Everything felt new and well-cared-for, from the sleek bathroom faucets to the solid wooden desk. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room stayed pitch-dark with the curtains drawn. Staff were always on hand to help with quick tips on ferry timetables

The bed was firm and spacious, paired with high-quality linens that stayed cool throughout the night. The shower head delivered great water pressure that made washing up after a long day a pleasure. Fast check-out with zero waiting time at the desk.

Hardwood flooring made the room feel fresh, clean, and much nicer than standard carpeted hotels. The bed and duvet were top quality, providing five-star comfort at a very fair rate. It’s an easy, flat walk to the ferry, metro, and coastal parks.

Taxis drop you off about thirty meters down the lane because the hotel sits on a pedestrianized street.

A second luggage stand would have been convenient since we were traveling with two suitcases.

Öncelikle otelde asansör yok ve de balkonlu odalar dışındaki odalarda pencereler yok. Biz bu ikisini bilerek gittiğimiz için bizim için sıkıntı olmadı. Odada eksikler vardı. Duş başlığının yenilenmesi lazım. Saç kurutma makinesi sadece soğuk üflüyordu. İnternet sıkıntısı vardı. Sanırım alt yapı ile ilgili bir sorun varmış. Yatağın bir tarafı eğimliydi, yatarken aşağıda kalıyordu. Katlardaki halıların da hijyenine dikkat edilmesi gerekiyor, kötü kokuyordu baya.

Everything from the bed frame to the bathroom grout was spotless and in mint condition. The room felt well-ventilated, fresh, and free from any chemical or perfumed cleaning smells. The front desk was always staffed by courteous professionals who made check-out effortless.

The complimentary slippers are one-size-fits-all and felt slightly roomy for smaller feet.

Housekeeping did a brilliant job each day, replacing towels and keeping the room looking brand new. The climate control was straightforward to adjust and held an even temperature throughout our stay. Getting to the seafront or tram stop takes only a couple of minutes on foot.

Taking the ferry across to the historic peninsula every morning was an absolute joy from this location. The room had great natural daylight streaming through large windows without compromising on privacy. The bed linens were soft, breathable cotton that felt very luxurious.

The staff went out of their way to store our luggage for several hours after check-out so we could explore unencumbered. The bed gave fantastic lumbar support and the duvet was warm without feeling heavy. The interior decoration is understated, elegant, and very tasteful.

De kamer was vies en niet netjes, leek een beetje afgeragd. Er zat eerst ook geen fohn in de kamer dus ik moest er apart voor vragen. De kamers waren ook erg gehorig en ik hoorde wat er gebeurde in de andere kamers en in de gang.

On a pas eu d’eau chaude le premier jour. On a retrouvé une cigarette usée dans le lit, les serviettes étaient sales, le robinet et la douche aussi. La moquette au sol donne tout sauf envie de marcher pieds nus.

De locatie is echt geweldig, ik zal hier zeker vaker komen! Het personeel is ook heel vriendelijk, en er is gewoon een bar beneden wat het echt tof maakt.

The location is 10/10 if you enjoy nightlife, having drinks, dancing, and being close to the city’s energy. Istanbul is a fantastic place to go out for a beer late at night, and this property puts you right in the middle of it all. If you want to enjoy your stay even more, I highly recommend booking a room with a balcony if you’re lucky enough to find one. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. Despite reading some reviews about noise before booking, I slept very comfortably throughout my stay. The reception staff were amazing—very kind, welcoming, and always positive. They were incredibly helpful throughout my stay, especially when arranging a taxi to the airport and answering any questions I had. Their hospitality made the experience even better.

The only downside is that the sound insulation between the rooms could be improved. Light sleepers might notice noise from neighboring rooms, although it wasn’t an issue for me as I’m a deep sleeper.

It was ok but dirty

The room was pretty dirty, the towels were gray and some had hair attached to them, there were bed bugs. It was pretty loud in the hallways during the night - due to either staff of the hotel or other guests.

El ruido. Las puertas de las otras habitaciones se escuchan por la noche muy fuerte. Pese a que reservamos la habitación sin ventana (justo bajo el hotel hay un bar que está abierto durante toda la noche), no parábamos de escuchar pasos en las escaleras, gente vomitando como si estuvieran en nuestro baño puesto que las paredes del edificio no están insonorizadas.

Very gross old carpets that smell of dust and tobacco. Our sheets had cigarette burn holes in them and random hairs. (we got new sheets when we asked and the staff was nice)

Das Personal war freundlich. Wir waren uns bewusst, dass die Umgebung vor allem Abends sehr belebt ist und haben bei Buchung nach einem innenliegenden Raum gefragt. Die Kommunikation vor der Buchung war sehr gut und schnell.

Kein Roomservice in vier Nächten. Der Müll wurde nicht geleert, keine frische Bettwäsche, keine frischen Handtücher. Wir würden am 3. Tag zwar gefragt ob wir zufrieden sind und haben gesagt, das es gut wäre, wenn Mal jemand durchs Zimmer geht und zumindest den Müll mitnimmt. Es wurde notiert, aber leider nicht erledigt. Unser Zimmer war in keinem guten Zustand. Der Teppich war so stark verschmutzt, dass man barfuß eigentlich nicht drauf laufen wollte, Möbel teils beschädigt, Tresor nicht funktionsfähig. Unser Zimmer (302) war sehr ruhig, solange niemand in den angrenzenden Räumen war. Es sind sehr dünne Ständerwände und Mann hört alles, -wirkich alles (🫪) was im Nebenraum so vor sich geht. Wir hatten nur vier Nächte und haben nicht groß reklamiert, weil wir unsere Zeit sinnvoller nutzen wollten. Außerdem ist der größte Kritikpunkt der schlechte Allgemeinzustand und der ist so schnell nicht zu ändern. Wir würden leider nicht wieder hier übernachten.

Didn’t like having to go through the bar. On the last night one of the staff physically and aggressively pushed into me to stop me entering the bar area commenting “we are closed!!” I explained that I’m staying here and need to go through to the hotel part. He shrugged and let me through. The room door lock was broken as if it had been forced open when I arrived also. They did fix it quickly though. I won’t stay again because of this.

Amazing front desk staff who were always willing to help with every request. The location is very good and although the hotel is on a busy street, I had a windowless room where I heard no noise from outside. The amazing location in Kadiköy is a bonus too.

Only one minor complaint. The room had all modern conveniences, including a TV with every big streamer on it. The carpet, howoever, needs replacing - there any cigarette burns on there even though it was a non-smoking room.

It was cheap and close to where we needed to stay

The staff was atrocious, I got charged more than we should have (based on booking). I also left before my partner and DID NOT check us out. The cleaning team proceeded to walk in the room which was clearly still occupied and did not even think to apologise.
