it was really faultless, if anything. Maybe the concrete car park was a bit tight, and I felt like we were incroaching on the footpath.

Pretty much everything. The location was fabulous, it was very clean and inviting. Small attention to details for a comfortable stay. The guest book was a lovely touch.

The deck didn’t have a rail. While we didn’t have small children we did arrive late at night and didn’t realize there was a drop. There were instructions to get to the door but after a long drive it was hard to see.

Beautiful Bach, in a perfect location. Walking distance to the beach and shops. and not far from city centre. House was very clean and beds were super comfy. Has everything you need for a weekend getaway.

Every single part of the lovely home at this place @5 Clyde Mt. Manganui👍🤩👍 Summer season will be the best time to stay because of the weather and the beach plus the facilities of the house - BBQ etc. We will definitely be back to this lovely home as long as the price is convenient for us. Also will recommend it to our friends 😍

The bathroom area especially the shower box and the washbasin. Still working well and also in good condition, but need bigger one and new ones in the bathroom in order to have fully satisfaction of staying there🙂 The beds need to be considered as well in the future for having a convenient rest🤩

Location is perfect. Easy to travel the bay of plenty. Cosy home, offering luxurious comfortable beds and laundry utilities.

Awesome but I have hip problem,s rails up the stairs would be awesome. But that is the only problem other wise awesome

Had a really nice “beach house “ feel to it! The kids loved it.

Toddler was a bit of a flight risk with no fencing on the balcony or front of the property.

The shower is very small and there's plenty of room for a bigger one.

The property was nice and clean when we arrived. We enjoyed the bbq and the outside table. The ambience was beautiful, and it gets the sun through the whole day.

We didn’t like that the shower was quite small, and the drain wasn’t working properly since first use. This made the shower overflow with water which was a bit annoying. Also, the mattress in the main bedroom was very uncomfortable - and the pillows were too soft for us. The cutlery, crockery, glassware was a bit limited - in case you’d like to invite some friends over. Didn’t quite like that the house is too exposed to the street (no fence), and lots of windows.

Location for me was the best as I was heading out to Blake Park every day. Mel was very responsive which made communication easy.

Missing saucepan lids and someone had co-opted the television programming and made it difficult to access.

The location was the best part for us. Loved the nice deck out front. Good parking for multiple vehicles. We enjoyed playing cards - there where a few board games. Such a cute bach! Had to phone the host for help at one stage (our fault) and they were super happy to help us out.

Beds and pillows could have been softer but that's personal preference I guess.
