Für uns war die Lage ideal.

Localização muito boa, próxima do local de partida dos Ferrys e junto à avenida marginal. Fácil estacionar perto do alojamento. Apartamento muito bem equipado. Bonito, espaçoso e acolhedor. Alpendre com mobiliário de jardim excecional, para tardes tranquilas. Facilidade de contacto com o responsável pelo alojamento.

Spacious, bright and very harmonious apartment, excellent location with easy parking nearby. The terrace is most pleasant and comfortable, the kitchen clean and well equipped. The stylish decorations and the and likeable details add a pleasant touch. We are grateful for the attentiveness of our host. An excellent place for even a longer stay.

El apartamento es precioso, muy luminoso y espacioso, todo nuevo y muy limpio. Cama y sofá muy cómodos. Armarios grandes, todo tipo de menaje de cocina, ademas de aceite, sal, etc, fruta, te, leche y cápsulas de café,. También está equipada con lavadora, plancha y productos de limpieza y aseo. Los días que hemos estado alojados ha hecho mal tiempo, así que no hemos podido disfrutar de la terraza, una pena. Además de llover, nos ha hecho frío, así que el propietario nos trajo enseguida un calefactor y con ello fue suficiente para estar confortables. La ubicación perfecta, al lado del puerto del centro, pero a la vez en zona tranquila. Muy recomendable.

Muito bem decorado e super funcional. Tem tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia confortável. Acessível a qualquer ponto da cidade a pé. Como sabiam que tínhamos crianças até tiveram o cuidado de deixar brinquedos para eles, demonstra atenção ao pormenor. Recomendaremos certamente.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, sehr gross und wirklich komfortabel. Es war alles sauber und leise. Der Vermieter hat sehr schnell reagiert und war jederzeit erreichbar. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die kaffeetabs und die beiden Stück selbstgemachten Kuchen und das Obst. Es gab sogar Gewürze und Milch in der Unterkunft. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet ( Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffemaschine, vorhanden) Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Alles :) Der Host ist super nett. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich und gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Die Terrasse lädt zum verweilen ein. Die Lage ist gut, man kann die Stadt gut zu Fuß erkunden

Es war alles vorhanden was man zum Leben braucht. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Sie liegt sehr zentral. Ein kleiner Willkommensgruß war auch vorhanden. Es gab nichts zu meckern. Falls wir wieder auf die Insel kommen, werden wir wieder diese Wohnung nehmen. Vielen Dank!

Da localização da casa, ao terraço da mesma, do conforto à simpatia dos anfitriões, tudo contribuiu para uma estadia fantástica. Recomendo!

A casa é muito espaçosa, bem decorada e confortável. Tem muita luz natural e um bom terraço para aproveitar o exterior. Cozinha bem equipada com tudo o que é preciso para confeccionar refeições. Sentimo-nos em casa neste espaço. Fácil estacionar no exterior, tínhamos sempre um lugar livre à porta de casa.
